(Y/N) Ubuyashiki was known to be a little, gentle and kind bundle of sunshine. His bright personality could make anyone forget all the gruesome parts of the world at least for a little while, giving them an opportunity to rest and lower their guard.

That’s why everyone was so fond of him, especially the hashira and his father Kagaya. (Y/N) would often play around the whole place, wether it’d be at his father’s side or wherever one of the hashira’s were training, eating or meditating. The boy truly loved every single one of them. They made him feel safe and secure.

So, one day, he decided to let them know in a special way.

"You called for me, young master?", Obanai kneeled down infront of his master's son, both out of respect and to be more on eye level with the child. (Y/N) nodded cheerfully, his impatience visible by the way he bobbed up and down on the spot, "I have a very important item to give you, mister Obanai. One you shall keep safe.", he said in feign seriousness.

Obanai tended to take (Y/N) serious, no matter how much his instincts told him it was all meant in a playful manner. He couldn't risk disrespecting the young boy, after all. So he held out his hands, "Of course." The boy's happy giggle urged the black-haired to listen to his gut feeling more, and play along and only act like he was tasked with protecting a valuable artifact. Obanai wasn't one to be playful, though, so he refused.

He watched (Y/N) pull out something out of his sleeve. Mismatched eyes widened as he realised it was merely a bracelet, clearly handmade. The chriping of the birds around them was all that accompanied the silence between the two for a few long seconds. Laughing at the older one, (Y/N) let the bracelet fall in Obanai's open palm, "A sign of our friendship!", he cheered, "So don't loose it, hehe."

The hashira inspected the accessory. Upon further inspection he made out two eyes on one of the white beads. The beads were supposed to be a snake, making it's way around in a circle until it met its tail.

"Look! I have a matching one!", the boy held his wrist next to Obanai's hand, which was, indeed adorned by an identical bracelet. The black-haired wasn't sure what the correct response to this act of affection was, so he just slid the bracelet on, "Thank you, young master."

Sadly, (Y/N) missed out on the sight of Obanai gliding his fingers over the head of the snake bracelet with a fond smile under his bandages.

"Hm?", a tug on Sanemi's haori made him stop in his tracks as he was leaving the meet up spot after a hashira meeting, locking eyes with (Y/N) who was grinning up to him. "You are not dismissed yet!", the boy tried to pout, but his smile broke through very clearly. Sanemi could only nod with lightly furrowed brows while (Y/N) dragged him out of sight of any bystanders in the vicinity.

The hashira wasn't at all worried about anything, he knew the boy was a playfull little one. Someone who loved to drag him along, often to play, which is what Sanemi thought was his mission right then. "I can't stay for long, young master. There is a mission I need to prepare for." (Y/N) nodded along, promising it wouldn't take even five minutes.

As soon as (Y/N) was satisfied with their location, he let go of the hashira. Giggling to himself, he fished out something out of his pockets, with his back turned to the older one. He quickly hid both his hands behind his back when he turned around, "Which hand?"

A guessing game? Yeah, Sanemi wasn't really happy about being pulled from his important work for something like this, but he humored him nonetheless, it was his master's son, after all. "Your left."

Giggling even louder than before, the (Y/HC)-haired revealed his left hand, opening his palm in the process. There was a bracelet with thin, silver beeds, as well as a few pinwheel shaped ones. "A bracelet?", the man took the item out of the other's hand, inspecting it further.

That's when (Y/N) revealed his other hand from behind his back, holding an identical bracelet in his palm, "As a sign of our friendship!" He urged Sanemi to put it on, like he did himself, grasping both his scarred hands in his own small ones. "Do you like it??", if it weren't for Sanemi's sturdy body, the boy would've made him loose his balance from how hard he was shaking his arms out of excitement.

The silver-haired didn't dare to let a sweat drop roll down his face, "Yes, of course. Thank you, young master." Satisfied with the older one's answer, (Y/N) let out yet another giggle and went in for a short hug, before disappearing.

Alright. Time to prepare for the upcoming mission. ...After making sure to put this gift somewhere safe and secure.

The hint of a smile was present on Tengen's lips, his eyes closed as he sat on the grass, arms and legs crossed. Someone was approaching, someone small. He could feel their presence, slowly sneaking up on him. And the hashira played along, letting them come closer and closer. Just to dodge to the side when they went to jump on him, catching them with one arm.

