beauty/attractiveness, style, & where to look in astrology

TROPICAL chart ruler the chart ruler in your chart can point to the general aura or vibe you give off which and the energies that can affect how the energy your ascendant gives of

for example, since i am a leo rising, my chart ruler is the sun. in my chart, my sun is in the 6h. this can give more of the qualities of the 6h such as being more detail-oriented, dutiful, productive, intuitive, etc.

venus, it's placements, sign, and aspects venus is the planet of beauty, charm, grace, and harmony. when it comes to appearance, venus is said to influence our aesthetic preferences, the way we present ourselves, and often how we look. this doesn't mean that venus entirely determines physical characteristics like height or bone structure, but it does suggest that venus influences how we beautify ourselves and what we perceive as attractive.

for example, my scorpio venus squares my leo ascendant which shows that my secluded scorpio venus aesthetic clashes with my leo’s bold aesthetic to be seen

ascendant and aspects to it including degrees of course your rising sign is the basis of your physical appearance. aspects to the ascendant and even the degree of your rising can give more insight into your appearance and how it might be expressed and should be considered first. degrees can be important. i have notice that the 5°, 9°, 14°, & 23° can be expressed as beautiful, which i will explain in further post

for example my leo rising is at 14° which gives my leo rising a taurean nature to it making it more luxurious, seductive, grounded, & sensual

1h placements the 1st house, also known as the ascendant or rising sign, is the house of self. the 1h represents the physical body, awakening consciousness, the image one presents to the world, and the initial impact one has on others. just like the sign of the ascendant, any planets that are located in the 1h have an immediate, visible influence on your personality, physical characteristics, and image/vibe you give off.

for example, my mom has a 1h stellium with the moon. pluto, venus, and mars in her 1h. (whew) this can show not only that her appearance is beautiful and everyone notices (venus), but also her appearance can transform (pluto) during emotional waves (moon). this can also indicate that she is fierce and intimidating to others on first appearance as well. (mars/pluto)

persona charts specifically the ascendant and it's ascendant persona charts are my favorite. a persona charts is an in depth view of a luminary, planet, or asteroid. the natal chart itself is a persona chart for the sun. you can find persona chart’s for your ascendant, venus, and the aphrodite asteroid (1388) for an indepth look at how your physical appearance might manifest. aphrodite and venus both can point to how your physical body and beauty will manifest. the ascendant persona chart will show you not only your physical appearance and characteristics on a deeper level, but also a deeper look into your conscious world, how you look/react with different emotions and states, how others see you, etc. in my opinion the ascendant persona chart is one of the most important persona charts to look at.

for example, my natal chart ascendant is in leo but my ascendant persona chart ascendant is in virgo. therefore, i come off as more reserved, polite and smart than the typical leo rising. i have the features of a leo, but also the features of a virgo. i look very sophisticated and classy with a clean cut presence. at first i might approach things in a virgo way-taking sometime to analyze and think it through, then after i feel comfortable you will begin to tackle it in that confident leo way.

prominent beauty asteroids asteroids can help to add more detail and support to our charts with their different energies when used in moderation (i personally use only orbs of up to 4). these asteroids, specifically asteroids linked to beauty/attractiveness, when touching important points/planets/luminaries in your chart, can affect your appearance and aura and also make them prominent in your chart as a whole. it is also a good idea to take a look at persona charts of these asteroids to get a deeper look at their energy.

beauty degrees according to degree theory and some concepts for numerology, the degrees 5, 9, 14, & 23 can be seen as “beauty degrees” the 14° is ruled by taurus, which is ruled by venus. the number 5 is seen as good looking in numerology. because of this, numbers like 23, which add up to be 5, can be seen as an attractive/beauty degree as well. i have also found the 9° to be a beauty degree not only because it’s number of completion or the highest level of something, but also its connection to sagittarius/jupiter. jupiter expands and grows. so, if these degrees are in personal planets/points such as the ascendant (asc), midheaven (mc), sun, moon, venus, and mars or a planet in the 1h, it can symbolize attractivenes

dominant planets & signs and also stelliums with stelliums, the stellium's ruling planet is usually the dominant planet in your chart. dominant planets do affect your personal appearance.your dominant planet and sign can significantly influence your personality and potentially even your physical appearance. the dominant planet/sign is the planet/sign that is most strongly represented in your birth chart, and the dominant sign holds the most influence..

