1 year and I still worry about (young!)Yurio...

1 year and I still think that’s beautiful
hey so silly question
So I’ve been replaying Hades (first one) recently and um. has anyone else encountered the problem where Zag just... doesn’t answer to Charon? Like, I can approach the guy, activate dialogue, Charon will say his line, but then I know Zagreus must have some silly answer for him, but he just doesn’t say anything at all, that’s the end of the dialog??
And I know for sure he hasn’t run out of lines, I only got, like, 20 runs
Soooo anyone knows what’s up with that?...
pls reblog for sample size etc
follow for more occasional useless polls :)
Bastante despreciable

I keep seeing posts about Solas' "arrogance" when it comes to tearing down the Veil - that he thinks he's the only one who knows what's best for Thedas, and no one else could possibly understand because it's all "past their comprehension."
But that's not it at all. If you have low approval with Solas, you can confront him about not doing enough to help the Dalish, and he admits that he probably could have done more but that he's tired of fighting and losing. The Inquisitor has a choice of how to respond, but if you suggest he seek the support of his friends, he will tell you he's learned not to do that.

You can get a similar conversation with Solas when he asks what you plan to do with the power of the Well of Sorrows. You can literally respond "I'm not arrogant enough to think it's my decision alone" and tell him you intend to rely on the collective judgement of your friends because you trust them. And he'll respond, "I know that mistake well enough to carve the angles of her face from memory."

It's not arrogance that keeps Solas from talking to his friends. This is a learned behavior where he's trusted the people he cared about and who he thought cared about him, and ended up stabbed in the back over and over again.
Solas isn't afraid of admitting himself wrong. He will do so with a high approval Inquisitor. He'll admit fault or allow his views to be challenged during party banter. He's not afraid of or demeaning of other view points - so long as his are also respected.
He even tells a high approval Inquisitor "it would be too easy to tell you too much." He WANTS to tell them. He wants to share his plans. But he's been burned too often. And if you romanced him - he's likely been burned by past lovers too. He just can't take the risk that you'll betray him - as experience has taught him will likely happen.
Solas knows he's been wrong before. He knows he could be wrong again. He'd likely love to have another person or two or more who he could brainstorm his plan with to iron out the holes he can't see. But he can't do that because he doesn't know for sure that you won't stab him in the back.
His refusal to talk to someone isn't arrogance. It's avoidant behavior learned from trauma - possibly PTSD - the man walks Cole through a freaking panic attack, for Christ's sakes. He knows what that's like.
I just want to hug him and tell him the people he trusted were assholes and the fault was theirs and not his.
OH.

OKAY.

WHATEVER.

Mad Max: Fury Road x Harry Potter Headcanons
Imperator Furiosa

Defense Against the Dark Arts instructor. Gryffindor alum. Also a legacy member of the Vuvalini Vixens, an international and award-winning all-female Quidditch team where her mother, Mary Jo Bassa, served as lead Chaser for two decades. She is very famous in the Wizarding world because she successfully defeated a very evil Dark Wizard named Immortan Joe when she encountered him during her gap year travels in the Wasteland where he controlled an army of deranged warlocks and established a very dangerous Death cult that preyed on virginal witches. However, it was in this famous battle that she also lost her left arm due to a very powerful Severing Curse that Immortan Joe aimed at her. Undeterred by her irreversible injury, she promptly fashioned herself a fully-functional mechanical arm that never fails to impress the kids at Hogwarts. She has a slight discomfort teaching classroom theory, but definitely shines when it comes to demonstrating the practical spells in her classes. She’s considered as one of the more popular teachers among the students at Hogwarts, and is fair and objective when it comes to grading students. but has a zero-tolerance policy when she catches students bullying others, especially if the victims are girls.
Max Rockatansky

Transfiguration instructor. Slytherin alum. Several rumors surround Professor Rockatansky due to his very taciturn personality and tendency to avoid socializing with his students or colleagues outside of classes. Some say he’s a werewolf, even though he’s been spotted several times in public during full moon nights. Some say he works undercover for the Ministry of Magic as an Unspeakable, hence his secretive and isolated nature. But the most popular story surrounding his mystique (though still largely viewed as unproven hearsay) is that he went slightly mad from the heat after accidentally Apparating himself to the Australian Outback desert and was unable to get back home for more a month, thus earning him the nickname of “Mad Max” among the students, though they use it more as an affectionate term since the students respect and admire him despite his reserved nature. He’s actually quite nice and engaging whenever he’s teaching classes, and has been known to crack a smile or two (and delivering rather awkward thumbs-up gestures) whenever his students successfully perform rather complicated spellwork. And even though he and Professor Furiosa share a strictly professional working relationship, that has not stopped the student body of Hogwarts from making good-natured comments about them looking really cute together.

DOOMSDAY
Doctor Who (2005 - )
Who the f u c k do I have to teach a lesson? Who the h e l l thought it was okay to mock an artist, someone providing them with unlimited and f r e e fucking content during these trying times? Which foul mouthed little s h i t do I gotta beat up behind the school so that they can grow up into a half decent attempt at a human being? Who?
Who?
You should never, ever, have to be ashamed to make something you like. Your art is yours. Its for nobody but you. If some prick doesn't like it? Or thinks that somehow they're ""better"", than they can taste that block button and the underside of your shoe.
They don't like it? That's okay. Everyone has opinions. They chose to be malicious about it? To you? For making something nice? That by all means and regards would be content for them? They don't deserve anything other than absolute banishment. You can make Kyman if you want. You can make ANY ship you want. If they can't respect that, then you shouldn't have to listen to them bitch. You deserve bettter.
….i found out someone reblogged my art to make fun of it…
… i dont think I’ll draw kyman again… some kyman fans are extremely… mean spirited…
…i feel horrible.. having someone openly mock my art is really…
…i’ll remove the kyman picture… im sorry… i wont draw anymore kyman… please don’t mock my art………
