So this guy i barely know just randomly stroked my arm the other day while walking to his seat, and I keep catching him looking at me. I only know him a little because in middle school he was picking on one of my friends, and now he's just being creepy. Jareth, how would you approach a situation like this?

~I’d bog him but I don’t believe you have one of those on hand. Just avoid the creep and if you do come in contact with him it’s okay to act aloof. If he continues to pester you you can glare at him and act slightly rude. If he ever tries to touch you again slap his grubby little hands away. Eventually he’ll get the picture and back off.

Cool! I don’t meet people of different nationalities very often. When I do, they’re usually from Mexico. One time I went to a party with an all-Mexican family. It was really fun, but then they started doing drunk karaoke. *shivers at the memory* That was not very pleasant.
