Heaven's POV
As I stood frozen in the room, my eyes widened at the sight of the abnormally large tiger that stood before me. Its sheer presence sent shivers down my spine, and I could feel my knees threatening to give out from under me in fear.
In that moment of shock, my mind raced at a thousand miles per hour, temporarily causing me to forget about the hybrids that I had in my care. It was only when a flicker of understanding crossed my thoughts that I remembered.
Hybrids.
One name surfaced in my mind—Taehyung.
I had known that hybrids, especially in their animal forms, possessed a larger stature compared to regular animals. However, I never anticipated encountering such a colossal being within the confines of my home.
The tiger, which I now realized was Taehyung, exuded a sense of calmness as he lounged on the ground, his massive form taking up a considerable amount of space in the room.
It struck me then that I had recently removed the chips that prevented the hybrids from shifting.
But they hadn't transformed before, so what triggered the change now?
As Taehyung shifted his gaze towards me, our eyes locked, and I could sense an unspoken communication passing between us.
Despite my best efforts to appear composed, the waves of fear coursing through me were undeniable. After all, who wouldn't be afraid when faced with a creature capable of ending a life with a single swipe of its paw?
With a reassurance that felt more for myself than for Taehyung, I mustered the courage to speak, my voice trembling slightly, "T-tae?"
To my surprise, Taehyung seemed to respond with a hint of recognition, emitting a soft chuff that echoed in the room.
It was a small gesture, but in that moment, it offered me a sliver of comfort amidst the overwhelming uncertainty of the situation.
As the tension lingered in the air, I couldn't shake off the surreal feeling of standing face to face with a being that was both magnificent and terrifying in equal measure.
The immense tiger before me was not just a creature of the wild; it was a reflection of the untamed essence that resided within the hybrids I had come to care for.
And in that moment, as I stood in the presence of Taehyung, I realized that the true test was not in overcoming my fear of the unknown, but in embracing the extraordinary bond that connected us, transcending the boundaries of fear and forging a connection that defied logic and reason.
As I muster up all the courage I can, I slowly take a step into the room, my heart pounding in my chest.
The sight that greets me almost makes me want to bolt out of there; the hybrid in front of me covers his head with his paws, whimpering softly. A pang of guilt surges through me - had my presence scared him?
Knowing the traumatic events these beings had endured, I mentally scold myself for not being more mindful of their feelings. I can't let my fear cause them more distress.
Before I can offer any words of comfort, the peace is shattered by the abrupt entrance of someone behind me. The voice that follows is filled with malice and anger, causing a shiver to run down my spine.
"Get out!" the voice commands, cutting through the tense air.
My eyes widen as I raise my gaze to meet Yoongi's intense stare. I can see the distrust in his eyes, the way he slightly averts his gaze from mine.
"Yoon-" but I'm cut off, his next words hit me like a blow to the chest.
"No! Don't you dare say my name! The only reason I stayed quiet at the hospital was for Jungkook and Jimin's sake, but now I won't let you put my packmates in the same misery," Yoongi's words are laced with a mixture of anger and fear.
His accusations sting, and I struggle to find my voice amidst the whirlwind of emotions. Does he truly think I am capable of causing harm like those vile humans?
With a surge of determination, I step closer to Yoongi, my eyes pleading for understanding. I need to clear this misunderstanding, to assure him that I would never harm them.
"Yoongi, please, let's talk about this. I understand your fear, and I know it took me too long to find you, but I would never..." My voice trails off as a deep growl emanates from behind Yoongi, signaling another member of the pack - Taehyung.
The tension in the room is palpable, and I realize the magnitude of the situation I find myself in. Misunderstandings, fear, and past traumas intertwine in a delicate balance that hangs in the air, waiting to be resolved.
As the tension in the room escalated, the growl of the tiger hybrid reverberated, sending shivers down my spine.
The ferocity in Yoongi's gaze was unmistakable as he issued a stern warning, the intensity of his words cutting through the charged atmosphere.
"If you didn't get the hint the first time, let me spell it out for you. Get The Fuck Out," Yoongi's voice dripped with a lethal combination of authority and danger.
