Is it normal for me to randomly and briefly to see a bunch of people in my head. Like I have a bunch of atla fictives and some from other things and i didn’t even know about.

I was lining up something earlier and I said our hosts deadname which is also another alters name and i realized that they weren’t fronting. I have no idea who I am rn.