"Eek!", (Y/N) yelped, making Tengen laugh, "Nice try, but there's still plenty of room for improvement." (Y/N) pouted at him halfheartedly, climbing up his arm to wrap his arms around the older one's neck, "You say that, not noticing I succeeded in my mission!", he giggled out. "Oh?", only then Tengen noticed something shiny on his thigh. He blinked at it, stunned, "Wow. You made more process than I thought!", he sent the boy clinging on him a big grin.

"Is this for me?", he then asked, picking up the accessory and gliding the pad of his thumb over the diamond-like beads. (Y/N) nodded wildly, "I saw the beads and immediately thought of you!" Tengen chuckled, gently shaking of the kid to slide on the bracelet, "It's perfect! So flashy and vibrant! You have a good eye, little one."

(Y/N) giggled happily, as the hashira patted his head, "Thank you! I made a matching one for myself. See? It's a sign of our friendship, you know?", he tugged on his sleeve to show off another bracelet, matching Tengen's. "A sign of our friendship, huh?", the man smiled fondly at the handmade bracelet around his wrist. He will show off this one for sure.

Zen doesn't know what that is, honestly, so you're going to have to explain it to him

If you started dating when you were still presenting as female- well

He is really confused about it, wonders what will happen with your relationship, but he is quick to decide he doesn't want to lose you just because you're no longer presenting female

I can totes imagine him realizing he's bi once he thinks about you being a guy, and realizing that really relieved the both of you, cuz a reason why you didn't tell him right away was because you were afraid he would break up with you, right? And he's just happy he still loves you the same as ever

Like- he loves you so much, that's why he doesn't want to stop loving you, you get me?

But really, that one was actually obvious; he made it very clear in the very beginning that he loves you unconditionally, he loves you for you! So it really was just the attraction to your body that could've changed, but nope

It all takes a few minutes to click, and a few hours of talking for him to confidentally being able to say he is in love with another guy. That being because of his initial confusion and him feeling unsure

He loves seeing you relax more, slowly seeing you more happy and confident of yourself as time moves on

Caution though: he will slip up every now and then with nicknames. He is so used calling you female terms, please forgive him

"Princess, I'm ho- no. Fuck! Prince, I'm home! I'm so sorry, handsome!"

He tries to make up for it and shoo away any approaching dysphoria with male gendered compliments

If you already transitioned before you got to know each other, you, again, will have to explain what being trans means, but it will be much less confusing because of the lack of a sexuality crisis

And, well, Zen just stood there (you can actually imagine him looking at you like in the picture above, just with wider eyes)

One educational conversation later and he is all good, and he's actually amazed about that topic Like- Whoa! People sense that their gender assigned at birth is wrong? And there are multiple adjustment operations? Cool!

"I would've never guessed!", maybe not the best thing to tell a trans person, but he makes up for it by putting the topic aside once you're finished and said everything you wanted to say You know, to get back to your normal routine. The least thing Zen wants is you feeling like anything will change now just cause he knows now

Overall rating: 6/10, he's clumsy and needs a bit of time, but it's clear he does his absolute best

Jumin has basic knowledge when it comes to trans people due to Pride events in the company, but never looked into it more than he had to

And it certainly comes as a surprise when you tell him

And an explaination of how he fell in love with a man (aka you) follows, a man who he swore to love forever. And Jumin was no person to break a promise, okay? He still loves you the same as ever

He really could not care less about how your body looks, you will always, always, always be ravishing in his eyes

Jumin looks at you in silence for a few seconds, raising a hand to his chin in thought

OR maybe you already transitioned during that time, then forget the part about you not saying anything to being misgendered, really just thought of the beginning of the game

Two peas in a pod

They both knew what they have gotten themselves into when they decided to get married, a choice neither of them seriously regretted to this day. Though, the two would say it jokingly in their rare moments of playfulness. They were too much of a perfect match, both strongwilled hard workers with not much of a need for physical affection, if any at all.

(Y/N) had incredible strength, both mentally and physically. He could not be persuded to do anything, could not be distracted, and could not be escaped from. Those points made him qualified for the work of a prison guard, Nanba prison being no exception, even with the escape artists and supposed dangerous inmates being kept there.