The gravity of the situation became even more palpable as Yoongi continued, his tone low and threatening, "Now, or else I won't be able to stop what Taehyung would do to you."
The mention of Taehyung, coupled with the ominous warning, sent a clear message that the consequences of overstaying my welcome would be dire.
I could sense the underlying tension and the unspoken implications in Yoongi's words, realizing that he was not bluffing.
The weight of his words hung heavy in the air, and a sense of urgency gripped me as I processed the implied threat.
With a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, I understood that the situation had escalated beyond my control.
Without hesitation, I made the swift decision to retreat, taking Yoongi's words as a final chance to extricate myself from a potentially dangerous predicament.
Turning on my heels, the sound of the door slamming shut behind me reverberated in the corridor, sealing off the tension-filled room and the unnerving confrontation I had just experienced.
In the dimly lit hall, my heart skipped a beat as I noticed Hoseok, Namjoon, and Jin standing in a somber silence, their eyes fixed on me.
I felt a wave of emotions rushing through me, threatening to break the calm facade I was desperately trying to maintain.
Jin's inscrutable expression added to the intensity of the moment. His unreadable face gave nothing away, but a subtle tick betrayed his true feelings before he turned away and retreated to his room, leaving me with a sense of unease and confusion.
Hoseok, usually the epitome of sunshine and warmth, cast me a glare that sent chills down my spine. The icy demeanor he wore was a stark contrast to his usual jovial self, leaving me reeling with the weight of his unspoken anger as he stormed off to his room, the tension palpable in the air.
A solitary tear escaped, tracing a path down my cheek as my world seemed to shatter around me.
Namjoon approached me, placing a comforting squeeze on my shoulder, a silent gesture of understanding that offered a sliver of solace in the midst of the storm of emotions.
Alone in the hallway, enveloped by the darkness that mirrored the turmoil in my mind, I was left grappling with a profound sense of loss and confusion.
The echoes of unspoken words and unshed tears reverberated within me, as I tried to make sense of the rift that had seemingly emerged out of nowhere, leaving me adrift in a sea of uncertainty.
Where had it all gone wrong? What had I missed, what had I overlooked? The weight of their silent gazes and unspoken words bore down on me, threatening to suffocate me in a suffocating embrace of despair.
As I stood there, a solitary figure in the darkness, I couldn't help but feel the crushing weight of my own inadequacies and shortcomings, the bitter taste of regret lingering on my tongue.
The ghosts of unspoken apologies and unresolved conflicts haunted the corridors of my mind, leaving me lost in a maze of emotions that seemed impossible to navigate.
In that moment of quiet desperation, I found myself grappling with the harsh realities of fractured relationships and the fragility of human connections.
The hall, once a place of familiarity and comfort, now felt foreign and alien, a stark reminder of the distance that had grown between us, tearing apart the fabric of our once-close bond.
And as I stood there, enveloped in the oppressive silence of the empty hallway, I realized that sometimes, the hardest battles we fight are the ones that rage within the confines of our own hearts and minds, the battle between acceptance and denial, between forgiveness and resentment, between holding on and letting go.
3rd Person's POV
A week had slipped by since the once vibrant and cheerful ambiance within the household had been replaced by an unsettling tension that hung heavy in the air.
The hybrids within the house seemed to be actively avoiding any interactions with Heaven, creating an atmosphere fraught with silent animosity.
Heaven, though aware that their behavior was not a personal attack but rather a means of self-preservation for the hybrids, found it increasingly difficult to navigate through the palpable hostility.
Each time one of the hybrids brushed past her roughly in the corridors or made biting remarks, it felt like a physical blow to her emotions.
The younger hybrids, torn between their lingering affection for Heaven and their loyalty to their hyungs, found themselves in a state of inner conflict.
While they missed her gentle touches and warm smiles, the fear of betraying their hyungs kept them at a distance.
Heaven's once comforting scent of lavender and baby powder now seemed to exude a different aura, adding to the sense of unease that permeated the household.
Among the hybrids, Jungkook appeared to be struggling the most, haunted by frequent nightmares that caused him to slip in and out of a state of vulnerability known as little space.
Jimin, on the other hand, grappled with traumatic memories of abuse during their abduction, recalling the harrowing experiences of violation and helplessness.
