When the number on the scale doesn’t move

Currently I haven’t lost any weight even though I have fasted and worked out
Just went shopping today and I got new exercise clothes. The best part is that the shorts that I got were size XS. It makes me feel good and even more motivated.

That feeling when you can sneak and eat less at dinner without anyone noticing. Salad is my bestfriend because it makes you portion look bigger without the calories

I hate when my family always asks me whether I have eaten or not. Especially my brother it feels like he’s tracking me. Like please stop I’m trying to fast.

Does anyone know how to make a character themed diet plan? I could really use one

17-hour fast done and feeling proud! I wanted to continue it but my family were watching so I had to eat.

I am trying to lose as much weight as possible because I’m going to a party this weekend and I wanna look skinny. Please I need your help share your best tips and tricks to lose weight! (Remark that I have to eat something ‘cause of my family)

I feel so satisfied with my meals today! I ate cottage cheese and apple for breakfast and rice cakes and cheese for lunch’s and for dinner I have soup. I love that it’s so low in cals

Hi guys I’m back!I tried to recover but I changed my mind I’m more happy being the way I am rather than trying to change my ways. I’m more motivated than ever! (I have to mention that I’ll be paying more attention to eating healthier and getting enough protein and vitamins so I can be thin and healthy)

Please all I want is to do a 24 hour fast but I live with my family

I cannot wait to live on my own so no one is tracking what I eat and how much I exercise
