The infinite realms cover not just places and dimensions but also times. The Yggdrasil (tree) has branches that are said to allow those who can walk them without getting lost the ability to travel between realms. I'm pretty sure those two would intersect somewhere.

Which means - Danny could end up finding Loki as a young man/child and being his friend and/or adopting him as a son, cousin, whatever. Or maybe he even adopts him as a father figure/mentor.

I mean - you have someone (with black hair and green eyes) who is not accepted for who they are, are constantly compared to an older sibling and told they aren't enough, belittled for the skills they do have and have worked hard for (and has a connection to magic and ice). I'm pretty sure that Danny would empathize with that. And want him to not be alone.

Maybe Danny finds him by accident. Maybe Loki is exploring on the branches of the Yggdrasil and falls into the GZ. Maybe danny was practicing opening portals and landed in Asgard in the past (and keeps going at different times and is basically Loki's secret childhood friend even though Loki is very much older than him)

OR!!

Maybe its reversed!!!

Loki is the one to find Danny. He sees a child who has to hide who they are and what they can do from parents that are openly against what he is, and what he hides being. A child with no one to teach him as he struggles to learn the powers he has (maybe a type of magic. Death magic maybe?) And then he sees the ice and knows he can help. So he does. And Loki basically adopts Danny.

hey i've been getting an odd amount of pro-israel posts recommended to me lately and i don't want to stay silent on this issue. zionists are not fucking welcome here. neither is anyone wringing their hands and attempting to both-sides the issue, nor is anyone crying things like 'palestine isn't queer-friendly!!' as an excuse to endorse genocide.

i am not a primary source when it comes to these things, but israel is clearly, evidently committing ethnic cleansing - and the western response has been absolutely ghoulish.

it's probably a little harder to take this seriously coming from this silly fic account, and i'm far from the best person to take advice from in this situation, so i won't try to say more than i can - but stay aware of what's going on and spread the word. i know it's uncomfortable - good. it's a fucking genocide.

communications and internet were cut off in gaza today. they are bombarding civilians indiscriminately. don't let them get away with this.

It is pretty heartbreaking to think about, especially for heroes. But also, they can't help but be curious. How did the kid die…

Danny has to walk away the first time he's asked, he flinches the next time, the third time he has had enough. He says the first scenario that comes to mind, it works, it gets the hero to leave him alone, even if they went strangely pale.

Next several times he's asked he does the same, recites the first thing that comes to mind, a different thing every time. When the heroes go ghost white, deathly quiet or excuse themselves? well they shouldn't have asked in Danny's opinion!

What he doesn't realize is he has been reciting the heroes own near death experiences back to them, which is why each and every one of them has backed off after getting their answer.
