Gregor: *falls a little bit more in love*

I feel like the clones who are in the best position to pursue their cyares are the Coruscant Guard. They're stationed in the same places on Coruscant most of the time, have time and access to keep tabs on their darling, not constantly on the move.
If one were to take particular interest in a sweet civilian they met, they would be very hard to not run into if you were avoiding them.
But, please don't anyways,
They're only trying to protect you ❤️
Ugh the geonosian brain worms and yandere clones have taken over my brain once again, I have to write now 😔
Pretty please send in requests! My brain is dried up of ideas 😭
I may start rewriting my Steel x reader story soon, bit in the meantime I'd love to hear from you guys! :3

Pt. 1
Yandere! Cheater! Officer Clone trooper x Fem! Reader

Series TW!: cheating, mistresses, grief, murder, Evil-ish, being trapped, toxic relationships, forced relationship, obsessive love, obsession, general insanity, manipulation, disloyalty
A/N: I hope you guys like this first installment of my new-ish series! I do intend to finish it this time lol. I really hope you like it! :3
You sat in the dark, staring blankly at the messages. They were sweet, affectionate, and playful, with a deep sense of connection that made bile creep up your throat and your head light. You remembered when Steel used to message you like this, it seemed so distant now, but you could remember it almost vividly.
You hadn't realized you were crying until you had to sniff to keep mucus from dripping onto the data pad. It made sense why he had been so distant recently; staying out late on his leave instead of being with you, always on his data pad doing 'work', never really touching you anymore.
The name opposite his own messages seemed to be laughing at you, bold and victorious as it burned into your retinas;
Arah
Was that her name? It was pretty, like she must be. Was it just that, or was she funnier, smarter, more capable, more interesting? Maybe all of the above.
You cried out, pain racking through your entire body; you had thought he was your person. You thought he thought you were his person.
It had all come together when you met him, and now it had so rapidly fallen apart.
-
The morning following your discovery was bleak, but you had to keep it together, at least until he left again for the day.
It was a sisyphean task to hold back your tears without him noticing as he pressed a kiss to the top of your head before he went (something he hadn't done in a while), but you didn't think you could face him now, not until you got yourself together a bit.
You finally broke once he closed the door behind him, trying to take air between sobs as you did your best to move towards the bathroom.
Skincare didn't work, the tears and snot wouldn't stop long enough for any of your products to set.
Putting on a nice outfit didn't work either, you just found new ways to compare yourself to how pretty his new girl must be, making your crying all the more intense.
Finally, you found yourself in the kitchen, exhausted from a day that sped by you and stomach rumbling.
You had to climb the counter to get the ingredients that you needed, seeing as the it only reached your hip at the most.
Steel had insisted on you not "wasting your money" on a step-stool, going on about how he'd always be there to get things down for you. Remembering that made you grit your teeth, grief momentarily replaced with vitriol.
Karking liar.
Mixing and cleaning went by in a blur, you were so practiced by now it felt like a reflex. You looked down at what you were making.
It was both of your favorites; pancakes.
It was simple, basic even, but it had kind of been your thing. It seemed appropriate considering you had met in a diner.
You felt your eyes heat as you flipped the pancake.
You really thought he loved you.
You could remember the first time you had kissed, the first time you had felt so wanted and right with someone;
You giggled as he bumped your shoulder with his, the rough material of his uniform scuffing your bare arm lightly as he grinned down at you. The rain pattered on the two of you, your hair and his hat beginning to drip.
You paused your walking as you caught his eye, the look he was giving you catching you off guard; his brown-gold eyes shone more openly than you had ever seen them, soft affection following your every movement as his lips curved into a warm smile.
"What?" You smiled up at him, laughing lightly.
He stepped out in front of you, leaning down to push the hair away from your face and touching your nose with his,
"You're perfect, angel."
Your eyes widened as you took in the moment, a desire settling itself against your ribcage at his declaration. Stomach fluttering, you worked up every scrap of courage you had, finally leaning forward and closing the distance between the two of you, pressing your lips shyly to his.
He seemed to be in shock for a moment, making you pull back, only to give a small squeak of surprise as he shot out a hand to bring you back, capturing your lips gently, but passionately, against his once more.
You both stayed like that for a while, lips moving against each other in quiet tenderness before he pulled away slowly, rubbing your cheek with his calloused thumb,
He breathed softly, face only an inch from yours, "Sweet girl."
