Pairings: Plus! Sized reader x Bucky, Steve x Natasha

Imagine: Running a bar was not ideal in your mind. However being able to invoke complete privacy for your clients was. All you had to do was lie about them and yourself, but what happens when your lies come to the surface and fate takes you on a whole new path? What happens when Earths greatest hero’s force that path?

Coyote Ugly Part 2

It was only 5 am and people were still coming in. Already there have been 6 fights and 3 separate girl drama. No one ever really grows up do they?? Stretching my cramped muscles I swing my legs off the couch. 30 minutes of quiet is all I ask for, but quiet doesn’t pay the bills.

“Lea! We have stragglers in here.” Alec calls through the door. With a grunt I push myself off the couch taking extra time to stretch my legs. The door swings open before I could even move. “Lea!” Alec yells stepping inside. “For fucks sake Alec! You nearly gave me a heart attack!” I shriek. An amused smile plays at his lips. “Sorry boss didn’t know if you were awake.” He says followed by a small chuckle. Regaining my composure I hurriedly walk out of my office. “Next time knock.” I warn glancing around the bar.

“Joe found those 2 hanging around the back.” Alec points to 2 kids who look like they were about to pass out. With a curt nod I make my way towards them. “Hello?” I ask noticing their glances towards each other. “Joe let’s take them to the back room.” I instruct watching horror cross their faces. Their stiff body movements and downward gases gave them away before they could even speak.

“I’m going to ask this once and it is very important that you answer truthfully.. okay?” I begin noticing their slight head nods. “Who sent you to my bar? And who are you?” I ask raising my eyebrow for emphasis. The girl fidgets before releasing a deep sigh. “I’m Mak and this is Jordan.” She says gesturing between them 2. I nod my head for her to continue. “I swear we didn’t mean to cause you any trouble. This guy came up to us the other day and said he’d pay our college off if we get intel on a Miss Y/L/N, but it seems there is no here by that name. We are sorry for breaking in.” He words fall deaf to my ears. The world seems to stop for a second and bile rises in the back of my throat. “Uhh- mhm what is his name?” I ask letting out a small cough to keep my throat from tightening.

“He said his name was Brock. I honestly don’t think that is his real name. Uhh ma’am your really pale are you okay?” She asks earning a shake of my head. “I’m perfectly fine. Now how about a deal? I’ll pay off your college and buy you a house fully paid for if you forget you were ever here.” I state watching their eyes almost bulge out of their heads. After some squealing yeses I dismiss them telling them to leave their contact info with Joe.

Fuck.... was all that was going through my head. He couldn’t have found me. No there was no way! I changed my identity and life. I even left Brooklyn! Releasing a heavy groan my hands fly to my hair as I pace my office. My hands shaking and my breathing shallow. What the hell am I gonna do now?

Life was great... to say the least. I’m out of debt and have my own place thanks to one man. His smile was so charming every time he threw it my way. “Y/N!” Came a voice I grew to love. Leaving my room I meet him at the top of the stairs. “Do you like it?” He asked already knowing my answer. “It’s perfect..” I breathe in a blissful trance. Yes life was indeed great.

“I won’t be back til later.” He whispers looking at his phone. “Ugh! You always leave me!” I yell before realizing my mistake. The sound of his hand hitting my cheek was the only noise in the room. “You dumb bitch! After all I’ve done for you!” He seethed, his once gorgeous face twisted in anger. I just stood there pressing my hand to my scorching cheek, while tears blurred my vision. “Now you’re crying?!” He scoffs before taking a fist full of my hair. “I don’t want a bitch who cries all the time for it! When I say I’ll be back don’t throw a fucking tantrum. In fact if I say jump you better say how high!” He roars his breathe hit on my face, making me jump. I slowly nod my head knowing what else I could do. “Good” was all he said before walking out the front door.

“Please..” I beg holding my stomach. It was pointless the kicks only came stronger. “Shut up!” He yelled while grabbing my ankles. The cold tile floor digs into my back while he pulls me to God knows where. The sudden thud of my legs encouraged me to look up. His face was so close to mine while his hands roamed every inch of my body. “Be quiet of I’ll fucking kill you..” he threatened causing me to lay still while he used my body to fulfill his desires. The only sounds were the slapping of skin and the noises leaving his mouth. Tears filled my eyes as I thought back to over a year ago. How naive I was for believing I could live this life without losing myself in the process.

