Do you have any moonwater recs where they’re both professors?

In hogwarts probably nothing because I lack knowledge of 90% of the source material BUT in modern day? I’ll give it a go

- regulus teaches English literature, poetry is his favourite, and students are actually enthralled when he talks

- sure, he’s a hard grader and has a face like a slapped arse most of the time but he’s still a great professor

- the students respect him like crazy and they try their best in his courses

- he’s grumpy in the mornings, and prefers afternoon/night classes

- he gets the same coffee order every morning (iced caramel latte with coconut milk, or oat if they don’t have coconut) as well as a pan au chocolate and an apple

- he wears pretty nice clothes, nothing fancy, but he looks rich

- never not wearing black (maybe even some eyeliner)

- but the room next door holds the history professor and regulus just,,,,he can’t really think straight when he’s around

- Remus is forgetful, always coming into his lectures to ask for some pencils or a laptop cable, even for a stapler, and regulus can’t get enough of it

- professor lupin is tall, slender, fluffy brown hair that he wants to run his hands through and beautiful hazel eyes, and regulus cannot for the life of him ask this man out for a drink

- Remus has this lopsided smile that he does whenever he comes in and regulus glares back, but any smart book reading student will know it’s the perfect love story

- remus’ students swoon over him too but he never notices, not even when another teacher does, bevause he has eyes for one man and one man only

- Remus ends up being cornered in his lecture room one day by regulus, standing over his desk and glaring at him, before asking him to go for cocktails later

- Remus can’t stop smiling through his next class

- are their fantasies of sex on desks? Sneaking into closets between lectures? Leaving early to see each other? Of course, but they’re professionals and regulus won’t let Remus do that

- however, when they’re home, it’s fair game

crazy how people assume trans guys dont know if we had short naturally coloured hair and a basic style we'd "pass better." "you want tips on how to pass? no more fun piercings, jewelry, anything feminine, dyed hair, nail polish or nice things for you!" thanks but I choose joy and whimsy x

oh i LOVE this, i feel like they share clothes all the time, even before they started dating. like regulus originally wears a lot of tighter clothes so barty basically has a million crop tops to choose from, then reg starts wearing his and everything is baggy because he's so tall and buys xl's when he doesn't need them and barty loves how reg looks, but yes sharing a suit is so them, barty is like doing the buttons on the shirt for him and reg is glancing over his shoulder at himself in the mirror for the first time and smiling at how he looks and barty is just smiling at his happiness because yes this suit isn't something good to him but its good to someone he cares about and thats what matters AH

Remus knew the moment he woke up that it wasn’t going to be a good day. His throat hurt. His head was heavy. But he didn’t say anything. He just drank three cups of hot tea at breakfast and hoped it would go away. He didn’t want to ruin their day in Hogsmeade.

By the time they had made the walk down he was beginning to feel dizzy.

"How are you?" Sirius asked.

"Fine", he tried to say, but it was more a wheezing than anything else. He cleared his throat and tried again. "I'm fine. It's nothing."

"Really?"

He avoided Sirius' concerned look and dragged him with him to catch up to the others. He survived the obligatory first stop in Zonko's by letting the others do the talking and deciding. The second they stepped outside he sat down on the nearest bench.

Sirius sat down next to him. "Moony, what's wrong?"

"Just need to rest a little bit."

"You really don't look well." Sirius put a hand to his forehead. "Merlin, you are boiling! Why didn't you say something?"

"I just didn't want to ruin the Hogsmeade trip," Remus said. I just wanted to be with you, he didn't say.

Sirius shook his head. "You are not ruining anything, silly. Let me just buy one more thing and I'll walk you back. What flavour chocolate would you like?"

"No, don't buy anything for me. And no rush, I'll just wait here until you are all done."

Sirius gave him an unconvinced look. "Very well then."

It felt like Remus just had time to sigh, lean his head against the uncomfortable back of the bench and close his eyes before Sirius was back again. He opened a bag to reveal twenty or more different kind of chocolate bars.

"You didn't tell me which one, so I bought some to choose from.”

"Merlin, did you by all they had?"

"Not really. I know you are no fan of liquorish."

"You're too good to me.," Remus murmured, but he didn't complain when Sirius slung the bag over his shoulder, helped him up and started their slow walk back to Hogwarts. In fact, spending the rest of the day in bed having Sirius' attention all to himself suited him just fine.
