Kakashi is a bit of a night-owl due to his overthinking keeping him up most nights, but after a few rounds with you along with lengthy aftercare and he's just about ready to pass out. But not before you, he'll never sleep before you. He's grown so accustomed to hearing the sound of your soft snores and mumbles as you sleep that he can barley get good shut-eye without it. His arms gently hold you close to him as he spoons you from behind, he's so grateful for you and everything you've done for him throughout the time you two have been together. He's never imagined he could get this close to someone without harming or scaring them off, and he's positive that if he had the change to tell a younger him that he was able to find genuine love and comfort in someone as perfect as you, his past-self wouldn't believe a single part of it. He couldn't be any happier with his life now, with himself as a whole. You taught him self-forgiveness, something that he lacked in his guilt-riddled life. It's all thanks to you that he was able to let go of his past and build himself a better future, a future that he never imagined living to see, a future that he wants you to be apart of more than anything.