when it comes to appearance, we mainly look at the 1h placement, ascendant, and its chart ruler as the primary influencers. however, the dominant planet and sign can add nuances or further influence the overall impression one gives off. stelliums can also change the vibe you give off because of the abundance of a certain type of energy in one sign/house.

for example, if your dominant planet is mars, regardless of your ascendant, you may have a dynamic and strong presence, perhaps with athletic tendencies or a somewhat assertive or competitive demeanor even if the sign is in a less aggressive and upfront sign

VEDIC the 2h in conjunction with the things I have mentioned above like the chart ruler and ascendant sign, in vedic astrology, the 2nd house, also known as the dhana bhava, rules over a majority of the face features. The 2h can indicate the general appearance, facial features, and expressions of an individual. this only applies to the 2h in your vedic chart.

however, it's important to consider the entire birth chart and the specific placements of planets in order to gain a better understanding of your physical appearance in

Leo Ascendant 👑🦁♌️

I apologize for taking so long to do this. I keep forgetting to really structure my blog so in the upcoming days, you may see a new masterlist.

Anywho, Leo falls in my 6th house. 9x outta 10, I’ll meet Leo ascendants at school or work. I have a close friend of mine who is a Leo ascendant, and she is beautiful❤️‍🔥! Your ascendant also conjuncts my jupiter, which is in the 6th house. Yes I’m your fan and yes you set the trends. Let’s get started✨

Leo 1st House:

Very charismatic!

As cliche as it sounds, the hair always sticks out. You will get complemented on your hair. A LOT.

Leo rules the lion, and the lion has a muscular body. With that being said, you may have a muscular body, or could have broad shoulders (esp the males).

Aside from the hair, the eyes can also be important. The eyes are intense. Whether they’re brown, hazel, green, or blue, they stand out crystal clear!

I think I always see a Leo ascendant walk with their head UP. Like a lot of people will look down as they walk, but Leo ascendants don’t do that. They look straight UP.

Bonus points if your sun or venus is here. You will outshine others. I think people do seriously underrate how powerful Leo beauty is. Very much prone to attracting jealousy. (Funny part is that even if you’re not confident, you still come off as confident).

Virgo 2nd House:

Can be quite cautious with your money.

Can also be the opposite but not quite in a reckless way. It’s like paying bills ahead of time and then you have no money left for yourselves.

Could constantly have different morals. Perspectives and viewpoints on values and morals can change pretty quickly.

If the moon is here: you will most likely not feel too good when you don’t have any type of income coming in.

Quite methodical when it comes to stuff that they purchase as in deciding what is more important. This placement literally screams “✨priorities.✨”

This could also be a significant placement for accounting or some sort of office job, since virgo rules structure. You may want a job that has structure and can align with your values and morals. But because Virgo is a mutable sign, you may still want a schedule that involves time for your priorities. Some sort of flexibility.

Libra 3rd House:

Can have a very very VERY charming voice.

Kind of reminds me of Libra mercury, you may have a tendency to balance/weigh thoughts that bounce around in your head. Very refined way of thinking, you could have an eye for aesthetics.

You can have the ability to lead people and even mediate any problems between people. This placement gives “gentle leader” vibes, unless you have some harsh aspects or anything of that nature.

This can also be a blunt placement too. Libra being the sister sign of Aries, you may be prone to saying some outta pocket statements that could potentially upset people or make them laugh (if they catch your humor).

The 3rd house rules transportation/community/immediate environment, so you could have lived in a very nice neighborhood. Your parents or you may have a car that gets you around and it is a luxury car of some sort. People may have also not minding giving you rides.

The one kid in early grade school that was on the speech and debate team🤓🤌🏾.

Scorpio 4th House:

Home is something…atypical.

Your parents (most notably the mom) may not have had guests over much, and kept a low profile on where you reside. Your home could have been hidden in plain sight, or by water. I get dark, foggy forest/swamp when it comes to this placement. Additionally, there may have been constant, intense cycles in home life where you had to be on survival mode.

Mom (or any other nurturing caregiver) may have had plutonic/scorpionic tendencies and was quite controlling. If not, then she had no problem showing you her dark side and how comfortable she is with it. She may have taught you to embrace those same traits within yourself.

You may have had to go through various home transformations, so like being homeless, then getting a nice house. A period of struggling/rising above whatever you were struggling with in the 1st place. However, this is a recurring theme regarding your residence.

