19 Days x Male OC

They had finally extinguished the fire, but only to leave a new mess of burned walls, a wrecked motorcycle, a puddle of water, and foam all over the floor from the extinguisher. They were now kneeling on the floor with an expression of guilt and fear in front of the silver-haired male, who held a folded belt with a glare. He then walks towards Jian Yi and tightly holds his face while slapping the folding belt on the boy’s cheek. “Are you the one who burned my house?” Qiu scowls, glaring at the young blonde as he grits his teeth.

“It wasn’t me! It was the redhead!” Jian Yi confesses, pointing at the male beside him, and Mo sweats nervously. Xin looked at the light blonde-haired teen beside him with an incredulous expression, narrowing his eyes at the male from the accusation when they made eye contact, arguing telepathically. ‘Are you crazy!? It wasn’t Mo; if only you and Zheng Xi didn’t pop up with a lit candle, then Mo wouldn’t slap the candle on the can of gasoline!!’

‘It’s still his fault..’ “Brat, how do you plan on paying me back?” Qiu queried, glaring menacingly at the redhead as he smoked, the shadows making it more intimidating than his looks. Suddenly, Mo slowly stood up and grabbed a bottle of alcohol and gulped its contents in one go, emptying the bottle immediately, shocking the four boys. “Wait, Mo-!” - Xin

“I DON’T HAVE MONEY! JUST BEAT ME UP!” Mo exclaimed, his face flushed with alcohol, and He Tian was quick to stop him as he grabbed the bottle, while Zheng Xi struggled to stop Jian Yi from drinking the unused alcohol. Xin only sighed in exasperation as he looked at the adult beside him, who’s irked by the chaos that was displayed in front of them, evident from the veins that popped out from his forehead.  “We’re so sorry…” Xin whispered, crying internally to himself. This was the biggest trouble he and others caused, other than accidentally breaking a plate at home.  “You better be…” Qiu growled, clenching his teeth before taking a long drag of his cigar.  The chaotic four had finally ceased their antics, and the two sober boys began to drag Jian Yi and Mo—who’s holding an extinguisher—upstairs, leaving the other teen and the enraged male who bellowed, which was instantly futile as the four were already inside the room. “Come downstairs and clean this up right this instant!”

Xin sighed tiredly at his friends and began to grab a mop and clean, quietly listening to the pitter-patter of the rain and constant thunder outside. He perked up when he heard the older male sighing, looking up only to be stared back at, at which point he almost jumped back from shock. “Aren’t you going to follow them?” Qiu inquired, looking at the teen with a raised brow, grabbing one of the cleaning supplies, and beginning to clean. “No, I want to clean so I can compensate for the troubles we have caused and stressed you out. We’re sorry again, Brother Qiu.” Xin atoned, frowning as he sighed, and kept cleaning until his phone vibrated. He took out his phone from his pocket, checking the receiver only for his face to contort into fear from the labeled ‘MOM’ in front of the screen. He immediately pressed the accept button on the incoming call, accepting his fate, and immediately got an outrageous yell and rant that loudly echoed through the house. “HUANG XIN, DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS? WHERE ARE YOU, AND WHY HAVEN'T YOU GOT HOME YET?!? IT’S ALREADY 11 PM! DO YOU KEEP PLANNING TO HANG OUT WITH YOUR FRIENDS ALL NIGHT?? COME BACK HOME RIGHT THIS INSTANT!” “Ma, I can’t come home right now. It’s been raining, and there’s a flood right now. I’m not at my friend's house right now, so I can’t come home. I promise I’ll come home tomorrow, safely.” Xin assured his mom, feeling Qiu’s stare from his back and hearing him snicker, which he heard clearly between his mom’s loud rants, which made him grit his teeth.  “WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU AREN’T IN YOUR FRIEND’S HOUSE!? WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW? I SWEAR IF YOU GET INTO A FIGHT, I’LL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL WHEN YOU RETURN TOMORROW!” ‘’Ma, I’m in He Tian's brother’s house, and no, I didn’t get into a fight, I promise. I’ll hang up now, okay? I promise I’ll come back safe and explain everything tomorrow.” Xin promised, already sweating nervously from the threat, gripping the mop tightly.  “FINE, PROMISE THAT AND DON’T EVER CAUSE TROUBLES WITH HE TIAN’S BROTHER, UNDERSTAND? COME BACK SAFE AND SOUND TOMORROW, UNDERSTAND?”

‘Too late for that...’ Xin thought, instantly remembering the chaos they created earlier, before hanging up his phone once he spoke his reply and farewell to his angry mother.  ‘Angry mom’s are more scary than any other creature on earth…’

Xin sighed after their conversation but resumed cleaning the mess quickly, ignoring the adult idly. After 30 minutes, Xin and Qiu completely cleaned the place. Xin smiled at success before wiping his face with his sooty shirt, instantly smearing the ashes and soot that were spread on his face, which made him purse his lips in annoyance, but he decided to leave it be. He looked at the exhausted adult beside him before looking away awkwardly after he couldn't come up with a topic to discuss and just sitting idly in the silent and awkward atmosphere until it got cut off by a yell from upstairs. “QUICK, QUICK, QUICK! AHHHHH!”

“FUCKING HELL! AHHH!” “The fuck are they up to now?!” Qiu growled, storming up the stairs with Xin following behind him, only to be greeted with another disaster. An opened window with foam and rain pelting down on the four boys who are half asleep with Zheng Xi trying to close the window as he kept pressing down buttons on the remote.  “WHO SENT YOU TO TORTURE ME?!?” “FOR PETE’S SAKE, GUYS! ZHENG XI, WHYYYYY?!!!” To say it another way, it was a long night for them. _______________________________ YOHOO, I UPDATED EARLY WHICH IS SURPRISING SKSKS. I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOYED THE FIC! GAGI, I CRIED

I didn't cry when Guan Shan got hurt.

I didn't cry when they kissed.

I didn't cry when they pierced the ear.

I didn't cry at their engagement in the future.

I don't cry easily.

But I'm definitely fuckin' crying now.

I Didn't Cry When Guan Shan Got Hurt.