You bit back a silly grin, bringing your forehead to his and placing your hands at the sides of his face in a Keldabe kiss, one last show of your overwhelming adoration before pulling away.
"You want to come back to mine? I could make breakfast for dinner; your favorite."
He said nothing for a moment, looking at you as if you were the beginning and end of the galaxy, making you almost tear up before his face broke into a lopsided grin once more. He picked you up by your waist suddenly, causing you to squeal as he spun you around, laughing,
"Cyar’ika, you are the love of my life!"
You stared at the pan, watching the pastry grow black as you zoned out. The love of his life.
You sobbed, clutching the counter as the smell of burning pancake filled your nose.
Maker.
Yandere clone antiharem with slowburn when

Random question: what do you mean by antiharem? (Also I love your blog!)
Oh yeah! No worries! (And thank u sm!) I mean like a group who starts out hating you (in this case as a romantic rival) but slowly ends up falling for you instead of said person.
Hey! So now you've put scenes and idea's in my brain, like da brain worms. So I thought to share.
And now I'm thinking of the darling who gets bullied and picked on by the yandere troopers, and they bite and snark and push back, but eventually they're reputation is ruined, their friendship with the yandere's Perfect Beloved is severed, they lose their job and home and possibly their money/savings (slicers are terrifying and don't get enough credit). So they move away, to a whole other system/planet and start a new life. Cut all ties, close any accounts, remove any real way to contact them and go off to somewhere no one would think to look for them (not that anyone would, they believe). Nobody knows them, they don't know anybody, and it's pretty off-the-grid but quiet and peaceful. They rebuild their life, their confidence, and find peace and joy in this simple existence.
Meanwhile, the troopers are... conflicted. They have their Perfect Darling all to themselves, removed the problem, but... they're disappointed when there's no snarky greeting when they visit their Beloved at work and spend the entire shift just hanging around. There's no back-and-forth while they wait for their shift to end and they can take their Perfect Love out on the town or to the barracks or back to their place.
They... well, they miss the other person. What a shocking revelation it is! To miss their rival, the threat, the person they hated. Or, well, thought they hated. The group is confused, until one of them learns the phrase 'puppy love'.
Yes. That's what it was. Just puppy love. They didn't know better, and seeing someone so new and nice and kind and perfect blinded them. Sure, puppy love can bloom into genuine love, but as they watch their Perfect One, they find themselves... disappointed. Uninterested. Their responses are rote, behaviour predictable, there's no fire or spark in their eyes, no flare of emotion beyond kindness and understanding. They're nice, yes, but now that the initial feeling have settled and faded, they find they preferred the more stimulating company of their friend.
The friend they chased off.
What had started out as dislike, hostility, anger, jealousy and even hatred, had morphed into something else without any of their notice. Their cranky, clumsy, funny, earnest little rival that had matched them word for word and insult for insult, and yet had turned around and defended them against bigots and idiots in the same breath.
Their darling little rival, their lovely antagonist, the one they thought was the villain... but was really the victim in all this. They had been too hasty, too cruel, and did not give their daring darling the chance to show that they were the better match. Not their perfect friend.
They tried to find them. Desperate to make amends, to beg forgiveness, to show their wayward darling that they had learned their mistake and wanted, needed, to make up for it. And oh, they would gladly spend the rest of their lives making up for their foolishness, their cruelty, for being so blind as not to see their perfect match in the imperfect one.
But they couldn't find them. They had erased themselves digitally, and whenever they had left they had done so (unknowingly, luckily) when camera's had been down or things deleted or lost or files corrupted. No records, no trace or trail to follow and find them. The troopers despaired, but would not give up. Once the war ended, they would set out and find their beloved.
Perhaps this was a test...? Yes, a test. To show their devotion, and their dedication to righting this wrong. The first step in their atonement, to prove that they were serious. To prove they were worthy of their Darling. The moment the war ended and their brothers had settled, they would set out.
They would hate to keep their darling waiting.
God you're a genius! I love this scenario, I hope you don't mind me using it!

Vay's face dropped once more as he watched you from his place across from your apartment window.
"Oh, cyar’ika..."
You had thrown out another one of their notes, looking terrified, tears welling in your eyes as you checked the locks on your door once more.