Sobs. That was the only thing I could hear. I shake my head furiously trying to forget the awful memories. A soft knock came at my door. “Y-yes?” I ask my voice shaking in the process. “Lea? It’s Tony can I come in?” He asks jiggling the handle. I didn’t even realize I locked it til i saw him struggling. “Just a minute.” I call picking myself off the ground. I quickly check my reflection in the mirror. I bring my hands up to wipe the tears off my face and reblend it out, but giving up when my mascara and eyeliner continued to smudge. “Shit.” I mumble before opening the door for Tony.

The smile on his face quickly left and in its place came a frown. “Is everything alright?” He whispers forcing me to put in my fakest smile. “Of course.” I say through strained teeth, not even noticing the others behind him. “Lea?” He begins before being interrupted. “What’s wrong?” Came a curious voice. I force myself to look at the blue eyed soldiers. “Nothing. I’m perfectly fine.” I say a little too fast causing all of them to give me stern looks. “Look I’ve got work to do soo..” before I could close the door 2 hands stopped the door forcing it open.

All 4 men walk in while Steve closes the door. They all look worried especially Tony. “Lea.” Tony begins but my hand interrupts him. “Please just let me be alone.” I plea suddenly finding the floor more interesting. “No.” Came a stren voice. My eyes shoot up and meet the cerulean orbs of Bucky. My heart leeps in my chest as I look deeper into his eyes. I open my mouth to say something before closing it again.

“Lea what is going on?” Tony asks stealing my gaze from Bucky. Sighing my hands find refuge in my hair. My feet pacing back and forth as I wrack my brain as to where to start. Turning to the group I release a heavy breathe. “Okay... to be completely honest I had 2 spies sent in here and now I have to find the person who sent them.” I blurt out before sinking my teeth into my bottom lip. My answer seemed to pacify the men, all but Tony. “Then why were you crying?” He pressures narrowing his eyes as to try and see through me. “Just stress tears. It’s completely fine.” I brush off, before the realization hits me I’ve lied to hime twice now. Not just him but the avengers.

“Alright we’ll get out of your hair. See you around Lea and call me about lunch next week.” Tony shouts heading towards the door. I offer and small smile and a see y’all around. Waving at each of them until it was only Bucky and I. “I don’t know what you’re hiding but next time you want to lie to a super soldier make sure your heartbeat is normal.” He says before leaving me alone in my office. Ah hell....

——————————————————————————

She lied. Not only to Tony but all of us. I peer over at Steve to see he’s just as deep in thought as me. “You know she lied right?” I whisper not wanting to being in Tony and Sam. Steve meets my gaze giving me a small nod. “Her heartbeat was erratic. Whatever she’s hiding it must be important.” He mumbles. I can see the wheels turning in his minds while he mulls over different theories. “How about when we get back we check her out.” I offer my stomach churning at the thought of investigating her. Steve only nods before focusing on the window.

We arrive at the compound not even 15 minutes later. We’ve barely stopped and I’m already out of the car. “Where you going robocop?” Sam calls earning him a not so nice middle finger. I make my way into the conference room already logging onto the system. A couple minutes later Steve enters the room. “No matter what we find Tony can’t know until we’re sure about what we find.” He states getting a nod from me.

“Friday?” I ask waiting for her to answer. “Yes Mr. Barnes?”

“I need you to get me everything on a miss Lea Black.” I state waiting for the screens to reveal everything I need to know. A few seconds later both mine and Steve’s screens were filled with different women. I scroll through until I find her, but there was no luck. “What the hell? Steve did you find her?” I ask looking up for the first since we got here. “No, not a single thing.” He sighs pinching the bridge of his nose.

“Friday?” Steve calls. “Yes Mr. Rodgers?”

“Is this every Lea Black you have?”

“There is one file locked sir.”

“Locked?” He scoffs furrowing his brows. “By who?”

“That would be Mr. Stark sir”

“Friday I’m going to need you to unlock it.”

“I’m afraid I can’t do that without notifying Mr. Stark the file is unlocked.”

