Okay but THEY GOT A POINT

Okay, this post has me thinking.

What if those totally Aziracrow-coded suits are a Clue for not only what's coming at the end of S2E6, but I'm hopeful that it's about their future, too. Because look at them. LOOK AT THEM.

They are even separated by the window pane! The art department is so crazy for this.

We've got a beautiful black suit, perfectly tailored, absolutely stunning, and ready to go. Then we have Crowley. Beautiful, knows who he is outside of Heaven and Hell. Knows what he wants (Aziraphale, obviously). He's ready for the garden, ready for their cottage in the South Downs.

And we've got a light colored suit, that still seems to be in-process of getting ready. Hard to tell from this image, but it looks like it still has an unfinished collar, and is waiting for a sleeve to be sown on? It's not finished yet, but it's getting there. If that's not Aziraphale, I don't know what is. He knows he wants Crowley, but he can't quite separate himself from Heaven. He needs to go back and learn more about himself, to realize he doesn't fit there, that Heaven isn't the place for him any longer. And then maybe he'll be ready, too.

The suits are a METAPHOR.

wait but can we talk about how jarring it is to read official news releases ab this show after marinating for months in the good omens fandom on tumblr?? like, i'll read a piece from an actual news site that goes something like,,, "Good Omens explores the dynamic between two unlikely friends--one angelic, one demonic--as they navigate their lives on Earth in the aftermath of a failed attempt to enact Armageddon. Throughout the course of the second season's six-episode run, Crowley (as played by Dr. Who's David Tennant) and Aziraphale (played by the delightful Michael Sheen of Prodigal Son) must face down power-hungry demons, unexpected visitors, and new job prospects, all while playing matchmaker for a couple of shopkeepers in the area. and it's like,,, I-- WHAT??? is this how non-brainrotted individuals approach the story? did we even watch the same show???

cause meanwhile, for the past three months, we've all collectively been like,,,

AU where Crowley lied and said to God that the suggestion box was also Aziraphale’s idea.

They lied bc they genuinely thought that if they said that someone else had the same idea, it’d add weigh to their suggestion…

God knew it was a lie but just so Crowley could be devoured by guilt forever, She banished them both.

After that, Crowley undoubtedly felt so guilty toward Azazel (the demon name Aziraphale choose for himself) they decided to protect him the best they could from both Hell and Heaven.

Azazel never knew about Crowley’s lie. He just thought he had made a shtty job working on humans and thus got banished.

He is visually impaired, since he’s linked to the proteus salamander. And grew a moustache that actually helps him feel and “see” his surrounding!

And as the usual, these two have a hard time building a healthy relationship. Azazel is very much opened about his love for Crowley, mainly because he doesn’t fear Heaven anymore. But Crowley is still feeling very guilty, so they try to act distant. (but it’s so hard, they constantly fail)
