After I think two months of not drawing, I return.

I forgot to sign it but I have been doodling and neglecting my responsibilities for far too long to go back and edit.

Do I know how to draw hats and hair? No. That's why my persona is a frog. But I tried my darndest!

And a version of my silly little doodles!

I definitely wanna draw her again sometime, after I have a proper warm up and don't just wing it, but for how, here I am, hehe!!

Gender and orientation has always been a wonky thing for me. I've never really understood how I feel or what I want. It's one of those things that's heavily feelings centered and that's been difficult.

I've settled in aroace and agender but doesn't always.. fit.

I struggle with romantic attraction, and especially others having feelings towards me. But I still get lovesick fantasies of Wattpad like stories of falling for someone and having a cheesy romance with them. But I've proven to be uncomfortable with that time and time again!

And gender is its whole other can of worms that I just will not touch because it confuses me far too much.

I know I could just forgo the labels and things will fit better, I could just not care about what I am and who I am or am not attracted to. But there's just something so comforting about having a label that fits, on those days where it does feel right.

When it fits, it feels like my favorite jacket. When it doesn't, it feels like the jacket is soaking wet and also 3 sizes smaller than it used to be. But it's still my favorite jacket.

I hope that makes sense.

It's Bonnie!! Decided I wanted to draw her, after my horrible attempt to draw Holly.

There's some stuff I wanna change, but this was just my first attempt. All in all, I think I've done pretty good!!

I see something that needs fixing already, but I am tired, and will deal with it later.

Some fun Bonnie facts:

- She plays hockey!!

- She's my favorite character (I think I said Lucky was my favorite in the last Against the World post, but Bonnie is my favorite favorite)

- They use She/They pronouns

- I will be infodumping about the world building through her

- I kind of relate to her the most, aside from their interests and hobbies, I poured a lot of myself into Bonnie.

- Their middle name is Paige

It was supposed to say a funny paleontology pun, but I could not think of any, so this is what we got.

Oh!! And I made a playlist for her!! It's filled with love songs and I'm still adding to it. I have been singing it nonstop. I'm a very romantic aromantic so I made Bonnie like that too. It's been very fun!

Oh look!! It's Lucky!!

Lucky is a 19 year old cat from my little story Ollie and Lucky Against the World!! They use they/them pronouns and is particularly interested in cameras!!

I'll finish drawing them in a moment, but I wanted to share some little fun facts!!

- Elliott is their real name! Lucky was a nickname from their mom! The two families call them Lucky most of the time anyway.

- They will only allow variations to the nickname from Ollie. Things like "Luckster" or "Sir Lucksalot". Silly things like that!!

- They are very "snazzy" (their words) and will wear fancy formal clothes no matter the occasion!

- Lucky is big into plants!! Their bedroom is absolutely filled with them!! Some of the siblings have caught Lucky singing and talking to the plants while they work!

- Lucky was born January 16th!!

- Lucky works at the town's library and two different cafes!! It's a bit tricky to balance all that, but they manage!

I don't know how to shadow or highlight, but I will figure it out through the wonderful world of ignoring YouTube tutorials and doing my own thing.

Whaaaaaaat?? Mackerel trying something new??? I actually really like this a lot!! I had a lot of fun drawing him!! Thank you Ollie for being the model for the style!!

There was a really pretty book cover and I wanted to see if I could do something similar to the style. I was way off, but it was still fun!!

I might play around with it a bit more later tonight!!

Anyway, some fun facts about Ollie!!

I kind of injected what I want to bring to the world, into Ollie. He's funny and caring and smart and eager to learn and do. And I want to be like that.

For Ollie himself, he is my oldest character in this show. I made him back in middle school/early high school as this happy excitable dog who likes camping and adventures. He's gone through many changes throughout the years but that has stayed the same.

Ollie is big into clowns and will go on little clown outings with his friends, where they dress up and do a little photoshoot.

He doesn't know how to sew but really wants to learn how.

At the beginning of the story we are actually celebrating his 19th birthday!

He has quite a piercings, but I forgot to draw them.