There was a short pause and we both think of the next course of action. “Do it.” Was all Steve said before the screens cleared to her. Her picture haunting me as I read through her file. There wasn’t much hell there was absolutely nothing. “Damnit!” I yell closing the screen. Who are you?

I Hope Youre The Last... Part 1
I Hope Youre The Last... Part 1

Alfheim... that was my home. Not Asgard, no not some golden magical city, or the most glamours realm in the entire universe. Alfheim may not be dripped in gold but it was beautiful. The mere simplicity of my planet is what makes it beauty. No there wasn’t much but there was just enough, enough to make even the coldest of hearts melt. I let out a sigh hoping all my pint up anger will disappear.

“Now Y/N... Please remember that it isn’t only your reputation at stake.” My mother says flatly while looking out the window. I roll my eyes and scoff at her. “Oh dearest mother, how could I?” My voice laced with sarcasm. This earns the quick backhand from her. I no longer flinch or cower in fear like when I was little. I have grown used to the beatings my mother bestowed upon me. I have always been a daddy’s girl, something my mother despises. “In Vanaheim daughters were to be just like their mothers. Not follow their father into throne hearings or take up fighting.” My mother would constantly say. Although I never understood why she bothered. Normally I’d be gone before she could finish that sentence. My father was a kind and gentle spirit. He would never lay his hands on a innocent child. He let me take up defense training when I was young. He knew I was special from the beginning. Unlike Midgard, Alfheim is surrounded by magic. It is in the air we breathe and the ground we walk on. Citizens could access this magic by sacrificing their blood back to the planet. For they came from it they must return back to it. However, royals were special; our magic was limitless always around us. We don’t have to sacrifice blood for our magic, yet it runs through us; like a river ever flowing.

“Come child, tell me what troubles you.” My father sighs. I didn’t have to say anything for him to know. That is what makes our bond special, he could sense my aura from miles away. I sigh knowing it was useless to confide in him, but just maybe he’d hear me.

“Father I can’t do this...”

“And why not? Weren’t you born to be queen?”

“Well yes, but of Alfheim! Not of Asgard, not to someone I barely know!”

“Y/N... Life isn’t always easy. If it was then there would be no point in living, now would there?” His question takes me back a notch. How could this be useful is any sense? “Stop overthing dear you’ll hurt yourself.” He says with a chuckle. I sit at his feet grasping his hand. “Father how do I do this? I mean leave my home and you behind? How can I marry a man I barely know? What do I do? What should I do? Why isn’t easy?” I ask looking for his guidance. He reaches his had down to cup my cheek before letting it fall limp at his side. He looks tired and worn down; he closes his eyes and stills time. “My dear...” he opens his eyes to meet mine. His hand leaves mine to point my eyes towards the fleeting images. “What you see are memories of my lifetime. Here the palace of Asgard... where I did most of my studying with the Allfather himself.” He smiles fonding over his childhood. I gasp at the sheer beauty of the memory. Two boys around 12 running through the gardens with wooden swords. One smaller then the other but made it up by his stoutness. The memory fades into a new one, the same boys but older now each the same height. They walk to halls seeming to recite something. “This was when I helped Odin prepare his speeches. He was so nervous not wanting to disappoint he father.” He chuckles before flashing a new picture. This memory was different, it seemed to be harder to read. I scooted closer to see but the memory faded before I could. “Father what was that?” I ask spinning back to look at him. He smiles a sweet smile before shaking his head. “That was my farewell party. That was the last time I saw Odin for a melinium.” He nods back to the images. I reluctantly gaze my eyes back towards them. This time there was the same boy but with a girl. She was beautiful, her golden hair fell perfectly out of her braids and onto her face. The boy kindly placed the loose strands behind her ear before leaning in to kiss her.

“Is that you and mother?” I ask still staring at the image.

“Yes it is.”

“Y’all look so happy.”

“We were.”

“What happened?” I ask glancing back at my father to see his expression change from joy to remorse.