The remaining hybrids, while not subjected to the same degree of abuse as Jimin and Jungkook, still carried their own scars from the ordeal, contributing to the collective sense of trauma that lingered among them.
The weight of their shared past experiences seemed to cast a shadow over their present interactions, serving as a constant reminder of the horrors they had endured.
Despite their efforts to move forward and rebuild their lives, the specter of their past trauma loomed large, casting a long shadow over their attempts at healing and recovery.
Namjoon's pov
As I lay on my bed, the weight of the mental chains pressing down on my wrists and ankles, memories of the horrors that my packmates and I endured flood my mind. The shadows of the past loom over me, casting a dark cloud over any semblance of peace.
Despite the fear and wariness that gnaw at me from within, I find solace in the fact that Heaven stands apart. She is the rare human who has treated us as equals, who has shown us kindness in a world that often seeks to oppress and divide.
Yet, my own insecurities threaten to drive a wedge between us. The walls I've built to protect myself inadvertently keep her at arm's length, a casualty of my own inner turmoil.
Navigating the delicate balance between my loyalty to my packmates and my yearning for connection with Heaven proves to be a Herculean task.
I strive to quell any hostility that might arise, especially from Yoongi, who bears the scars of past traumas more deeply than most.
I empathize with Yoongi's struggle to trust again, to let down the barriers that shield his heart from further pain. The fragile trust he had in Heaven shattered in the wake of our abduction, leaving behind a fractured bond that seems irreparable.
The desire to seek comfort in Heaven's embrace is a siren song that beckons me, yet the fear of betraying my brothers holds me back.
The choice between personal longing and allegiance to my pack weighs heavily on my mind, a burden that grows heavier with each passing moment.
As I grapple with these conflicting emotions, I know that healing will take time. Rebuilding the bridges that were burned, restoring the fractured trust among us, it all feels like an uphill battle.
I can only hope that, in time, we will find our way back to each other, back to the warmth and understanding that Heaven once offered.
Will she forgive us? our misgivings, our reluctance to embrace the connection we once shared? Or will the wounds of the past prove too deep to heal, driving a permanent wedge between us?
The uncertainty of the path ahead looms large, casting a shadow over my already troubled soul.
Only time will tell if we are able to mend what was broken, to find our way back to the light that once illuminated our bond with Heaven.
Heaven's POV
After finishing a phone call with my brothers, who were concerned about the boys, I decided to ask them to postpone their visit.
I didn't disclose to them that the boys, for some reason, were avoiding me. I didn't want to burden my brothers with unnecessary worry or make a bigger deal out of the situation than necessary.
I felt the need to handle this issue on my own.
Feeling a mix of emotions, I was about to head into the bathroom for a shower when I heard a knock on my bedroom door.
Startled by the sound, I couldn't recall the last time someone knocked on my door. Hopeful that it might be one of the boys, my heart quickened as I hurriedly made my way to answer the door.
Practicing to maintain a neutral expression, I finally opened the door and was taken aback to see Jungkook standing there, looking visibly nervous.
"Jungkook?" I called out softly, my confusion evident on my face.
Considering that the older hybrids had been keeping the young ones away from me, I was surprised to find him standing outside my door.
Given that our bedrooms were in the same hall, it seemed risky for him to be there, potentially leading to misunderstandings with his hyungs.
"What are you doing here?" I inquired, trying to make sense of the unexpected visit.
Jungkook, appearing bashful, fidgeted with his fingers before responding, "Noo-Heaven... I-I-I came to get m-my h-hoodie."
Despite his stutter, I managed an understanding "Oh" in response, unsure of what prompted this sudden interaction.
It was a dark and dreadful day when the boys got kidnapped.
The memory of that horrific day still haunted me, the pain and fear still raw in my heart.
In the midst of the chaos and uncertainty, I found solace in the simple act of holding onto their hoodies.
It was a strange comfort, but their familiar scents made me feel closer to them, as if they were still by my side.
"Would you like to come in and wait while I go fetch your hoodie or do you want to wait here?" I asked softly.
"N-no, I'll stay here" he mumbled softly. I almost didn't hear him.
