Starting a new diet : breakfast is air, lunch is a diet coke and dinner I get to lick an apple and dessert is crying while looking at a picture of myself naked.

so I fasted for 16 hours , had a black coffee with stevia during it , broke it with some sauteed onions (about 80 cals) they were lowkey so good.
Prolly gonna have less than 100 more cals the rest of the day.

Am I the only one who wants to eat food on these types of plates. I love how they’re so small and organized so the foods don’t touch each other. Plus they’re super cute!
Is anyone else afraid of other people like your family gaining weight or that they’ll become fat? As long as I remember I’ve been super anxious that me or my family would become overweight. And when I see them eating unhealthy foods it makes me feel even more sick so I can’t eat at all.

I highly recommend this workout it has helped me tone my arms without making them too muscular. I use only 2 kg weights because I want my arms to remain lean.
What are some weight loss websites that allow you to lose weight even if you’re underweight or allow to set goal as underweight?
One of the things I hate is that I have genetically larger thighs and bum so it feels impossible to lose weight on my lower body. I’m naturally skinny on my upper body but I have flared ribs that make me look fat. If I want to be seen as a skinny I really have to lose a lot of weight.

Just went shopping today and I got new exercise clothes. The best part is that the shorts that I got were size XS. It makes me feel good and even more motivated.
