i think there's interesting symbolism between vox and alastor when it comes to the outfit changes in their songs. vox casts himself into leadership roles, people who have authority and power but only over specific controlled domains: bishop/church, captain/boat, head chef/kitchen. places where having an overinflated sense of self-importance is dangerous but common, almost expected.

on the other hand, alastor ends up in far more subservient roles, where their assistance (which is frequently undervalued & hidden) is crucial for operation to keep running smoothly: nuns who staff convents, busboys who clear tables. people who are under someone else's command but who are also essential personnel.

related also is lucifer, who puts himself in the roles of referee, chef, and ultimately the ringmaster—people who arbitrate, divide up responsibility, parcel out power. all very fascinating.

This old children’s book is kinda similar to WARRIORS by Erin Hunter. An English house cat, named Tom, goes into the forest. He runs into a mother fox and is chased away. He then gets chased off by a badger guarding her babies. Tom later meets a “she-cat” and has kittens with her.

I know, I know! It’s not VERY similar but the art style reminds me of the old book covers. Perhaps this book inspired the Erins in some way.

Ozai - initially planned on going through with Azulon’s order, later tried to kill Zuko on the Day Of Black Sun

Ursa - assassinated Azulon

Zuko - asked Aang to kill Ozai

Azula - “I’m about to become an only child >:3c” shot Zuko with lightning etc etc

The forbidden love trope will always have me on a chokehold gasping for air . Not sure how this ship started but I just know they go a LONG way back. These were supposed to be sketches too but I ended up going overboard lmao, enjoy 

This would make a wonderful story and it would make some sense. I wish that this was the direction that they decided to go in. So many missed opportunities.
