BIG seizure warning for new Smiling Friends episode!!! (6/9/24)
I was gonna tag this as a spoiler but this is actually too important. I decided to check out the early leak (sorry I know, I planned on watching it on TV too so I figured it was ok?) but I'm REALLY glad I did because MASSIVE AND I MEAN MASSIVE SEIZURE WARNING FOR THIS EPISODE!
I wish someone else who watched it early warned me because I couldn't even watch most of it. I had to do the thing where I minimize the whole screen and listen to it like radio. I'm someone who actually HAS epilepsy and I could've REALLY used a warning so yeah. This isn't a spoiler, it's a safety warning.
This isn't a joke. Every time I'd try to peek to see if the flashing/strobes were over, they weren't. It's basically the entire episode. So if you have seizure disorders like me, I'd just skip it and wait for the descriptions, unfortunately. You won't be able to watch after the 2 minute mark anyways.
(ALSO! Please tag any gifs of those scenes as "seizure warning" or "strobe lights" or...idk something like that becuase god damn. If I didn't act as fast as I did it could've ended badly. Ugh.)