His hesitant response spoke volumes. I could sense the weight of his emotions, the unspoken grief that we both carried in our hearts.
Retrieving the hoodie from my closet, memories flooded my mind - memories of happier times, of laughter and camaraderie that now felt like a distant dream.
Each hoodie held a different story, a different piece of their personalities. Jungkook's hoodie, with its oversized fit and dark color palette, was a reflection of his strong and enigmatic persona.
I remembered how he would jokingly complain about my fashion choices, but secretly appreciated the effort I made to match his style.
Handing him the hoodie, I was taken aback by his swift reaction, as he mumbled a quick thankyou.
The sight of him retreating to one of his packmates rooms', clutching the hoodie to his chest, stirred a whirlwind of emotions within me.
Alone in my room, I tried to compose myself, to push back the tide of tears threatening to overwhelm me.
The ache in my chest was unbearable, a constant reminder of the gaping hole left by their absence.
Taking refuge in the familiarity of routine, I sought solace in the simple act of taking a shower, letting the steady stream of water wash away the physical and emotional residue of the day.
As I stood under the warm cascade, the echoes of their laughter and voices lingered in the air, a bittersweet reminder of what once was.
The weight of grief bore down on me, threatening to suffocate the flicker of hope that still burned within my heart.
But I knew that I had to stay strong, to weather this storm of emotions and emerge stronger on the other side.
Yoongi's POV
When Jungkook entered the room, the familiar scent of Heaven lingered around him, emanating from the hoodie he wore - the same one that had "mysteriously" gone missing and ended up in her possession.
It was no secret among the group that Heaven had collected each one of our hoodies, yet Jungkook didn't seem to mind as he buried his face in the fabric, savoring the essence of her presence.
Despite his attempts to appear nonchalant, I could sense the longing in his eyes, a silent yearning for her company that he tried to mask.
Witnessing the genuine joy on the face of the panther hybrid, I found it difficult to reprimand him for indulging in the scent filled hoodie, so I chose to silently observe, allowing him to bask in the fleeting happiness it brought him.
Reflecting on the tension that had arisen among the group due to Heaven's presence and the unspoken reasons behind their avoidance, a pang of guilt briefly tugged at my conscience.
However, the memories of my past experiences and the trauma endured by my packmates served as a stark reminder of the importance of safeguarding their well-being at all costs.
Recalling the hardships we had overcome together and the bonds forged through shared trials, I was resolute in my determination to shield them from any potential harm or distress, vowing never to allow them to suffer as we once had.
Although the situation may have strained our relationships and tested our trust, I took solace in the knowledge that my actions were guided by a desire to protect those closest to me, even if it meant making difficult decisions and bearing the weight of their consequences.
As Jungkook lost himself in the memories that enveloped him within the comforting embrace of Heaven's scent, I silently vowed to uphold my commitment to safeguarding the pack, drawing strength from the resilience we had shown in the face of adversity and the unwavering bonds that bound us together.
As I lazily sat on my cozy bed, the soft hum of the TV filling the room, I couldn't shake off the restlessness creeping under my skin. Boredom was like a persistent itch I just couldn't scratch away.
With a huff, I pushed myself off the bed and decided to head downstairs in search of some snacks to cure my growing hunger.
Before I left my room, I turned to Jungkook, who seemed lost in his own world, enveloped in the comforting scent of his hoodie.
"Hey kook, I'm going downstairs to get some snacks, do you want anything?" I asked him, not really expecting a coherent response.
He merely shook his head, his gaze distant and unfocused, and I shrugged before making my way downstairs.
The early evening sunlight was slowly fading, casting a warm glow throughout the house as I made my way towards the kitchen.
However, my plans were halted when I spotted Heaven standing there, looking utterly lost and defeated.
I almost turned back, not wanting to get involved in whatever mess she had found herself in this time.
But her words, filled with self-criticism and disappointment, made me pause in my tracks.
"Stupid Heaven, stupid. You can't do things right anymore!" Her voice was filled with frustration and self-blame, tugging at my heartstrings despite my best efforts to remain indifferent.
"First you fail your hybrids, and now you fail to follow a simple cookie recipe, dar! Yoongi loves tangerines, and I messed this up." Her tone was laced with sadness and regret as she continued to reprimand herself.
