I don't think many people realize how much they've been turned into a bunch of casually cynical jerks.

Someone may come to their parents and say "I want to write a book" and their parents will say "it's really hard to get published".

Someone might confide in their sibling and say "I want to sell my art on "x" platform" and that sibling will say "do you know how many people you'd be competing with? Do you know how many shops are even on that platform?"

I know a kid who once told his best friend "I think I wanna start a dnd podcast" and the friend was like "do you know what the word "oversaturation" means?"

Personally, I don't know why any of that matters? And even if it did, perhaps your response should be "Do it! Do it and see where it goes!"

Eggs: Tamago kake gohan. Crack an egg over some hot rice and stir it through with soy sauce to taste, along with any other seasonings that tickle your fancy. It’s a great low spoons dish, and it tastes pretty good too ^_^

Steak: Rare, finished with garlic, thyme, rosemary, and basted with a liberal amount of high quality butter ^w^

Milk: 2%. Nothing beats whole milk for me ^_^

Alcohol: I don’t drink, I can’t stand the taste of alcohol >_< even vodka is too much for me

Warm drink: Salted caramel hot chocolate with a small dollop of whipped cream

Thanks for the asks! Myrna O’Shaughnessy is Solana’s roommate, and a former Vtuber who was fired from VSweeties, the Vtuber agency that Solana currently works for under the name, Akai Starlight. VSweeties is owned by Viceroy Steadman/Orpheus, and he is known for sexually and emotionally exploiting the Vtubers who work for him, but Solana cannot afford to quit the agency as she has no other income. Myrna is currently helping Solana make it as an indie Vtuber, Kirameki Sunstone, so that she’ll be able to quit VSweeties.

As for Blood On A Yellow Rose, the title is in reference to the fact that the MC (Who I don’t have a name for yet) is a vampire, and yellow roses represent friendship and joy. The MC is a doctor who steals blood packs from the hospital she works at to feed herself with. She got turned in the 80s and isn’t very up to date with the modern world, and she is very much in denial about the fact that she’s aromantic. It’s not until she meets the terminally ill secondary MC that she comes to terms with her identity.