You never wrote back, no matter how many gifts, heartfelt apologies, and professions of their love he left on your rickety desk.
What? Did you want him to beg? He would! Gladly.
God, he would love being on his knees for you, in any way.
At one time, the thought would have disgusted him. Him? Bowing to scum like you? A gross little whelp who was trying to take his sweetheart from him? But now, he saw you for what you really were. Not blinded by that bitch who had tried to take their attention away from you.
Perfection.
He needed you. They needed you.
Looking back on your snarky remarks had become a fond pastime of theirs. Instead of infuriating, they had shifted into something adorable. Like and angry tooka kitten hissing and spitting when you approached.
Since they had finally found you again, watching you had come to make him anxious every time he was on shift. (Not that he didn't enjoy seeing you, your time together was the highlight of his week!) He just couldn't stand to see what your life had become without them! You went to your little job, then came home, occasionally went out with your idiotic friends (who were in no way fit to be anywhere around you), sometimes even going out by yourself (which gave Vay a heat attack, what would you do without them there to keep you safe?), but that was about it.
You had no real connection, as happy as you made yourself out to be. No one to take care of you, protect you in the way you obviously needed.
It broke the trooper's heart.
Luckily, it wouldn't be long now. They would place themselves back in your life soon enough. They only hadn't sooner to give you time to get used to the idea. They knew their behavior before had been unacceptable and cruel.
Poor thing, they had stung you so badly you felt the need to run away! To test their devotion to you by hiding away on the outer rim. Luckily, they were expert trackers thanks to their search and rescue training.
But honestly, what did you expect? You couldn't ask anyone to let a cute, fiery little thing like you go. No, this had to have been a test, silly girl.
Don't worry, once they get you settled in their new base and off of this dump of a planet, once they deal with your new "friends", you'll never want for anything. Surrounded by the protection and love you so desperately need.
Don't worry, love, they'll take care of all of it.
They'll take care of you 💙

Yandere! Shock trooper x reader

They were meant for eachother, he was sure.
Angler knew he should've probably at least properly introduced himself before concluding so, but how couldn't they be? She was so lovely, sweet, and gentle. Perfect for him. He would do anything to keep her safe, to keep her comfortable and happy in their life together. His perfect little wife.
Well, once he had that set up for them.
Being a shock trooper with a packed schedule and little time off didn't help in the ways of courting one's love, but he was determined.
All the trooper could really do right now was bide his time, keeping his beloved safe from all that threatened her in the meantime.
Like that male friend of hers, always wanting to be so close and personal. Angler knew what he was really after, even if his girl was too good-hearted and trusting to believe it herself. He was proud of how convincing he had made that speeder crash look.
Or her landlord, who was always coming around when he wasn't wanted. Not only making his baby uncomfortable, but very nearly walking in on Angler when he had been going through her laundry basket on one of his breaks.
The shock trooper had needed his brother's help for this one, (seeing as the man owned several properties on Coruscant and therefore had many connections that would notice him missing) but they were no strangers to this game, the guard had him out of her life in a matter of days.
He smiled to himself as Coruscant skyway whizzed by him, taking a few turns down a familiar route. He liked her new landlady, a sweet, older Twi'lek who seemed to care for her genuinely. Not as much as he did, of course, but it was nice to know someone was looking out for his impressionable sweetheart when he couldn't. Plus, he was sure she was the type to let her out of her lease pretty easily when the time came for him to move her out of that run down complex and into somewhere nicer, somewhere their's.
Angler finally came to a stop, parking his speeder in an alleyway he knew had the perfect view. The trooper removed his helmet, propping his elbows up on the handle bars and resting his chin in his hands. He gazed up at her window, watching as she read on her couch.
Sometimes he liked to imagine, when they spent time like this, that they were the two protagonists in one of those forbidden romance novels she kept on her small bookshelf. Him waiting outside her window to talk sweet nothings to her under cover of darkness, to which she would come down and grant him a kiss.
He supposed the love they shared was forbidden, in a way, but he couldn't care less. In all his existence he had never felt so whole as he had when she had talked to him, the day they'd met. She had been so warm, so genuinely caring to a clone she didn't know.
He needed her, and it had become glaringly obvious that she needed him just as much.
It might've driven him crazy, the waiting, but there had been whispers, recently. Rumors of a place far away from Coruscant, where the clones could bring the ones they cared for, for those that no longer held loyalty for the Republic. A number that grew by the day.
