Overall pretty happy with today but a little unsatisfied with the dinner but I had to eat it. I’m now starting a 16-hour fast!

I just want my exams to be over so I can get back on track and focus on my diet without worrying about school

My goal is to lose at least 2 kg before my graduation party. I really believe in myself that it’ll be easy. The hard part is to do it so my parents won’t notice it.





Am I the only one who wants to eat food on these types of plates. I love how they’re so small and organized so the foods don’t touch each other. Plus they’re super cute!
