Ineffable Inktober day 27- Favorite Character/s

Crowley was sitting in his garden, drinking a cup of tea. Aziraphale was at a bakery getting them some lunch, so Crowley had some time to spend for himself. It was nice to sit among plants he loved and just enjoy himself. He had a book that Aziraphale had reccomended beside him. All was well.

Day 18 of Ineffable Inktober! I'm not very happy with this one but I hope you enjoy anyway.

Day 18-Cheers

Crowley looked up from behind the counter. An absolutely beautiful man had just decided to grace the bar with his presence. He was all soft curves and shades of beige. Crowley suddenly recognized him. The bookshop owner! What was his name? Az...Azir...Aziraphale! Yes, that was it! 

“Hello, dear boy. How are you today?” Aziraphale's angelic voice snapped Crowley out of it. 

“Hullo. I’m good as can be. What can I get ‘ya?”

“Hmm, what wines do you have?” Crowley let out a laugh that sent shivers down Aziraphale's spine.

“Not that kind of a place angel. I can get you a beer if you like.” Aziraphale blushed a bit. 

“I’m sorry. I’m just waiting for someone. A beer would be lovely, thank you.” Crowley grabbed a glass and gestured to a seat. 

“Who are ya waiting on?” Small talk. Yes, that was the way to go. Aziraphale hummed, being non-committal. Crowley raised an eyebrow behind his glasses and handed over the beer. “Cheers.”

“Cheers.” Aziraphale stared into his drink before taking a swig. He grimaced, then looked at Crowley and smiled. 

“Thank you. Would you happen to be doing anything after your shift ends? I would love to have a word with you about adding more drink options to the menu.” Crowley laughed again. 

“Sure, angel. Just can’t take too long, gotta get back to my kid.” Aziraphale flushed.

“Me too, actually. Well, my godson, but still. I’m waiting on his father to come and bring clothes for him. He didn’t pack any, the little devil!” Both men chuckled. 

“My shift’s over in five minutes. See you then, angel.” Crowley moved to another patron and Aziraphale sighed. Oh, he hopes he’ll get to know the man better!

Ineffable Inktober day 4- Apple

Adam and Dog ran among the trees like when they were young. He reached up and picked an apple from a tree. He smiled down at it before turning around and running back home. His husband was there, and soon his whole family would be there. He smiled and took a bite of the apple. Dog barked and ran ahead. Adam looked up to see Warlock standing there. Adam smiled and ran after Dog. It was Friday, which meant family dinners. Adam couldn't wait to see everyone!

Midoriya: Can you please be serious for five minutes? Kaminari: My record is four, but I think I can do it.

Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you've all come to stay. I've missed you, and I'm glad to meet your kids! There are just a few rules I feel you all should be aware of.

Firstly, there is a circus behind the house you will be staying in. Do not go to this circus. It is only open at night and no matter how much you want to go in DO NOT. If you must go, do it during the day. Just leave before the sun goes down and if you see anybody, run.

Secondly, there will be other guests. Uninvited ones. Some will be from the circus, please be especally careful around those. When talking to the other guests be respectful, but don't give them your name. If you do, tell me within 10 minutes of saying the words. Do this and you will be fine.

Thirdly, while the whole place is yours for the duration of your visit, there are two rooms you must not go in. The dokrs are clearly marked with G and B. Don't open these doors under any circumstances. You will have to leave if you do.

The last rule is about a person. They will come around from time to time. They don't have a name, but they are sometimes called The Devil's Jester. You will know them if you see them. Don't look at them for longer than you have to. I know it is hard, you will want to, they will make you want to, but don't. Don't talk to them. Don't speak to them. Don't acknoledge their existence in any way, shape, or form.

If you follow all of these rules you will be fine. Come to my house during the day sometimes. I know you have to work but I can't wait to meet your kids!

It's Ineffable inktober day 17! I know it's inktober but I liked the prompts and I can't draw, so here's a little fanfic about it instead!

Day 17-Fantasy AU

Do you want a story dearest? Sure, I'll tell you one. Your mama has told you about the fair folk, right? The faeries that live in the woods to the north, the ones that we avoid like the plague. We leave offerings for them once a month so they avoid taking anything else. Well when the village first started there was a boy who lived in this village, he was a little older than you when he came all alone.

That's right, no siblings, no parents. His name was Aziraphale and he said that he had been sent to watch over the village. A lady named Eve let him live in her house.

Yes, your great-great-grandmother. When he was an adult Eve's son died, and Aziraphale disappeared. He went deep into the woods and did a ritual to call a fae.

Yes elskling, that was stupid.

Keep listening. He called out for a fae, and one came. He was called Crowley, he had red hair and the eyes of a snake.

Be respectful of our neighbors, child! He was not scary, merely different. Aziraphale begged Crowley to bring his dead 'brother' back. He said that he would trade anything he had for it. Crowley said that with all the miracles he could perform, that was not one of them. Aziraphale continued to beg, but Crowley kept saying he couldn't.

Aziraphale kept coming back to Crowley, eventually, they became good friends. At the end of each day spent together Aziraphale begged for the life of his brother, to no avail. One day Crowley agreed to take him to the faerie court to plead his case, as long as he followed instructions.

That's right elskling, don't eat or drink anything given. He was also warned to touch nothing he was not told to and to stay close to Crowley the whole time. If he didn't he would have to stay with the faeries forever. Crowley didn't want this for Aziraphale. They loved each other, it had become obvious. Before they left Crowley kissed his friend, and confessed. Aziraphale returned his feelings, and they waited the night before leaving.

Then they went to the court. It was an awful place, dirty and packed with people. They went to see the Duke, Beelzebub. Aziraphale once again pleaded his case, asking for his host mother's son to be brought from the dead. Beelzebub agreed, and they made a deal.

Never make a deal with a fae, okay child? Never. But Aziraphale did. He drank the wine and stayed with them forever. Abel, the boy killed, was returned, but not in a good state. He was killed again soon after. It's said that Aziraphale still protects the town. At one point he and Crowley got married.

How do we know? We don't, not for sure. But those ring flowers you see here never used to grow. Anyway, it's said that one day a child will be born who can bring about the end of times. The only ones able to stop him are a fae and his husband. Once that child is of age they will come back and stop him.

Enough of that elskling. Time for bed now. Goodnight Adam, Nanny will see you in the morning.