It wasn't so much that Angler held no care for the cause he had pledged himself to from conception, it was only that his loyalty now rested solely with her, as it always should have been.
But no matter, soon, he would be making that up to her tenfold. Soon, she would finally know his love for her.
Finally, all his.
His little wife.

Yandere Coruscant guard x reader
Pt.1

(Very slow updates)
You sighed, trying to shake the drowsiness that seemed to stick to you like gum. You woke up a little late today. Scratch that, you had woken up exactly on time, but fallen back asleep almost just as quick. Luckily for you, it didn't affect your trip too much (seeing as you had learned to walk at a clip when you needed to) other than putting a bit of anxiety about getting to your job on time behind your actions.
Hoisting your work bag on your shoulder, you enjoyed the feeling of the wind whizzing by the open air transport as you lazily watched the guards patrolling the car in front of yours. They were doing what they usually did, checking tickets and making sure that no one was causing too much of a ruckus.
You rather liked the patterns and colors of the guards armor; one with stripes and the other with more of a color block paint job. They entered your car with a swipe of a security card, coming in silently and beginning to ask for tickets. Nodding blankly, you dug around your bag for your pass, only looking up when you heard a man raising his voice.
“I don't have to show you anything, clone.”
You turned to glare at him, only in time to see him shove the guard with the striped armor. Hard.
So hard he fell right past you and off the transport all together.
You gasped, grabbing for him without thinking. Catching his arm, you felt yourself lurch forward from his weight, falling to your knees as you tried to stop him from falling into the seemingly endless void of Coruscant traffic.
His helmet was gone in an instant, knocked loose by the blow and disappearing into the flow of cars.
His terrified eyes bore into yours as you struggled not to fall over yourself, trying desperately to pull him back to safety.
Your fingers felt like they were on fire as they dug into the space between his vambrace and elbow plate, only able to grip onto the black body glove underneath
Finally, you felt a pair of strong hands pulling you back from the edge by the waist, helping you succeed in pulling the guard up onto the shuttle once more.
He pushed himself up as his brother ran back down the train after his almost killer.
“Oh my god,” You panted, still on your hands and knees as you tried to catch your breath, “Are you alright?”
He was shaking, tears streaming down his face as he stared, looking in shock at the ground in front of him.
Your expression softened, tears of your own welling in your eyes for the man.
You reached over, resting your hand softly on his arm, “Hey,”
That made him look up at you, eyes unfocused for a moment before they widened, taking you in. They then moved to the hand you still had on his arm, making you blush.
You took it away quickly, “Sorry!”
The trooper shook his head, his own cheeks turning a bit red.
You both just looked at each other for a minute. It made you shift uncomfortably, unsure of if you should be the one to break eye contact first. Reprieve came in the form of the transport's robotic voice calling your stop, making you stand quickly. You felt bad for leaving him just sitting there, drying tears on his face in a transport full of strangers, but you didn't know what else to do.
You really needed this job.
“Sorry- sir, it's, um, my stop.” You said quickly, waving a bit as you stepped off, free of the once terrifying now awkward interaction.
You felt eyes on your back until the transport started moving again, leaving you mostly alone on the platform.
Von was in love.
He laughed to himself, feeling over the places she had touched him. Von felt himself twitch under his codpiece as his breathing became more ragged.
She was perfect. His perfect little savior. So soft and sweet, unlike her surroundings. Such a disgusting city didn't deserve someone like her, but he thanked the stars she was here anyways.
He hadn't been able to get her flustered face out of his mind since his brothers had brought him back to the barracks to recover from the attempt on his life. He had just been laying there for a few minutes, fantasies of her circling his thoughts as he stared into nothing.
Oh she was adorable.
The way she was so worried about him after getting him to safety, her sad little whimpers as she attempted to get him and all 70 pounds of his armor back onto the platform, how she flushed when she'd touched him.
He wondered how she'd blush when he touched her, knowing just the right spots to make her-
"Von, brother? You doing alright?" Hack called from the doorway, looking concerned.
He nodded, smiling and assuring the other clone, "I'm fine! Thanks, brother."
The blond clone nodded, "Just wanted to make sure,"
He walked back out into the hall, leaving his sibling once more, "You've been in there for hours."

