This was a collaboration with whateversawesome as a gift for @buf309 !! We were given the prompt “sleeping beauty” by buf, then we both came up with a story, combined some elements, and created our respective versions!!

Loid was reading a psychology periodical on Exposure Therapy that gave him the idea to slowly, but steadily expose Yor, with her permission of course, more and more to his touch and affection, to minimize her violent outbursts and make them seem more like a real couple, for the mission*.

My soul left my body this morning when I came downstairs with my son and realized I had not turned on the dishwasher. ALL THOSE BOTTLES AND STRAWS AND SNACK CONTAINERS UNWASHED. I have two children to get ready for school. Anyway I thought it might be a fun comic idea for this to happen to Loid. They probably don’t have dishwashers yet but he could have been so tired from a mission that he left all the dirty dishes in the sink and the next morning he freaks out. Not to worry because his angel wife washes everything in record time and they manage to get Anya to the bus just fine. And that’s when he realizes he’s in love <3

One little thing I love about spy is that when two characters are biologically related, Endo knows how to draw them physically similar. They don't all look the same even though it's the same style of drawing