“She wanted the magic our planet offered, but could never accomplish gaining it’s full power. You see darling she wasn’t born of Alfheim therefore her magic consists of that of a citizens.” He says before sighing. He shakes his head and the memories fade away into the air. “You want to know how you do this?” He asks waiting for me to respond. I simply nod my head afraid to use my words. “The answer is you are my Daughter, Y/N goddess of magic, crossroads, and the moons. Your abilities have foreseen mine since you were 1000.” He says while pinching my cheek. “You are strong, brave, kind, humble, charismatic, independent, intelligent, honest, genuine, talented, and compassionate. You are everything a woman should be to be queen. Just because I will not be with does not mean you are less than any other royal there.” He states locking his eyes with mine. I smile a grateful smile hoping he would take comfort from it.

“You’re highness.” One of the ship hands says out of breathe. My father turns to him smiling. The boy waits for a sign to continue from my father. He simply a nods his head towards the boy before looking back towards the window. “We have arrived to Asgard. We are about to land your Majesty.” The boy says bowing before exiting the room. I sigh getting up from the floor, stretching my legs as I ascend upwards. I grab my fathers hands before leading him towards the door. If I am to be this princes wife then so be it. I will not dishonor my fathers name by running from my problems. We return to my mother who stands as still as a statue next to the window. She snaps her gaze to us before standing up to greet her husband. “My love you look pale. Shall I fetch the nearest healer?” She asks pressing a hand to his forehead. He shakes his head before grasping her little hands in his. “My dear do not worry. I am just overwhelmed that this day has finally come. Our daughter finally being betroved to the son of my oldest friends.” he says pressing a chast kiss to her hands. She looks down smiling at the sight.

“My dear friend how long has it been?” Odin says while embracing my father in a hug. “Too long old friend.” Was all my father could say before returning the gesture of affection. I stand back a few feet from the group. I didn’t want to interrupt their mini reunion, but sooner or later I was roped into the formal gestures.

“Odin this is my beloved daughter Y/N!” My father exclaims proudly.

“She is quite the sight Alotl. Tell me dear what do you think of Asgard?”

I bite my tongue thinking before answering. “Well your highness I think it is absolutely stunning.” I say holding a tight smile.

“Tell me Y/N your father tells me of your extraordinary power. Would you mind enlightening us with your power?”

“Odin! This is no time for entertainment.” Frigga interjects sending him a stern look. I glance her way receiving a genuine smile. I smile back before her face changes. She looks like she is stuck in time, frozen a beautiful statue.

“Your highness are you alright?” I ask stepping forward. Odin follows my glance before moving to stand behind his wife. A confused look crosses my face as Odin does this. However before I could question the matter further Frigga falls backwards inhaling deeply.

“Frigga what did you see love?” Odin asks while helping his wife stand back on her feet. She stops and looks at you. You shift uncomfortably while her gaze remains on you. Odin looks at you confusion covering his worn features. “Princess Y/N may we have a word alone?” Frigga says turning towards the steps. I follow cautiously not know whether I was in trouble or not.

“You are the goddes of magic?”

“Indeed I am my queen .”

“You know your future is very unclear to me. That is something I am not used to.” She stops walking, spinning around to face me. She eyes me up and down before locking eyes with me. “Tell me dear your power is limitless?” She asks. Her eyes were no long staring at me but almost as if she were looking through me. “Yes your majesty.” I say standing a bit straighter. She nods for a second before looking back towards the entrance. “My dear I am afraid you future must change course for the good of Asgard. You will marry a Odinson, however; I am not sure which” She says turning back around to continue walking. I stand still my feet glued to the ground. My head starts to fog with ideas of what the Allmother has just seen. Am I not good enough for Thor? Am I a danger to the Odinson line? Was it a mistake coming to Asgard. I feel my stomach start to turn as endless scenarios fill my head. The Allmother stops walking for a second glancing back at my rigid form. “Y/N if you wouldn’t mind following me to Hiemdall.” She says turning around completely. Her words come out groogy and quiet. She makes her way towards me lightly placing her hand on my shoulder. Giving it a reassuring squeeze before smiling again. “I do not wish to frighten you my dear.” I look up at her. Her eyes were hopelessly searching mine for any form of emotion. I swallow the lump forming in the back of my throat. Standing straight once more I nod toward the queen, signaling it was ok to walk towards Hiemdall.