The waiting was agonizing.
You passed the time washing dishes at the sink, trying not to strain your ears for any sign of the door opening, for his boots scraping against the mat outside.
It couldn't be too far off by now, only a few minutes at most until he got home.
As if on queue, you heard boots coming up the complex stairs, which creaked under his weight.
The key turned in the lock and it felt like someone had drenched you in ice water and shoved you out into the hoth tundra. How were you going to do this?
You hadn't even been married a whole three years, but he had become one of the only people you talked to or saw regularly, you had almost forgotten how to move through the world without him.
Almost.
You'd had to relearn in the past few months with the distance he had put between the two of you. Been set adrift and panicked by someone who you loved, someone who was supposed to love you.
You shook your head, resolve finally breaking as you shook, letting out soft cries.
You didn't dare to look back at him, already picturing his vaguely surprised look at your obvious show of how you had felt all this time, but not sure you could take a confirmation of it.
"I can't do it." You whimpered, gripping the counter.
"Do what?" He asked simply, tone the gentlest you had heard it in a while, but wary.
"This, Steel, this is- bad! This hurts. We need to end this, now."
You turned to him, watching with exhausted resignation as his expression turned from confusion to shock.
"What?" He asked in a small voice, eyes now glued to you like they hadn't been in almost a year as you held yourself, leaning against the sink as you cried.
"I don't know why I've been holding onto this so hard when it's clear it's just… gone. I guess I just-"
You sobbed, losing any hold you had on your emotions.
"I just wanted you to keep loving me, because I love you so much, Steel! But I know I have to let you go now, I need to let you be happy, let us both be happy."
"Wait- Cyare, honey, what are you saying?" He took a step towards you, making you look directly at him, trying not to bawl as you choked out the words you had been preparing to say.
"We need a divorce, Steel. It's obvious you're not happy, I feel abandoned and alone- this marriage is hurting us- both of us."
He closed the distance between the two of you quickly, expression now panicked, much to your surprise. Nonetheless, you shied away when he reached out to touch your shoulder, "Hey, hey, hey, baby- who said I wasn't happy? You're being-"
"Please, Steel, I saw the messages."
You watched the color drain from his face.
"Sweetheart-"
You glared, ducking away from him and heading for the bedroom, "Don't call me that! Please! I'm trying to let you out! Please, stop talking to me like I'm stupid!"
He followed, "No- what are you-"
He stood in the doorway as you pulled you suitcase out of the closet, cursing yourself for bot packing earlier. Putting it on the bed, you slowly began to make your way through the dresser that you shared, placing some clothes in the main compartment.
"I'll stay with Effie while we get things sorted. The apartment was yours to begin with, so I'll- I don't know- I'll figure it out."
You gathered your stuffed animals from the shelves in a daze, dumping them gently in your laundry bag.
"I'll come back for the rest of my things as soon as I find a place, unless you want them out sooner, just- please don't throw anything away."
You could see his hands beginning to shake as you looked back to him for confirmation.
"What?" His voice was light, still seeming in complete disbelief.
You sighed, squeezing your eyes shut tight as you zipped the suitcase, struggling to get it off the bed.
"I want you to be happy, Steel, because I really do love you, and as much as I hate it, that can't be with me."
Not able to stand looking at him anymore, you pushed past him with your luggage, trying quiet your crying as you closed the door to the apartment.
Hailing a cab, you couldn't bare the sight of the complex enough to take a look back for fear of your resolve breaking.
-
You stared at the ring that sat on the nightstand, still hiccuping from your latest crying session since arriving at Effie's.
He had saved up his credits from various betting pools at the 79's to buy it, you had found out from his brothers. Of course, the shimmering diamonds that adorned it were fakes, but it was still a gorgeous ring, plus, you hadn't loved it for it's beauty.
You'd loved it because he had placed it on your finger that night in the backrooms of the 79's.
That thought process sent you into another round of sobbing, burying your face in the pillow beneath you so you didn't disrupt your friend in the other room.
You had even crying almost constantly since arriving at your friend's place. Luckily for the both of you, she worked a cushy advertising job, so there were no roommates to stare as you had collapsed into her, wailing and exhausted.
She'd had to escort you to her guest room just so she could cook dinner after a while, which you felt even more terrible about.
Since then, you had been going between crying and sleeping, barely able to keep track of which you were doing at the moment.
