Anyone else lay by the pool, or sit in a hot car, or just walk outside after being in a building with A/C into the dessert heat, and take a moment to absorb the heat like a lizard basking on a warm rock. It's so cozy.
I told my Aunt to look into getting a basking rock for humans to lay on, and put it by her pool. It would literally be the best thing in the world.
I have no idea if basking rock for humans is a real thing, but I feel like it is a million dollar idea. The same people that make reptile habitat material should also make this product. Or the same people that make Jacuzzis.
It really wouldn't be that hard. I just want to lay on a huge flat rock that stays comfortably warm. But also I want a self heating rock for when the sun's not out, but I want to be warm. And of course I want one that's indoors, because most times I don't want to be outside.
Do I have an actual lizard brain?

Hands down the best Trick-or-Treater this year was the little Princess Peach that came to our house. I theatrically gasped, "Oh my gosh is that Princess Peach", and she said "YES IT IS!" And when I gave her the candy she went "I Love Your Elf Ears! They are so Cute!" And I said, with the biggest grin on my face, "WELL YOU ARE JUST THE BEST!" This little girl had so much charisma I nearly fell over from the cuteness π₯Ί π. And I made my costume literally today from random things I had, because procrastination is my motivation. And I wasn't sure if it even looked good, but she made me feel so cool π₯²

Poker Face on Peacock is one of the greatest things my eyes have witnessed in eons. I love the style, the flair, the acting, and most of all the dialogue that just jabs your brain like an ice pick and zaps down your spine and lands solid in your gut. In the best way. Its amazing and if this isn't one of those hit shows that last for years and goes down in history as some of Tvs best. Then none of us deserve taste buds.
Mutant Mayhem Was So Radical Dude!!!
The New TMNT was so quirky and funny! Like all the jokes landed so well. Like I can't explain the level of comedic genius that I just watched.
It was a perfect blend of modern and retro. Especially the Animation! I loved the odd facial proportions and scratchy look of everything. It was cartoony, but also went back around to being accurate? Like nobody was perfect looking which made them look very human.
And the message of wanting acceptance, but also doing things for the sake of others, and not your own gain was lovely.
And you know what was really cool? All the Turtles felt well written in this. Each one of them was given funny lines, action hero moments, and there was never a point where one felt pushed around by the others. Sometimes shows and movies slip up and seem to favor one or two characters over the others, but I never got that feeling watching this. So that was really nice. All the boys were funny and joking around with eachother. They felt like brothers, equals, and a team. And Master splinter? ADORABLE! He was the sweetest dad ever. And when he saw how his behavior and choices were affecting the boys he changed and ugh, he was just so sweet.
I really think there should be another movie. There was a lot they could do to keep the story going.
It was just so good!!!

The Recruit on Netflix is like a really really fun show!!! I love the comedy! I love the plot! I LOVE THE CHARACTERS! Is it to early to say I'm in love with Owen Hendricks? I'm only on episode four, but I have a deep love for this very-troubled-way-over-his-head-adorable-dumbass !!! That's probably a unhealthy thing but... π€·ββοΈ β€π€΅π΄πβ€
Also I want justice for Max!!! Heavily on her murderous side!!! Leave the woman alone! She's been through enough DAMMIT!
The first costume I remember was a corpse/dead bride dress. It was black and white with a matching veil, and fake rose bouquet. My face was painted so I looked dead with a little bit of red blood. I hated the feeling of makeup on my face, but for this costume it was worth it. I was around 6, and I remember it so well because I got a stomach bug that day, and was devastated when I had to stay home with my grandma. I was so excited and I thought I looked so cool. It was a travesty. I don't remember eating any candy that year. All in all, I was traumatized.
I'm 99.9% sure that this was the costume. I found online some thay look very similar, but I think this was it.
