Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I still don’t think Satoru's really gonna be back. This could also be Sukuna seeing a manifestation now that he's yoyoing between life and death. If Yuuji beats Sukuna here then Satoru ultimately proves Sukuna wrong and his philosophy wins. Even if he was defeated in the battle of jujutsu, ultimately he surpasses Sukuna in the end.

Satoru should be the one to welcome Sukuna in death. And maybe they'll have their own version of the airport chat. It's just feels right to me. It kinda fits...? Idk ya'll. I DO hope that I'm wrong and it's the real Satoru. Maybe he's gonna sacrifice one eye in a binding vow to return?
