“what if kids identify with something and it ends up just being a phase-?” good. stop teaching and expecting kids (and adults honestly) to formulate permanent traits and ideas of themselves. everything in life is a phase. that doesn’t make it any less legitimate while you experience it. let people explore themselves and know it’s okay if what you think about yourself changes.

Wednesday, July 24th: Happy disability pride month, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and multiple disabled woman in desperate need of help, as I'm struggling to keep my utilities on and pay off my overdrawn account!!

I apologize for asking for help again, but as most of you know from my previous posts, I have been struggling quite a lot to make ends meet while on welfare benefits and due to my rent arrears and outstanding debt. And to be quite honest, these past few months have been absolute hell for me, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by.

Thanks to that kindness, I have managed to pay my rent arrears, and overdue debt but a few bills slipped through leaving my account overdrawn, and I am still struggling to keep my utilities on and get groceries. I don't receive my welfare until the 31st and could use some help.

I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would save my life, and sharing definitely helps just as much.

i am not employed due to unmanaged, progressive disability, so my income is very limited. i have made posts like this before but i have not been able to clear this balance for months. it's been sisyphean because most of my funds go to rent.

due to chronic pain and mobility issues getting worse, i want to move into an area where i can safely use an electric wheelchair (which i also have to save up for) without worrying about an obscene amount of hills, so being able to pay this off will be a huge step in that direction.

URGENT. MEDS NEEDED!!!

hello everyone, i know it’s been a long time since i’ve posted here.

life has been hectic and i’ve been struggling in every aspect to get approved for disability so i can get income coming in. i have been unable to work for a few years due to agoraphobia, ocd, ptsd, and more. i have zero source of income and am on food stamps.

my cat tito is on fluoxetine and he needs to take it every day to avoid urinary blockages that he’s had close calls with in the past (if untreated, it can be fatal.) it’s a medicine that CANNOT be stopped cold turkey.

we have been struggling to make ends meet and unfortunately his medication is very close to running out. we need to order his medication as soon as possible to avoid any complications. we are also in need of litter.

please, if you’re unable to donate i would appreciate a reblog so i can reach more people. only donate if you’re able to, of course. i hope you all have a wonderful day.