I followed her down every hallway possible in the palace before reaching Hiemdall. He was at the edge of the Bifröst where the gatekeeper kept watch. “Hiemdall.” Frigga says capturing the attention of the man. “My queen how may I be of service?” He asks turning towards the queen. He was a large man deep in color. His eyes were blood orange making it hard to not focus on them. He held a beautiful sword as if it were apart of him. “Hiemdall, I am having trouble seeing into the princesses future. Please tell me what you see. Who is her betroved? What does her life in Asgard I store for our people?” She asks looking deeply into his eyes. His gaze falls on me causing me to look down. What felt like an eternity as passed before he spoke. “My queen what you ask is who does she betrove?” He pauses glancing between the queen and I. My body seems to hang onto his every word as if it were the air I’m breathing. “My princess you will thrive in Asgard. You will become a gracious and loved queen. However, fate keeps you in the pool of love. You will be betroved to a son of Odin, however; which is in your control.” He says before turning to the queen. “She will be the savior or the reason Asgard falls. I have seen both endings, however it must be her decision who she chooses to marry. In alteration in her choice will end badly for all the realms.” And with that he turns around back to his station of keeping watch.

“Your majesty I do not understand.” I say plying over his words again and again.

“It appears to be that you will not be married as soon as we’d wish.”

“I peg your pardon?”

“It’s the prophecy! That a princess will be the key to Asgard’s servival, but also the destroyer. If we do not tried lightly I am afraid of the concequences to our actions.” She pauses and looks into the distance. Before waking towarsa Hiemdall. They converse over matters of high importance that I must not be able to hear. After a few minutes of discussing Frigga comes back with a smile. “Ah child Hope is not lost for I know the answer now.” She says walking past me. I follow hot on her heels. “What is the answer my queen?” I ask praying to Odin she tells me. She quickly turns to me causing me to almost run into her. “You will have to choose very wisely princess for your powers are not yet finished. Soon my dear you will see the answer and save us all.” that was all she said before leaving me standing there alone on the Bifröst.

“Okay..... breathe..... Phasmatos navaro pulsus sanguinox.” Air swirls all around me. My magic coursing through my vains causing me to roll my eyes back. The pain was unbearable, every bone felt like it was slowly breaking. Focus I can’t break the spell or it’ll backfire. Screams fill the hallways of the palace. I was warned about the effects dark magic has on royals, but it didn’t matter. Conscienceness creeps into my mind as guilt consumes my every being. I scream moving my hands to a nearby bird. Finishing the spell I watch the innocent creature desinagrate. It has only been a week in the palace and every chance she gets she uses her magic. Spending hours a day hiding while my wounds heal is not how I wanted to spend my time here. I’ve gotten no where with the princes and time is running out. My head is spinning at the overwhelming amount of guilt I feel. Getting up I walk towards the door. Maybe some magic training will cheer my spirits. Making my way over to the training room was quite difficult as I had unnecessary company. “Y/N!” Stopping in my tracks I glance over my shoulder. Thor was running towards me with the biggest smile on his face. “Thor.” I say bowing hoping he’ll let me be on my way. “Where have you been?”

“Addressing personal matters.”

“Such as.”

“My mother.”

“You know she’s in the infirmary.”

“That is such a shame.”

“Why do I get a feeling that you already know?”

“I don’t know Thor..”

“Y/N? What did you do?”

“Nothing Thor! Now if you’ll excuse me I have training to do!” I yell storming into the training room. The door slams behind me; rage filling every being of my existence. A poor fighter dummy catches my wrath as flams flow through my fingers. Melting every inch of the metal off. “Well wouldn’t I like to not be on your bad side..” “OH FUCK! LOKI!!!” I yell scared half to death. He laughs a deep laugh smiling just ever so slightly. He walks around the room eyeing my poor victim. “I must say that was absolutely lame.” He says smirking. I scoff rolling my eyes at his remark. “Well how many people can do that?” “I’d rather not find out. Besides my magic is far more powerful then yours puny witch.” He says smirking at me waiting for my challenge. “Is that so my royal doucheness. Well how about we test that theory?” I challenge matching him step for step around the room. “If you wish.... Princess.” He says holding up his hand.