Lineage may have had someone who practiced what is considered taboo, or they may have a natural inclination towards taboos. Another possibility is that there could be something taboo about your family, that is either kept from you until later on, or you see what problems that are prevalent in the lineage.

Could also have a special gift that pertains to a scorpionic theme passed down to you.

Sagittarius 5th House:

Very fun and flirty.

This placement somewhat gives off similar energy to Aquarius 8th house. Very experimental, or just not as judgmental.

Could be the type to travel far and wide for the sake of it. This may also mean that you could attract people who are from different parts of the world.

I would also consider this a polyglot placement. If Jupiter (Sag’s ruler) is all about expansion, best believe Jupiter will make a way to do that. Languages can definitely play a role here.

This placement can make one really grateful too. I notice that 5th house sagittarius genuinely do stuff off of impulse and it’s like the Universe catches your back when you fall. You will say “F it!” and just jump.

Can be inclined to spirituality, too. Sagittarius is a faith-based fire sign, so you may have some past time where you can connect with the Universe/God/etc., and this will be vital for you in someway. You could also be experimenting with spirituality and see what you feel called to do the most.

Capricorn 6th House:

You must have a stable routine, first and foremost. There is something about the way how earth signs in the 6th house and needing something stable. Like if it’s not income or anything else, at the very least, their routine needs to be something familiar and tolerable. They do not care about anything or anyone outside their routine that doesn’t contribute.

Earth sign in an earth house…can be quite sensual. Capricorns are underrated when it comes to how sensual they are (we know that Taurus is the queen and Virgo is too, but let’s give Capricorn their flowers🌸).

Of course money will be a concern and a priority. That makes me think of how someone could come home (and they live in a nice house), and they’ll rest (if they remember to), and then get started on stocks and any other corporate dealings.

Speaking of corporate dealings, you may pursue a job that requires structure. Something traditional. Like genuinely, you wouldn’t mind a 9-5. However, it also depends on what planets are in here. If you have Uranus or Neptune, there’s still a hint of tradition there, but you wouldn’t mind romanticizing or shaking up the foundation of said corporation. (but just a little bit tho)

The 6th house also rules school, so you may be seen as that one kid who was nerdy and was always on top of their homework. This can also be like the “teacher’s pet” placement lmaoo. You could have been a leader at a club or the founder of said club. Something about you stood out and gave you an extremely respected reputation.

You can tackle health problems the moment they come up. You prioritize your health and may use either (bear with me) medicine that is old-fashioned in some way, or you could be hooked on alternative factors like natural/herbal medicine.

Aquarius 7th House:

Okay so this can be a tricky placement.

You may desire to be with someone, but you also hold that duality of also desiring your space/independence.

This could go for business relationships and anything, really.

7th house also deals with enemies, so your enemies…may not be like your usual people. (take that however it resonates). Tbh i’m not really sure if people would be categorized here lmao. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus in modern rulership and presents this “otherworldly” aura to them.

But Aquarius is also co-ruling Saturn. Your enemies could simply be people who overpower you or has some advantage over you. (yeah people play a role in this)

May desire a partner who is flexible and is actually down to do anything. Despite being a fixed sign, Aquarius is definitely open to a lot of stuff like Sagittarius and Pisces. Basically, the mutable signs.

This is a common observation, but relationships may not be the type of relationships that are considered “normal.” You may be interested in being with the same sex, having multiple relationships at once, etc.

I learned that the 7th house sign is the sign you may not be too fond of, since they reflect a shadow side of you. How does it feel to have your cynical yet humanitarian energy sent back to you lmaoo?

Pisces 8th House:

It is best to not lie to these people because they will spot your stuff a mile away.

Insanely intuitive and perceptive.

When it comes to 8th house themes, they can be quite humble about it. They know better than to overindulge or restrict themselves. On the other hand, they may be the opposite of everything i just mentioned. There’s mutability here so at any moment anything can change.

Pisces over a house is where you may have to surrender control and just go with the flow. With the 8th house, everything is left up to fate, pretty much.

Aries 9th House:

Pretty passionate about what they believe in. You can literally tell how they will come for anyone who tries to challenge their beliefs. Can travel frequently to places because why not?! (impulsiveness is on a 100 here lol). The universe got them anyway. May be prone to putting their beliefs on others, if they are not weary themselves. Is summer your fav season by any chance? May also like to travel to hot places, like deserts or resorts where it's pretty sunny. Can definitely advocate for the underdog (libra opposition). They will make it known too.

