With The Popularity Of Arcane, It Does Sometimes Make One Wonder How A Similar Series In The LoL Multiverse
With the popularity of Arcane, it does sometimes make one wonder how a similar series in the LoL multiverse could work. My first thought for a new series would be something set in ancient Shurima, either set around the brothers of Nasus and Renekton or the bond between Azir and Xerath. Maybe both, where each is their own season, and maybe an epilogue set closer to present day where all of them are in conflict with each other.
Now some are probably wondering why I have the song linked, and that is because I do think this song, specifically this version of it, could work as the opening credits song/theme song to something set in Shurima. Seriously, give it a listen, even if you are not a fan of LoL.
Beyond those, I don't got much to say right now, though there is a small chance I might add more to this later. Or others could add onto it if they so wish.

Patreon Commission Reward How Vex and Zoe's mix will look like? Something like this.
It was as Laura and Briar sat in the crowds, watching the latest match for Sett’s fighting pit that the two of them chatted, talking about moving on and going to explore more places. As they talked and watched, one of the newest challengers, a Noxian bounty hunter, would walk into the ring carrying a big sword. The bounty hunter's opponent? A decently buff man who carried a broadsword.
The fight would last a while, a war of attrition in a sense, with the Noxian bounty hunter winning out in the end. She would request another challenge, asking for her own choice of opponent. Sett would grant her request. The general pointed into the crowd, right at Laura.
Pointing to herself, the woman nodded. Putting two hands on the banister and vaulting over, Laura landed in the arena. Now both women stood across from each other, a small staring contest. The bell rang and they charged, the bounty hunter would slide under Laura’s tackle, pulling out a gun and aiming for the shin, only for the mutant to quickly pull her legs out of the way, rolling into a crouch. The bounty hunter would smirk, liking the challenge, then whip out her sword, spinning and throwing it forward. Laura dodged the thrown weapon only to get hit by a flying kick. Skidding backwards, she dug her fingers into the ground, not wanting to show off her claws just yet.
"You're good, but aren't you afraid of chipping a nail?" The bounty hunter asked in mockery.
"Nah. More afraid of just what I might do to you if pushed far enough." Laura replied, adding "By the way, got a name?"
"Name's Samira. Try not to forget." Said Samira as she whipped out both of her guns, firing rapidly.
Laura sped out of the way, outrunning the bullets. Faster than Samira thought anyone could. A thought got her adrenaline pumping, for this would be a challenge!
Grabbing her sword, Samira dashed in a swung, Laura dodging by bending backwards and sliding underneath. Spinning around quickly, Laura tripped Samira, the woman landing on her back and rolling out of the way as Laura aimed a punch at the bounty hunter's head, cracking thr ground just a bit from the force. Pulling her guns out again, Samira got in close, aiming to for sure put a bullet in Laura somewhere with close range shots. Laura would block and dodge multiple of the these strikes from fist, foot and gun, eventually popping all her claws.
That got everyone's attention.
"Now that is interesting. Got anymore cards you haven't shown yet?" Samira inquired, not really expecting an answer.
Laura was quiet was expected, her eyes roaming the area quickly before landing back on her opponent. Speeding towards Samira, the bounty hunter dodged as expected, allowing Laura to grab her ankle and swing the woman around before throwing her. Twisting and spinning, Samira launched more bullets Laura’s way. Dodging the bullets, Laura was about ready to run one of claws through Samira when the bell rang, calling for the end of the match. Both females looked up at the Boss, at Sett, sending him questioning looks, only for him to start speaking to the audience, saying this match would have to continue another day. That closing time would soon be upon the fighting pit. Annoyed, both Laura and Samira would leave the arena, agreeing to another match another day.
With the popularity of Suicide Squad at least somewhat rising, it makes me curious as to how a Thunderbolts adaptation would work.

I think if there's one thing I'd prefer for a Thunderbolts adaptation, I would like it to be animated. 2D or 3D, whichever works.
I think it would be best if it's adapted the part about the original Thunderbolts being villains faking it as heroes in a bid to get at their nemeses. You could make the lead Songbird, her growing to actually love being a hero.
Or if you want to go with later Thunderbolts, have them as the anti-heroes, and I do mean anti-heroes but you could also use villains, who deal with other types of threats that the Avengers don't really deal with, like say King Hyperion. The alternate universe Superman-like character that conquered his universe and is looking to conquer others. You could have a whole lot of fun with that part.
Anyways, if you got anything to add, go right ahead! Would love to hear from people that know more or have other ideas for this!
A while back I posited the idea of Darksiders crossovers into other games, and it just struck me that I did not mention a game that I could totally see the Darksiders characters as character skins in.
SMITE.
Death: At first thought it's obvious who Death could be a skin for Thanatos. I will posit another idea however... Set. Both Death and Set got the acrobatic combat with a staff or scythe, and some of Set's abilities are similar to what Death can do.
Strife: I'm thinking Apollo, just instead of finger guns it's actual guns. Or maybe Loki, considering Strife is the more mischievous of the Four Horsemen and has more Trickster like abilities in Darksiders Genesis.
War: I guess maybe Ares or Tyr, whichever works a bit better. I'm leaning more towards Tyr since what I remember of game play it looks like stuff War can do.
Fury: the only one that comes to mind is Bastet, since I'm pretty sure both use whips as weapons. Or maybe as a skin for Sol, considering Fury's Flame Hollow. Or maybe even Hel.
Azrael: maybe Charon, I don't know, I'd have to look through the list of Gods for SMITE. Or maybe as a skin for Chronos?
Samael: Chernobog comes to mind first, along with maybe Surtr or Thor.
Uriel: that's kinda easy... Bellona. Or maybe Nike or Nemesis
Abbadon: Odin might work?
Ulthane: who else but Vulcan? Dude fits as a skin for Vulcan pretty well if I say so myself. Also could probably work as an Ymir skin, I think.
