Sorry but seeing my transformation (so far) is what helps me stay motivated omg. Obviously still have a ways to go, but so much better than before.
here's my workout routine!! (for those that been wating for it)
yoga/stretching: (30 kcal)
i usually do a morning stretch and an evening stretch right before bed
workouts: (200/300 kcal)
i do chloe ting's workouts, they work real well for me*
workout machines: (350 or more kcal)
i do at least an hour on my indoor bike, then if i haven't burned enough calories i do some more time on it
walking: (~400 kcal)
i do 8000+ steps a day (this means walking for a couple of hours pretty fast), in fact, everyday at ~9 pm i go out and walk for an hour
*rn im doing the "2019 2 weeks shred challenge", i also do every workout she has on the plan, no matter how tired i am i do the optional ones too

This morning breakfast

0 cals black coffee with 4g stevia
I started a liquid diet last week. Every day, I have had 2-4 cups of coffee with 1/4 of a protein shake in it and some liquid stevia. (I will just finish off the shake if it doesn't all go into my coffee. Then I will drink water all day. Then around dinner time, I will have 2tsp of chicken bouillon in 2 cups of water to keep up my sodium so I don't become dehydrated and sick. A few times, I have had a second protein shake for dessert. I have sugar free jello on hand, but I haven't touched it yet. On Sunday, I had a solid mother's day dinner of steak, 2 scrambled eggs, and a caesar salad then I resumed my fast. I still lost weight the next day despite the dinner. I assume it is because it was super low in carbs and high in protein. This Sunday, I plan on having protein style burgers low in fat and high in veggies. And then I will resume my fast again.

Don't count macros on Sunday. Just make it one healthy meal and eat till satisfied.

I have also started working out :I did 30min of strenght videos on ytb 10min arms,10min legs and 10min abs.

Yesterday's meal I finally ate twice because I was forced to but it was the same quantity so it's okey I guess.
I realized that doing omad in summer break is impossible to me so I'm just gonna ate 2 small meals when I am forced to and the rest of the time omad.
I will start a serious omad and water fasting when school starts,in less than 2 months.

I hope when school starts I will be able to dress this way without feeling ashamed of my body.

Today I'm gonna start Omad.School starts in less than 2 months and I wanna lose at least 10kg before.
Todays meal is a green peas salad,the bowl is very small so I can eat less 😋

She's my body goal not too skinny but having a little thigh gap is really cute💕
Omad Dinner
one meal a day, dinner. how to?
in the morning, let’s say before school (at least one hour before you leave) drink a big cup of warm green or white tea.
first hunger of the day (usually 1-3 hours after your morning tea) will hit you suddenly. always be prepared and have a thermos with black coffee or green tea if you don’t want everyone hearing your stomach rumbling.
throughout the day drink a lot. A lot. A Lot. A LOT of water. helps so much.
try to eat dinner around 5-7pm (max 400/500kcals)
go to sleep as early as possible.