Despite your efforts to keep quiet, the door opened anyways, revealing the worried and lovely face of your friend, Effie.
"Hey, honey." She said, pushing the door open more with her hip. You saw now that she had a tray with her. A steaming microwave meal and glass of blue milk lay next to eachother, looking the most unappetizing you had ever seen something edible look.
You must've been making a face, because her frown only deepened.
"Come on, babe, you need to eat." She urged, placing the tray on the side table and sitting by your feet.
You nodded, guilt twisting along with the grief in your gut, "I'm sorry, I'm trying, it's just-"
You sniffed, embarrassed that you were crying again,
"Hard."
She nodded sympathetically, squeezing your ankle over the covers.
"I know, I'll get you more of that anti-nausea stuff soon, you said that helps a little?"
You nodded again, giving her a weak, but genuine, smile,
"Thank you, babe."
Fiddling with your hands, you mumbled, "I know you don't have to be doing this, so thank you, again."
She smiled slightly at that, bumping her shoulder with yours playfully, "Maybe not, but remember how you took care of me when I finally broke up with Hertz? How could I not do the same for my best girl?"
You snorted, a bit of humor slipping it's way into your tone, "I still don't know how you were so hung up on someone who looked like that!"
"He was very sweet when he wanted to be!" The Rodian pushed you softly in mock offense, laughing.
"He drooled!" You exclaimed, making her laugh harder.
Slowly, her laughter faded until she was just smiling softly at you.
"You know I love you." She took your hand, squeezing it, "Please just let me know if you need anything, you're not a burden."
At this, your eyes welled with new tears. It was impressive how the woman almost always knew what you needed to hear.
"Thank you, Effie." You sniffed, squeezing her hand in return and allowing her to pull you into a hug.
As you held eachother you felt that, if you had people like her in your life, maybe, maybe, you would make it through this.

Steel stared blankly at the wall as she kissed his shoulder.
"I am kind of going to miss the danger of going around with a married man." Arah joked.
He usually would've given her a chuckle at least, but he only felt sick.
"Hey, you okay?" She frowned, leaning over to look into his face. He felt her hand brush over his cheek, which had grown a rough layer of stubble in the past few days.
He really was about to be sick.
Steel pushed himself up clumsily, startling the Pantoran as he rushed to the fresher in time to make it to the toilet. He shook violently as he heaved his lunch into the bowl, head swimming and thoughts going a mile a minute. He only raised his head when he felt a cool hand running along his back, rubbing in soothing circles.
She was frowning down at him, concern evident in her lovely features,
"Poor thing, it's been a rough week for you, hasn't it?" She cooed.
He said nothing, but leaned away from her palm as she brought a rag down to wipe the bile from the sides of his mouth.
-
Steel let out a groan once he had shut the front door to Arah's apartment behind him. He wasn't really thinking, coming over here after what happened. He just didn't know what else to do.
Arah had been a source of comfort for him these past few months, made him feel good about himself and renewed his ego, but now it all just felt...flat.
Everything felt flat without you.
Without the promise of you being at the apartment when he returned from duty, without the lovely little smile you would give him when he walked through the door. Your laugh, your body, the way your eyes sparkled in the sunlight, the most beautiful and kind soul he had ever experienced.
He sniffed, tears welling in his eyes.
What had he done?
-
Steel was exhausted as he hefted his pack over his shoulder, eyes tired as he amended the catwalk onto the venator.
A group of his brothers stood talking at the edge of the hall, laughing at something one of them had said. As Steel approached, the group went silent, glaring unabashedly.
He winced at the looks of disdain and disgust his vode regarded him with as he passed.
It might hurt more if Steel wasn't already so disgusted with himself.
He knew the looks were warranted tenfold, cheating on one's cyare was one of the worst offenses a clone could commit in the eyes of the community, and Steel agreed.
Cheating was one of the most cowardly and cruel choices Steel had ever made, he knew.
He hated himself for it, but knew that wasn't good enough. Wallowing would do nothing for his girl, he needed to-
"Steel."
He looked up from his brewing, coming face to face with one of his squad, Wake.
"Vod-"
"Don't. Just," His brother sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose as always he did when he felt a headache oncoming, "Shut up, for once."
Steel only nodded, waiting for whatever the other clone had to say.