The inmates of building 13 didn't appreciate this fact as much as Hajime did.

Hajime and (Y/N) could go hours or days without interacting or seeing each other without feeling guilty for not paying attention to the other, or upset over the lack of attention. Being a prison guard includes long and exhausting working hours, and even though they were working in the same building, even had their office desk in the same room, they couldn't just act like a couple. Work wouldn't allow it.

It felt like the most scandalous thing when Hajime leaned in to kiss his husband's temple during one of their breaks. They were lucky they were the only ones in the room or they wouldn't have heard the end of it from the other supervisors. Physical affection certainly was rare between the couple, but not completely absent. And seeing the two stoic giants display an uncommon occurance like that would've shattered their image as building 13's gorillas, until they present the reason why they got called that in the first place.

He overheard Seitarou and (Y/N) talking in the office, an opportunity he simply couldn't walk past. Not only because he was bored out of his mind, but also because he rarely heard (Y/N) talk in a calm voice at all.

And god forbid anyone from cell 13 to even hear about their marriage...

But we all know how sneaky Jyugo can be when he's bored and wandering around the building.

"Oh, right! Yours and the supervisor's wedding anniversary is coming up, right?"

Hell broke loose, and so did two certain people's tempers.

If cell 13 didn't know not to mess with (Y/N) before, they certainly do now. It was like he was an exact copy of Hajime, just with a fewer words maybe. That, however did not stop any of them to continue with their antics. Their shadows will make them look like Mickey Mouse because of the bumps on either side of their heads.

Human shield

Another lighthearted escape attempt ended with Hajime giving the crew one last chance to turn back and return to their cell. Cell 13, minus (Y/N), might've lost one too many braincells from the past ass whoopings, looking at their smug looks as they just kept on walking further away from the prison. What made them think they wouldn't get beaten up this time?

Hajime and (Y/N) both really wanted to know the answer to that question. The (Y/HC)-haired kept being dragged along by his cellmates, his boyfriend, Uno in particular. Uno knew (Y/N) had no desire to escape prison and would rather just wait out his sentence, but they never planned to really escape anyways. It was all for sport, for fun.

And honestly, they all thought it would be less painful with (Y/N) around because of his strength. To their dismay, he didn't even keep walking once Hajime gave them that one last chance, he didn't want to get punished unnecessarily after all.

He just watched his friends and boyfriend walk straight into their doom. Their smiles quickly faded from their faces as soon as Hajime began his work with them.

"BABEEEE!!"

"Good grief..."

"Don't think I will let you run, inmate #11!"

Within the blink of an eye, Uno was back at his boyfriend's side, teary eyed, "Don't let him ruin my handsome face!"

(Y/N) just stood still and watched Nico faint next to Rock who was already laying on the ground.

The blue-eyed didn't see the lack of response as a good sign, "Come on! You can't let him hurt your boyfriend!"

A glance from the taller one made him flinch in horror, "You won't let him hurt me, right??"

"EEK!"

Uno quickly hid behind his boyfriend, clutching on his top, shouting at the top of his lungs, "PLEASE, BABE, I PROMISE TO STOP SLAPPING YOUR ASS WHEN PEOPLE ARE AROUND, PLEEEAAAASEEEEEE!!! PROTECT MEEEEEE!!"

Now, that was actually a pretty good offer...

But (Y/N) knew better than to face Hajime head on, he was strong, sure, but the prison guard was still on a higher level. So he just turned around and threw Uno over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. The male let out a startled yelp, "Wha- What are you doing?? AH- YOU'RE NOT GOING TO USE ME AS A WEAPON, ARE YOU??!!"

"Shut up, you're too loud."

A rather painful human shield, Uno had to say, but it worked out in his favor everytime.

"Inmate #(...), what are you planning?", Hajime halted a few meters away from the couple, glaring him down.

(Y/N) just scoffed, "Getting this dumbass back to his cell. I don't need him to loose more of his braincells from your beatings. I don't wanna know what kind of dumb shit he will do then."

Uno, however, always ended up pouting and whining because of the half-hearted insults from his supposed lover, hmph!

(Y/N)'s soft spot for the male helps him forgive him fairely quickly every time, though.
