Baizhu being a Naga (part 1?)

I know, we don't have much information about the green snake man yet but I put things a bit together ^^"

- Nagas are amazing shapeshifters, and sometimes are even depicted as humans with snakes around their neck: Baizhu looks human but has snake eyes with a white snake around his neck and we never see them apart from each other...yet

- Nagas love to hoard treasures and gems: Baizhu being someone who strip people of all their cash if he sees the possibility

- Nagas have a short temper and fickle nature (especialy when ignored or insultet): not seen on Baizhu yet but Changsheng seems to fit in this picture perfectly on nearly every occassion

- Nagas are supposed to have great healing skills but can also make humans extremly ill: Baizhu is a great doctor

Qiqi collapses in front of Gui’s eyes, and opens the door to a side of Baizhu’s life that nobody should ever see. He watches as two ailing patients try to understand their bond, and the struggle that ties them both together. Who takes care of whom?

Qiqi swayed on her feet, back and forth, just twice before her legs buckled. She fell without a change in her expression and without a sound. Herbalist Gui only noticed when he looked to the desk and saw it unmanned.

   “Qiqi!” His footsteps came to a skid in front of her. Her eyes were still open, staring glassily up at the ceiling. He checked for a pulse - of course, there was none - and he checked for breathing - she wasn’t. The floorboards hammered with footsteps as he raced to the foot of the stairs. “Dr. Baizhu!” There was no immediate answer.

24 - What they wish they could change about themselves for Baizhu

His illness and his mortality are two things he would change. But that is too obvious. Something more twisted that he would change about himself ( even if there are more things that he would optimize for sure) if he could is his weakness for luxus. He'd be quite a bit closer to his goal if he were just a little less greedy, regarding his unnecessary expenses only, his experiments are and will remain expensive... But you have to make a good impression on your patients if you want them to trust you. And the maple wood paneling from Inazuma is just so beautiful and warm... Of course, sandbearer wood would have done the same thing at half the price... but it wouldn't be exactly the sssame.

9 - What calms them when they are upset for Kaeya

Again, there would be an obvious answer: alcohol. But we all know about that by now. Something else that calms him down when everything is too much for him and even spying on Diluc to see if he's doing alright doesn't help anymore (which actually happens even if he would never admit it). The horses in the stable of the Ordo Favonius. Their calm nature and the friendly neigh that welcomes him every time. He could spend days grooming their sides and be soothed by their pure non-judgmental nature.

Especially Baizhu was hard to figure out because of the lack of informatioin about him|･ω･) I hope I didn't do a crappy job with my precious snake doctor (´꒳`)♡

Baizhu Headcanon #1:

Baizhu starts to lisp...like a snake, if he gets flustered or ashamed... or to angry.

Normally he takes great care not to lisp, thats why he speaks some words with a lot of care and slowly like 'Herbs' or 'chance'
