I could see this going two different ways, the first would be Manila!Mikey letting you go or he kills you. I'll elaborate don't worry.

If he lets you go, it's because he doesn't have that deep of an attachment to you. In the Manila timeline, Mikey had stated that he wanted too die and when he sent that letter to Takemichi, it's because he wanted Takemichi too end his life, Mikeys life, as said by Mikey himself, has been nothing but suffering for him, he's already killed his friends and a lot of his family is dead, so at this point in his life, he literally has no one. If he kills you though, there's a very high chance it's because he's in love with you, or at the very least, he's developed a very deep connection with you and he can't stand the thought of letting you go.
