Just Came Home From A 10 Hour Shift As A Part Time Cashier Next To School.. I'm Soooo Tired And If I

just came home from a 10 hour shift as a part time cashier next to school.. I'm soooo tired and if I have been born only 2 months earlier I would have been done with german high school (Abitur for those who know) and I would be studying my passion rn.

Anyways this busy schedule kept me from binging tho, I tend to binge more when I have free time so a win is a win??

I ate under 1000 calories the whole time in school now, maybe I'll eat 1200 cals tomorrow for metab who knows :3

But at the same time I don't want to lose my streak with staying under 1000 chat send help

does anyone else know that they're gna binge like 20 minutes before? im like "don't binge dont binge pls don't binge" and i already know its gna happen, even with distractions nd stuff. like as soon as my binge brain is on thats it. ive already done it.

My ed rules !!!

☆ Always give the other person the biggest part when splitting food.

☆ Only eat in front of people, never in private.

☆ Max 1k cals daily. Try to not get over 600cals.

☆ Always skip breakfast.

☆ Never eat after 10 pm.

☆ 3L of water daily.

☆ No repeating.

☆ Never finish my plate.

☆ Alcohol cals don't count (except beer).

☆ Try to skip dinner.

☆ Glass of water before eating anything.

☆ When hungry drink 1L of water.

☆ No snacking.

☆ 10k steps minimum. Try to get 20k.

☆ No liquid cals.

☆ Never say yes to people offering you food.

☆ 24h or more of fasting at least once a week.

☆ Cheat day once a month max 2k cals.

☆ Small portion sizes.

☆ Omad at least twice a week.

☆ Why start tomorrow if I can start RIGHT NOW.
