fitz has a habit of reaching for his family crest when he needs something to fidget with. (in canon he's done this at least a few times, though usually when thinking about his family). his parents and society encourage him to wear it usually, so it's become a familiar object, this strange symbolic constant in his life.

the edges of the wings on his crest are smoother than the others, and the threads from the one embroidered on his cape have needed to be fixed countless times.

Someone make an au where Marella was the one who checked on Sophie in the cave and got kidnapped with her. Would she have manifested as a pyrokenetuc early? Would they ah e figured out the clue as quickly if they didn’t rob an ATM? Would Dex still be apart of the main group? Would he even ever realize he manifested as a technopath?

I Like the theory that fitz and Biana are twins

It would make some sense since having multiple children is frowned upon so why would Alden and fella choose to have three children andddd if they did have twins it would be detrimental to the Vacker name . Plus biana did end up manifesting earlier than most I think .

So they just lied to everyone saying biana was two years younger

HOWEVER

I’m 100% sure this isn’t canon cuz there’s already a lot of twin plot points in this series so I feel like adding another might just feel tacky to readers and also it seems very late into the series to introduce this .

But it’s a fun idea to think about !!

Keefe's personality is so affected by his Empathy that in any human AUs he would honestly be unrecognizable. Would he still be snarky to his dad? 110%. But he would be a lot more reserved and have less confidence since he can't feel the homie's emotions and therefore is unsure how to act
