“Absolutely not, you are not using that.” The villain spoke, hands on hips with their best disappointed parent face.

“Oh come on mum! This is by far the coolest thing in here.” Complained their teenage daughter, twirling an electric spear in their fingers the sound of electricity crackling throughout the room.

“No it’s the most dangerous, put it down.”  With a huff the teenager girl set down the spear and made their way over to their mum. 

“If you give me another grappling hook, I’m gonna freaking lose it.” They explained, arms crossed over the chest.

“Watch your language, and no I’m not giving you another grappling hook. What I have in mind is more damaging then a grappling hook.” The villain said making their way over to another glass cabinet that decorated the walls of their lair.

“A GUN!!”  “Jesus fuck no.”

“Everything goes down hill from here.” The Villain said trying to sound poetic while looking over the side of the cliff.

“Yea” said the Hero. “Everything being you.”

A hard push sent the Villain tumbling towards the sea.

Prompt #1

“I feel as though your growing tired of this conversation” (Coworkers Name) observed with a tilt of their head.

“It’s first thing on a Monday morning, I’m tired of everything.” They said eyes closed probably not going to open anytime soon.

A whole mug of coffee was quickly consumed by them.

I have All the Young Dudes sitting open on a tab on my ipad but I feel so scared to start it. Like it’s a full on commitment and I don’t think I’m ready. It’s also hella intimidating. I’ve read Only the Brave and I’ve read Art Heist Baby! But this the ONE you know. This is like millions of people canon events of what happens to these wizards from the 1970s and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with this decision.

P.S. More people should read Only the Brave.
