If your character could only save one thing from their burning house, what would it be?

Bella: her tool belt. It's got all of her most important flash drives and her tools which took ages to collect. Or at least she'd grab that after making sure her family is safe

Freddie: His comics. His portable chemistry kit would catch his eye, but the comics are so much more valuable, in more ways than one. He loves them more than life and they bring him so much joy. Also, they're no longer being printed as quickly as they used to be, so there's a finite quantity in the world.

Zach: He would run up to his bedroom and start tossing stuffed toys out the window. He would stay saving toys until the door was on fire and he couldn't breathe before jumping out the window himself and swinging down the tree.

Okay, I had to do this.

Describe your favorite OC but like, really awfully. 

I wanted to post something so I'm actually active. So here, a bullet fic set in an alternate universe and the world's first taste of The Perfect Family. (And a little more context, in this AU at the very least, Aster owns and regularly rides a motorcycle. This is the first time Freddie is taken on a ride on it)

- because of something that I'm not going to spoil, high speed vehicles are stressful, so a bit of panic at first

- but he would agree because he'd guess it'd make Aster happy

- they'd kit him in motorbike gear - heavy leather jacket and pants and a good helmet - it'd be too big and would hang off him

- when on the bike, he'd cling to Aster so tightly, like fingers white, no amount of force would break his grip

- his eyes would be shut the first 5 or so minutes and he'd be shaking

- Aster knows fear when she sees it so she knew that he was afraid, so she didn't do any fancy turns until he's enjoying himself

- eventually, he'd get over the g-force similar feeling (spoilery there, you're welcome) and he'd open his eyes and start to enjoy they freedom of flying down the road

- he'd probably yelp a bit when he realises the wind was messing up his hair

- on the first turn, he'd absolutely pAniC and cling almost as tight as before

- he'd be a bit stiff coming off the bike, so he'd waddle over to Vi and just stretch his arms out so she could help him take off the copious amount of protection

- later, whenever Aster would offer a ride, if you looked very closely the moment she'd suggest it, you'd see a very genuine and excited smile and a spring in his step

53. What is something they want but can't have?

Bella huffs frustratedly, "Some useful help around here. DID YOU HERE THAT BOYS?! GET OFF YOUR LAZY BEHINDS AND HELP OUT!!" She turns back and adds, "And maybe tools. There's nothing metaphorical I don't have access to right now, I'm just suffering from a lack of resources."

"Some peace and quiet," Freddie spits, matching Bella's glare from across the room. "I have private, confidential things that I need to work on, but since I'm part of an alliance I need to contribute to the group so we might be able to survive. I can see the necessity of it, but I still don't like it.

"Respect. It's a little depressing, I know, but I'm not really taken seriously," Zach explains, down. "I think it's because I goof around too much, a least at school, and because I'm too young, or maybe because I'm not confident enough. I can count on one hand how many people I'm myself with - people who are themselves are crazy brave."

Shortly after becoming slightly more social - in the small window between the beginning of Bella's research and her initial social interaction, there was a competition. She had started prep work and planning almost a year in advance. It was her best project yet and it was for a spring internship in NASA. Her parents only just scraped out enough money to pay for parts and the entry fee. The week before the competition, she was working at the school robotics lab, since they had equipment she needed. She left the project there overnight. The next day at recess, she found the project destroyed. She was distraught. That day, she skipped class for the first time ever - she wanted to find the perpetrator. She succeeded in discovering who it was. Two girls in her friendship group had gotten jealous. They had asked for homework answers, but Bella doesn't cheat. She offered to tutor them, but they refused. When she became more social, they were even more jealous, since she was smart and well connected, so they sabotaged her project. She fixed it (thank goodness). However, this set her wayy back in her social progress. She was silent for weeks afterwards and was never seen outside of class or with anyone. Thank goodness for Evie, her best and closest friend at the time. She's a miracle worker.

Meet Bella (officially) She's a surprisingly socially confidant sophomore. She grew up in a stable home with both her parents and her younger sisters. She has a passion for coding, and aspires to use her programming skills to work for NASA someday. She spent most of her childhood isolated from her peers, save for one or two friends, before using her quick learning and keen observation skills to go toe to toe in social circles in middle school. An overall scholar, her favourite thing to do is to learn new skills - she is trilingual, can fence and is mostly confidant in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She'll lead groups if she has to, but prefers to stay in the back, making plans and recording data, so believe me when I say there are many reasons she doesn't want to be in the position she's currently in.