Green lights flowed through them effortlessly as he waited. Raising my hand showing the velvet blue color. We stand there sizing each other up. Suddenly Loki was gone, vanished, poofed himself out of sight. Smiling I wave my hand around waiting for his figure to appear. He was coming at my right side oblivious to the fact he had been seen. With a flick of my wrist he was sent flying to the wall. A chuckle escapes my lips at his bewilderment. “How did you see me?” “It was just a guess.” I smile innocently at him. He smiles back before duplicating himself over and over again. Bastard. They move in sync circling me. I hold my hand to my chest embracing the magic. Slowly the velvet blue aura covers my body. I walk to each ‘Loki’ eyeing them carefully. Suddenly a hand grabs me from behind. “Hey no touching the merchandise!” I yell. While in unison the Loki’s smile. A bright flash of green sends me flying back against the wall. I look up to see only one Loki now smiling content with himself. I fly off the ground swirling around him. “Y/N! Not fair!” He whines causing me to roll my eyes. “Well duplicating yourself wasn’t fair either. Besides you said you were more powerful.” I shoot back making him more mad. “How about rules? No flying and no duplicating?” He asks looking up at me with no emotion. “Well we already broke those rules.... and I don’t play fair” I say my voice coming out more amused then anything. “Who says I don’t?”

“No one.”

“Why don’t you play fair?”

“Because then I’m like everyone else.”

“You could never be like anyone else.” He mumbles trying to make sure I don’t hear. “I’m flattered but that’s a lie.”

“How so?”

“If you strip away the magic and money I’m another random girl. Besides playing fair doesn’t keep you waiting.” I say throwing a smirk his way. Amusement plays on his face while he thinks. “Then a proposal? Every time either of us hit a wall..... clothing comes off.” He says with a devilish smirk. I contemplate the consequences of these actions. Well you end up naked, or rumors ruin your maidenhood. Yet again who is going to find out?  “Deal.” I just have to win. He smirks before raising his hand. Green lights come at me pushing me towards the wall. I fly upwards causing the magic to change course. Loki flys into the nearest wall knocking the air from his lungs. Laughing I didn’t realize the wall in my way. Seconds later I collide face first crumpling to the ground. I groan standing up. Loki smirks waiting for me to up hold the deal. I kick off my heels earning a very annoyed scoff. “You said clothing, and shoes are clothing.” “That is highly unfair.”

“How so?” He ponders the idea before removing his jacket. The next 30 minutes felt like hours. Both of us earning bruises from the walls. I slowly start to undo my dress when Thor walks in. “Brother. Y/N. We are needed in the throne room.” He says eyeing us with disgust. Loki scoffs, “Couldn’t you have waited 30 more minutes?” Thor just rolls his eyes turning on his heels. I use my magic to get ready hurrying to catch up with him. “What’s the rush?” I stop looking at Loki anger eveident on my face. “I am going to make sure neither of us are shamed.” “Why would I? I am a prince. I can do what I please.” “Excuse me, but I am a princess and my honor is important.” “Honor? My dear you are just a pet. A pawn in our kingdoms to unite them. Believe me your honor is as important as the whores honor.” He says carelessly picking up his jacket. I raise my head holding a tight smile. “Well then I think I’m ready to make my choice.” I say rushing to find Thor. He was already 3 halls down from me. “Thor!” I yell hoping he would stop for me. He slows down his pace, but keeps going which only infuriates me more. “Thor Odinson, Prince of Asgard, I declare you stop!” I yell causing his whole body to go rigid. I quickly close the gap between us slowing when I was in front. He held his gaze forward not daring to look at me. “Your highness....” He grits out slowly lowering his gaze. “Please drop the formalities. Can we talk please?” I plea hoping he would oblige. “Coming from the one who royally decreed me to stop... in my own home!” He scoffs allowing his intense gaze to fall on me fully. His eyes piercing blue were darker then usual. He bore into my head as if to make me disappear. “I’m sorry, but I wanted to talk to you. I wanted to explain myself to you. You have been so kind to me all the time I’ve been here. You’ve been patient and gentle. You put up with my stubbornness and my will to be indecisive. Please let me explain for I fear this will change how you see me in your eyes.” I sputter out. He softens at my words letting his shoulders fall. “Nothing could change how I see you.” He whispers catching my eyes in his once again. A small smile forms on my face as

I tell him everything within the past hour or so. He nods his head as he digests every ounce of information he receives. I wait for his response as he thinks deeply. “Y/N. Listen I know you are in a tough situation. I know you like me, but you also fancy Loki.” He says pacing a little. I am shocked by his words. “Thor.” He cuts me off with his hand before continuing. “Don’t lie to me please. I know your fate, but you must figure this out yourself. I know we can be happy together if you give us a chance, however; that same chance must be given to Loki as well. You must decide for yourself who will make you a better queen, a better warrior, and a better person altogether. That is when you’ll know who to choose.” He says stopping in front of me while gently cupping my face in his hands. I look up to meet his eyes smiling gravely. He nods his head before leading us into the throne room.