"You've really done it now, Steel. Kriff, I knew you were having problems, but I never would have even considered- I didn't want to believe the rumors, but-"
Even his brother looked hurt when he uttered, "On her?"
"She was so bright, loving- Steel,"
"I know!" He snapped, "You don't think I know that?! She's the best thing to ever happen to me! I love-"
"What are you willing to do to get her back?"
Steel's ears and neck felt hot, burning behind his eyes like he had never felt before, his hands shook as he uttered, "Anything."
Wake passed him, shoulder-checking him for good measure, "Then you had better fix this."
-
Steel groaned into the emptiness of the office, slumping down into one of the swivel chairs and dropping his tray onto the desk in front of him with a clatter.
It had already been a long day and it wasnt even half over.
Dirty looks and coldly livid treatment from his brothers, even warranted, wore on the officer.
Besides his baby, the only support or community he was used to was from them, now he had neither.
He shook away that thought; no good moping about something he got himself into.
His attention was diverted anyways by the sound of the door opening with a clean whoosh and the sound of boots against durasteel.
Wake.
The clean-cut officer entered, shutting the door behind him and regarding his brother briefly.
He tossed the silver-haired clone something hefty in a paper bag before he dould utter a greeting.
"What-"
"Comms." Wake said simply, opening his lunch at the seat beside him.
"I already-"
His brother cut him off through a bite of sandwich, "Just turn it to channel three."
Steel did as he was told, eyes widening as he head your voice crackling to life over the speaker.
He wanted to sit there, close his eyes and just listen to whatever it was you had to say, imagine that the two of you were having one of your old lengthy conversations, but the blue-eyed clone snatched it away from him, switching it off.
Steel stood at that, trying to control himself and not jump at his brother for interrupting the first time he had gotten to hear you in days, but Wake wasn't impressed.
"You can't have it on for more than a few minutes, it's not hard to tell when commas are tapped when you're constantly being listened in on." He explained, waiting for his more volatile brother to sit back down and listen.
After taking a second to compose himself, he did, huffing nonetheless.
Your melodic voice rang in his ears, soothing and already lifting his mood.
You had a talent for doing that, even when you didn't mean to.
"-Steel. Steel!"
He opened his eyes, looking over at Wake, who was trying to get his attention, "Huh?"
His brother rolled his eyes, but snorted out a laugh.
"At least we know her voice still has that same effect on you."
Steel smiled as well, he knew it reminded of how he felt about his own cyare; a tall, pretty twi'lek woman with striking yellow skin and a gap toothed smile that made his brother visibly melt at the sight of.
Their girls had been friends, one of the only people Steel was okay with her being friends with, even if he was still a bit on edge when they had conversations alone.
"Anyways, these should help you keep a track on how she's doing, who she's with,"
Wake looked at him head on, "And hopefully help you from doing anything stupid that would scare her off even more."
He nodded quickly, giddy as his brother went back to his food. Too excited and hopeful to eat his own.
He grinned to himself, smiling for the first time in a week.
He was coming, sweetheart, and when he did, he would fix all of this. Attone for what he had done. Show you just how sorry he was. Put you right back where you were supposed to be; by his side.
And when he did, he would never let you go again.

Vis, who when you were originally assigned to his division saw you as just another at-risk charge.
Vis, who started to love when you would call him "Doctor", as his brothers would only call him by his name
Vis, who eventually started to notice just how cute you were, so dependant and sweet as he cared for you and the others
Vis, who began too slowly up your medication, cooing and fawning over how pliant and spacey you would become
Vis, who fisted his cock to the thought of you urging him into your cot, letting him lavish you with all the love and attention he held back in front of his brothers and the other medical staff, allowing him to settle in-between your thighs and mewling with pleasure as he buried himself deep inside you.
Vis, who would become prickly and cold to any of the patients or staff who became close with you
Vis, who allowed himself to drug you into deep sleep during the day, stroking your hair and singing to you as you slept
Vis, who's had to be the strong, responsible brother all his life, finally able to be soft and open with someone so sweet and affectionate.
Vis, who's heart broke finally hearing the story of what brought you to him, abandoned by your squad and left alone after becoming dependant on them, you had decided to put an end to your loneliness by ending your life
He hates them, keeping them away from you during visitation as much as he can without arousing suspicion
You're such a sweet thing, it baffled and enraged him how anyone could leave you alone.