Taurus 10th House:

The beauty that everyone sees. A model placement. Can come off as very chill, serene, natural in some way to the public. Can also be seen as a hard worker and values their passions strongly. Attracts a lot of people. May also be perceived as stubborn but that one mature friend that people come to for advice.

Gemini 11th House:

Diverse friend group. Would do well with networking with people. Future career may involve some sort of multitasking. Future career may also have a pretty flexible schedule.

Friendships can be rather adventurous.

Easier time solving complex problems than most.

Cancer 12th House:

Very caring.

Intuitively inclined to sense one’s emotions around them /read the emotions on people.

Can be quite nostalgic of the easier days.

Selfless to an unholy extent.

whatever your version of family is, it’s a concept where you can be yourself and be attached without worry.

Benefit best from therapy and self-care.

Astro Observations 2

- [ ] Aquarius moon people I’ve met, most of them act against the norm. For example, if most of their co-worker follow some stupid rules in a workplace, they won’t follow that.

- [ ] Leo stellium = strong Leo characteristics (I said Leo because it’s the most obvious one)

- [ ] Pluto trine Ascendant natal are just smooth, get along well with people and also make people feel at ease and calm when being around these natives. They are really charming and people seem to trust them even in the first meet.

- [ ] Also Pluto trine Ascendant from my experience, they don’t exude s*x appeal much. not obvious like conjunction and square ones. S*x appeal is subtle for this aspect(trine)

- [ ] I’ve noticed that some Scorpios (Rising or moon) will try to avoid holding too long eye contact when talking or interacting with people. As if they just know that if they do that, it will make people uncomfortable and intimidated by them. (Not sure tho, let me know if you do this). Also can apply to Pluto-Ascendant harsh aspects.

- [ ] Saturn in 5th house( house of creativity, hobbies etc.) from my experience, the way they express their creativity(art, writing, drawing, fashion) is more refined, well thought out, less messy, not too loud which can be either good or bad. ( I said good or bad because their work could be too analysed . It’s like they don’t express their creativity to the fullest coz they’re too careful which sometimes can be good)

- [ ] Neptune in 5th house or Venus in 12th house usually have great taste in music and films.

- [ ] Venus positive aspects to Moon natal are really caring, loving and always want to take a good care of their loved ones which is really good in a relationship.( if no negative aspects to either the moon or venus)

- [ ] Libra moon men also take a good care of their loved ones too

- [ ] If some aspects you read don’t resonate with you, it might Will one day. I started studying my birth chart and noticed something interesting, some aspects resonate well when I was younger, and some just resonate NOW. It’s about timing of your life, some will resonate once you’ve grown up or evolved!

- [ ] If you have Venus Square Pluto in a really tight orb, I know that you may be jealous and possessive. Not only that, you also ATTRACT envious, jealous people too, either friends, coworkers, lovers. I don’t know how to explain this but it is what it is, it’s your energy.

- [ ] Also Venus square Pluto, what you need to learn in order to have a great relationship is that you have to let go of what you can’t control and love yourself more. ( This is why we study our birth chart. To fix what needs to be fixed in ourself, agree?)

- [ ] No offend, but Mercury Square Ascendant people, if undeveloped, you will annoy people with the way you communicate, you make people feel like your words are against them even if you don’t intend to. You really need to think before you speak, your tone of voice and choice of words are the keys.

- [ ] Once again, Not all Leo Rising are attention seeker. BUT they just attract attention.

- [ ] Most of my Leo rising friends are an introvert.

- [ ] If someone has an intense gaze, they don’t have to be a Scorpio Rising. It can be any rising. Look to the aspects to Ascendant(especially harsh ones to Mars, Pluto, Saturn)

- [ ] But if talking about great deep hypnotic eyes, yeah that’s when you can assume that they are Scorpio rising. Not always though.

- [ ] Pisces Rising has a watery, dreamy eyes. I love that!

- [ ] If you have kitty asteroid conjunct Ascendant, you may act like a kitty only when you are with your boyfriend/girlfriend. ( this is me, how about you?)

❤️‍🔥Juno in 1st house- u want someone who is bold, fiery. It also suggests that your freedom and independence is important for you in a relationship.
