Birds Sweater<33
Hand knit by me, pattern is called Birds Chart and is by Priscilla Publishing Company, the structure of the sweater is made up by me.
I finished these fingerless gloves in class :)
I made a cute pixie bonnet in class today 🎀
I'm so proud of this cardigan that I crocheted a while ago and I just wanted to show it off here :))
The best of friends
I told you I was good at crocheting!
Knitted Balaclava 🙈
made with a stockinette stich and a 2x2 ribbed stich ( in the right pic you can tell the tails were not weaved in )
and added a sparkly fur trim to make it extra cute 💕 (it looks way neater after weaving in the tails + I didn't block it cuz I'm a gangtser 😎 )
Used Egyptian Cotton as my main yarn in the colours Pétrole and Blanc 1, the grey and the light blue were leftovers from another project 🦋
The other project being my first ever knitting project which was also a balaclava, back when I had just learned how to do a pearl stich haha guess we all have to start somewhere 🥵
another knitted balaclava with a fur trim 💕enjoy the knitting process 🙊
The yarn I used is a cashmere and merino blend exept the light green one is wool and personally I'm not a big fan of wool but I picked it up because I needed a 3rd colour
Cute beige summer crop top with clouds knitted with the intarsia method with 3,5mm needles
Here's the knitting process
Used a very neutral beige as my main yarn and a more warm toned white for the clouds
as a knitter, you start to notice how rare it is for characters in tv shows and movies to knit correctly. from worst to best, it ranges from:
- laughably incorrect, just flinging yarn around
- knitting the most basic scarf incredibly slowly because the actor Learned How To Do It For The Role
- old lady actresses casually knitting an intricate lace pattern while doing a monologue
- gromit from wallace and gromit
I'll preface this update by saying that this is only the second sweater vest I've made.
So yeah, there's some wonky tension and I slightly fucked up the arm holes, but... Pretty pleased with it.
People have asked about a pattern and I uh. Didn't think I'd ever share my shitty graph paper scribble that I copied from a junk mail envelope but here we go. THERE ARE MISTAKES that I was too lazy to correct and just fixed as I worked, including the numbering.
Next step: bind off the shoulders and then I have the joy of the ribbing for the neck and arm holes.

Sweater vest attempt number two is going well
the inspiration:
the finished project:
me: let’s add ribbing to the enter hem of this sweater! it’ll be fun!!
me, 3hrs later with only 12 inches of ribbing done: i hate this hobby.
update: we’ve decided to full send it and attempt a sweater right off the bat bc why not.
there is nothing like the feeling of a crocheter figuring out how to knit for the first time.
it’s me, i’m the crocheter.
Finished a friend’s tail commission. It’s a little scrunkly cause of the special yarn I used. (it glows in the dark)