Odin sat at the throne and to his right was Frigga. Loki was standing before them causing me to wonder how he got here so fast. “My sons. Y/N.” Odin speaks allowing time for his voice to echo off of the gold walls. We bow before the king paying our due respects. “I am quite displeased that there has yet to be a matrimony. Hence forth I give you lady Y/N 3 days to choose your husband. My sons I give you 3 day to make her decision easier. That is all.” He says before standing. We bow once more making room for him to leave. Frigga stops us from leaving. “Lady Y/N how do you feel about my sons?” She asks. “Well they both are quite different. I find one good company and the other tolerable at first before becoming good company. One lets me rant to him while the other uses diversions to ignore problems.” I say smiling towards the queen.

She chuckes softly allowing a small smile to escape. “Well I have an idea of who is who. My dear I’m sorry for the short notice but please understand it’s for the good of our kingdoms.” She says with a sad smile. I simply nod curtsying while she walks away. A sigh leaves my lips as I look at the two brothers. “Well lady Y/N hurry up we don’t have all day.” Loki says while tapping his foot impatiently. “Pardon me?” I ask giving him a confused look. He sighs before turning around and walking off. “Don’t mind him.” Thor says placing a hand on my shoulder. His hand sits there a little too long, but neither of us move. “How about a tour of the kingdom?” Thor offers causing me to question him. “Why? I mean don’t get me wrong your kingdom is magnificent.” I say slowly pulling from his grip. “But?” he asks reaching for my hand. “I...I.... I miss my home.” I say deflated.

“I’m sorry you were forced to leave your home Lady Y/N...But I can promise if you allow it, Asgard will not disappoint you.” Thor whispers softly searching your eyes for any signs. Before you could respond Hiemdall enters the thrown room. “Lady Y/N.. may I have a word?” he asks before bowing before Thor. You smile a soft smile towards Thor before walking towards Hiemdall. “Yes Hiemdall?” I ask confused with what could be so important. “I have come to tell you a piece of information.”

“Such as” I ask narrowing my eyes at him.

“I think it is time for you to know who you are going to marry.” he says with a smile, like he just won an award. My breathing stops for a second.

“Pardon me?” I ask not sure he just said what I think he just said.

“I’m sorry for the confusion Princess. I told the Queen what she needed to hear in order for you to make a decision, but knowing it wouldn't come to it.”

“I’m still confused?”

“The royal family has been planning you to marry Loki this whole time not Thor.” he says watching for your reaction. When you don’t answer he takes it as his cue to continue.

“Lady Y/N you will thrive with either Odinson as your Husband. However, I fear Loki would cause you more harm. You see Loki cares about 2 things in this entire realm. Himself and his magic. The moment you 2 are marries your magic becomes his and vice versa. He can channel you wherever you are and take whatever he please with your magic. Henceforth I advise you to marry Thor.” he says while slowly gazing around for any unwanted ears.

“Why is my marrying Loki bad?” I ask causing my brows to crease from confusion. He sighs before meeting my gaze again. “That means if he plans to attack another realm he would win. Innocents would die at his hands. There would be destruction and war among the realms and it will ruin the peace amongst us.” he says with a conviction so strong. I flinch back at his tone afraid it was directed at me. “I’m sorry Princess that was rude.” he says before continuing.

“Haven’t you noticed the way you are with him. You are relaxed and at peace, with Loki you are on edge and that is not how love works my dear. I only tell you this because you deserve to know.” He says straightening himself up awaiting for my answer. I slowly nod my head taking a peak at Thor who is watching us like a hawk. “Well then Hiemdall I think it is time to tell the Queen my choice.” I say looking back at him holding his gaze. He waits for you to continue while slowly bowing. “Tell her I am ready to marry Thor.”
