okay but here me out

we all agree that how the villain song from new Disney movie wish was bad and the villain king Magnifico keep saying “ this is the thanks I get “ well I think Disney is mad at us because of the things that happened to the company recently and maybe they mad cuz we don’t like Disney like we use to and they keep saying we are the best company and we made a lost of memory for all of you we are everywhere what ever you love is cuz of us and this is the thanks we get ??? see Disney is mad at us 😂 and btw am I the only one who thinks that Disney tried to make the hottest Disney DILF possible?? like they asked people with daddy issues around and said imagine a hot Daddy and draw that 💀or maybe they were like (you know what it’s time for a new Disney crush that people can fell in love with for an other 100 years )

Sorry, but I hate how Disney just decides to make everyone look like Rapunzel instead of modeling characters that actually look distinguishable.

Like seriously there are so many beautiful women out there:

Really dark skinned women

Albino women

Women with vitiligo (I added this guy too because he looks sick)

Women with unconventional (yet beautiful) facial features

Women with noses that don’t fit in the beauty standards:

Women with acne, feckles, birthmarks, scars, etc

Women with different eyebrows (or none!)

And there is honestly so much more I could add, but this post is getting long, it is a shame Disney doesn´t want variety. If you take a look at their concept art, there is some creativity, like Asha´s original pointy chin, but then they just ignore it and change the final draft to look like Rapunzel.

At this point representation isn´t even the main problem, cause if it depends on Disney they will make princesses of all etnicities that can be capitalized but all will look like frickin Rapunzel.

My Wish-Nimona Conspiracy Theory

*This is completely speculative and I'm sure can be proven wrong by some research but I'm not going to do that*

My theory is Disney tried to kill 2 birds with one stone when they shut down Blue Sky 1. To cancel Nimona 2. To use the assets/ideas from Nimona

Saying something like this is pretty controversial I get it but here's my evidence: 1. Both the movies are the only ones who use the same new type of artstyle, that being 3D blended with Watercolor. Nimona's style was literally achieved by repainting everything to give it that storybook-esque aesthetic.

2. Ballister and King Magnifico look way too similar. To that I say Ballister's design has been in the works since at least 2016.

Obviously Ballister is far more well executed and superior than Magnifico, but that's not the point of this post.

But Ballister is designed to look like a generic villain, down to the facial hair, the scar, ...the queer-coding, but if Magnifico's design is not copied then he just looks and acts like a generic sexy villain. So its either copied or its lazy, you decide which is worse.

3. This the point that made me want to write this post, that is in the concept art of Wish, the Wishing star was a shapeshifting boy.

Now its entirely possible that Disney was just Lazy and chose to go with a marketable plush than a well flushed character as it save time and brings money. But it is not completely absurd to think that Disney chose to copy this idea from Nimona, and that they had to do damage control when they realised Nimona is getting released, that too before their own movie and hence this was done to avoid being accused of plagiarism. If you want to get technical and if this was Disney's intention, to get rid of the studio and the movie to use its assets, it is theft. Again all of this is speculation.

And if they had gone with Star boy, that would have been far too many coincidences to not raise any eyebrows. So now its upto you to decide: Was it Disney's intention to copy Nimona from the beginning, or is it just a coincidence? But that's just a theory...

I find it so weird that people are only interested in ONE concept of star, and that is the star twink... and you know what i found out in the art book...

THAT THE FACT THERE IS LITERALLY AN ENTIRE PAGE OF THE OTHER CONCEPTS OF STAR!!!

And the list goes on. There were MANY concepts of star most of him being in many different forms/animals.And also I love the creativity behind the making of star there were so many ideas of star was going to be.Some were weird,others were very odd but all in all the concepts are amazing...to bad the Internet was focused only on yellow jack frost(🙁).

The wish hate is just getting dumb at this point...😫

Does anyone else to think that maybe Flazino was meant to be Asha’s love interest and not Starboy in the original Wish?

Now, I don’t have much to go off of since Flazino is only in one deleted scene, but that’s why I believe it could be possible. I mean, really think about it. As far as I’ve seen from Art of Wish book, there’s NOTHING about him. No character designs, no mention of him in any section, nothing. But he was important enough to at least some version of the story (and perhaps a much later one considering in “Finding Flazino” Star is in Plush form and Ariana DeBose was voicing Asha) to be included in a locked storyboard. A locked storyboard is like a final storyboard that includes music, sound effects, and scratch tracks for voices. And from the dialogue and general direction of the scene, as well as Mark Kennedy saying he was Magnifico’s apprentice, he seemed to be a pretty important character. So why on Earth would they not include anything about him in the Art of Wish?

Obviously there’s a lot more art of Star and Asha together that lean towards a romantic relationship. It’s likely they were meant to be the main couple in at least one version, if at all. But I must reiterate that. ONE version. It’s possible that in an earlier or later version of the story that they still tried to push for a romance between Flazino and Asha but Disney cut it. I personally don’t see why else they would bury his character so deep. I know he was completely scrapped from the film, but:

A. Starboy was as well, but they still included stuff on him. Though you could argue they could show more since Star wasn’t completely scrapped.

B. They still showed that deleted scene of him. Why not take a different deleted scene to show instead and act like he never even existed?

Or maybe I’m wrong. That’s probably more likely to be completely honest. I’m kind of just grasping at straws trying to find an explanation as to why Flazino was cut so much except one deleted scene. Like with Starboy, this is purely speculation. It’s all just so confusing to me. Guess we’ll just have to wait for those NDA’s to expire.

OK I had a messed up idea/revelation whatever hear me out :

So you know how Asha and Starboy is basically canon now (idc) and the king and queen are evil so WHAT IF one of them die like- what if magnifico dies because of Asha and Starboy and the Queen goes full evil but blame it on starboy because she doesn't want to kill her own daughter despite everything, and Asha is affected because damn her father died in front of her and she's responsible for that, she wants to apologize to her mom, admit she was wrong or something but she can't because there's too much done now ! So now you have a final fight between the daughter and the mother, and when Asha and Starboy win, Asha is still devastated because her family just died and because of her. They were villains but she still loves them, they never mistreated her before or whatever, for what I saw, they didn't seem like the worst parents, and she was their legacy, a mixed of them both, so I think they still wanted to love and protect her. So anyway, Starboy grants her a wish, her father's soul will now rest in a mirror that can never lies and her mother's soul will part of the bosquet of roses around the castle, which turned magical and the most beautiful roses you've ever seen.
