Just cause I feel like talking about it, I think if you're someone into Shonen and/or indie comics, I say check out No One Left To Fight!
One way I saw if marketed, and probably one of the best ways to market it, is as "Dragon Ball about a midlife crisis." Or something to that effect. I love the story it tells and the art is great looking in my opinion. Aubrey Sitterson and Fico Ossio are the main minds behind this comic, as writer and artists respectively. I will say that while Sitterson's story is great, this would not be the comic it is without Ossio's art.
Vâle, Timor, Krysta, and all the other characters are great. The love the main three have for each other, whether it a familial love like Vâle and Timor, or romantic like Timor and Krysta is a relatively big point to the story. It's about how these characters know and love each other. Even if someone has a really, really hard time letting go of a decades old rivalry, built from their insecurities being built up by so many heaping praise on the big hero of the world.
It's Dragon Ball inspiration is the probably the one thing that might turn some away, but it's got a some twists and turns that really make this it's own thing.

Drew this for my pal Aubrey Sitterson, whose book “No One Left to Fight” comes out this Wednesday from Dark Horse Comics. The book is about what happens to a bunch of Dragon Ball-esque fighters when they’ve grown up and no longer need to save the world from any big threats. It’s got some amazing artwork by Fico Ossio! Check it out, why doncha!
Crossover ideas! League of Legends and Battle Chasers or League of Legends and Darksiders! Or a crossover of all three!
With the first idea, you could potentially write all the characters as already existing on Runeterra, or since multiple realms exist in both BC and LoL, you could use that. With the second idea, you could play with the multiple realms as well, have the Horsemen just stopping in at some places in Runeterra, whether intentionally or not. With the third idea, you could pretty much just go crazy with the multiple realms.
Battle Chasers is open to a lot of ideas, in much part due to the series not really having an ending, at least as far as I know. I got the Battle Chasers Anthology and Battle Chasers: Nightwar, and I think there were new issues within the past year or so, but I do not think there was any ending told. Even then, in theory it could potentially crossover with either, just got to figure out how to properly do just that.
Small tangent real quick, this having crossed my mind while typing this out: multiple realms does not always equate to multiverse. Almost think of the realms as like planets or solar systems, just with very different rules or ways, as one way to put it. Using Darksiders as an example, there's the Forge Lands, Earth, Heaven, and Hell. Each place exist very differently yet can be travelled to, just usually with magic that allows such feats.
For the League of Legends and Darksiders crossover, I can imagine that every now and then that after a mission, War and Strife could stop in at The Last Drop in Zaun. Or another idea I have had, Samael appears in Zaun for whatever reason, and Ekko attacks him because this huge demonic figure appears suddenly and after Rewinding to try getting a better attack in after Samael blocks the first attempt, Samael just comments on Ekko's time powers, calling him a novice in Chronomancy.
Imagine that the Battle Chasers maybe existed in Runeterra's past and Calibretto being found and fixed up by a more tech-savvy champion, and that he has pretty much outlived his friends. Or maybe where the BC characters come from and the Crescent Isles exist far away from the main territories that all the LoL Champions come from, giving reason as to why these characters have not really encountered each other.
If you got an idea you want to add, go right for it!
Currently trying to write a Spider-Verse and TMNT crossover. For the TMNT side, it's mostly gonna be a combination of some of my favorite bits and pieces of different iterations sort of mashed together. Probably mostly the 2003 and Rise versions of the universe are the biggest influence.
Spider-Verse side of things? Three of Gwen's group, specifically Hobie, Peni, and Margo, will have gotten sent careening to the TMNT universe after a multiversal quake happened. I'm thinking as a bit of a joke, Hobie somewhat recognizes Mikey, because back on his Earth, there was show called Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles.
So far of what I have written, the trio of Spider-People have met Michelangelo after he went looking for a flux in time-space above NYC. Agent Bishop would have investigated it himself if not for being busy, and the turtles being closer.

So...Christmas was yesterday and I also watched the Rise of the TMNT movie for the third or fourth time yesterday, as well as browsing general TMNT fanart. And it got me thinking on how maybe during Christmas, Raph would probably dress up as Santa Claus, mostly because he likes the idea of being the big jolly man for kids' holiday cheer. Most Raphael may be a bit of a jerk, but he's not someone who would be mean to kids for little to no reason.
This also crossed my mind even though the holiday has been done for over a month or two. Maybe one Halloween, the Rise version of the Turtles, April, and Casey decide to so a group costume thing for Halloween. I imagine Raphael would usually call dibs on Mario, but decided to switch it up as Bowser one year. Leonardo could be Troll Toad, I mean Blue Toad, while Donatello and Michelangelo are Waluigi and Wario, wanting to keep color coded, at least somewhat. Meanwhile April and Cassandra are Daisy and Peach respectively, figuring "you know what, three heroes and three villains of the Mario series."
