Today is my brother bday so I don't know if I am going to be under my limit this time.
I succed to skip breakfast and for lunch I had a small salad and a broth letter soup,which in total is about 250 cals or even less,idk cause I do not have a balance.
But I know that for Diner my mom will do something really big and fat,and I'd how to skip that.
I hope nobody is gonna notice if I just eat a little.I don't wanna lose my progress since I achieve my first goal.

Today I'm gonna start Omad.School starts in less than 2 months and I wanna lose at least 10kg before.
Todays meal is a green peas salad,the bowl is very small so I can eat less ๐

She's my body goal not too skinny but having a little thigh gap is really cute๐

Yesterday's meal I finally ate twice because I was forced to but it was the same quantity so it's okey I guess.
I realized that doing omad in summer break is impossible to me so I'm just gonna ate 2 small meals when I am forced to and the rest of the time omad.
I will start a serious omad and water fasting when school starts,in less than 2 months.

I hope when school starts I will be able to dress this way without feeling ashamed of my body.

I have also started working out :I did 30min of strenght videos on ytb 10min arms,10min legs and 10min abs.