I froze at the mention of my name. How did she know about my fondness for tangerines? Was she attempting to make them for me?
The realization hit me, making my defenses momentarily falter as a wave of unexpected emotions washed over me.
Before I could dwell on these fleeting feelings, I felt a surge of anger rising within me.
I hastily made my way back upstairs, desperate to avoid confronting the complex emotions that Heaven's actions had stirred within me.
The internal turmoil left a bitter taste in my mouth as I grudgingly acknowledged that my feelings towards Heaven were far more complicated than mere irritation or indifference.
Fuck!
I don't like where this is heading at all.

Heaven’s POV
~Hybrid heaven~
It had been a grueling journey that spanned three months, each day dragging on with a sense of despair that seemed to permeate every moment. The relentless search for my boys dragged on me like a heavy stomp.
As we arrived at Hybrid Heaven, it was evident that Jungkook and Jimin had borne the brunt of the abuse, as they were immediately ushered into intensive care.
The rest of my precious hybrids were tended to, receiving necessary checkups and care for their visible wounds. I watched as bruises were carefully cleansed and wrists were gently bandaged, a painful reminder of the trauma they had endured. We all sat in tense anticipation, waiting for the results of Jimin and Jungkook's assessments.
The memories of finding them in such harrowing states haunted me, the images seared into my mind like a brand. Jungkook, violated in front of his pack mates, their helpless eyes witnessing a nightmarish scene they could not intervene in. The mere thought of it made my heart ache with a depth of sorrow I had never known.
Attempting to assist them into the car, I was met with a stark avoidance of my touch from all except Namjoon. I understood their reaction, yet the rejection pierced me in a way that felt almost unbearable. I struggled not to internalize their reluctance, knowing that the wounds they bore were more than just physical.
Hours later, the doctor emerged, his expression betraying a hint of unease that sent a shiver down my spine. I braced myself for his words, dreading what news he might deliver.
"Doctor, how are they doing?" I inquired, my voice laced with a mix of fear and hope as my fellow hybrids waited with bated breath.
The doctor's hesitation was palpable, his uncertainty hanging heavy in the air like a cloud of impending doom. "Well, due to their hybrid DNA, they managed to survive, but..." he trailed off, his words laden with a weight that made my stomach churn.
"But what, doctor?" Namjoon's voice wavered slightly, mirroring the anxiety that gripped us all.
"Jimin has entered a state of selective mutism, and Jungkook is struggling with a regression known as little space. It's a concerning situation, but one that can be treated," the doctor explained, his words landing like a crushing blow.
My breath caught in my throat, my blood running cold as the reality of their conditions sank in. Not my precious hybrids, not the ones I had vowed to protect at all costs. Guilt washed over me in a wave of self-reproach, my heart heavy with the burden of my perceived failure.
I had made a promise to shield them from harm, to be their guardian in a world that had shown them cruelty. Yet, in my arrogance and complacency, I had allowed them to be snatched away under my very nose. The weight of that betrayal bore down on me, a crushing reminder of the consequences of my shortcomings.
As I was lost in my own thoughts of self-doubt and reflection, a sudden growl followed by screams echoed from the room down the hallway, immediately drawing my attention. Without even consciously trying, I knew who it was - Jungkook.
With a rush of adrenaline, I sprinted towards the commotion, the boys trailing behind me. My eyes widened in shock and horror at the chaotic scene unfolding before me.
Medical personnel surrounded Jungkook, armed with tranquilizers and equipment, attempting to subdue the feral panther hybrid that he seemed to have transformed into. His growls and aggressive words filled the room, creating a tense and unsettling atmosphere.
"YOU HUMANS ARE ALL THE SAME, GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" Jungkook's voice reverberated, punctuated by his actions as he tore off wires and knocked over medical supplies in his frenzy.
The rest of the members of the group were working together to restrain Jungkook, with Jin and Taehyung securing his arms and Namjoon trying to control his movements from behind. It was a heartbreaking sight to witness Jungkook, usually so kind, gentle and playful in this state of uncontrollable rage.
As a nurse cautiously approached with a syringe, presumably to sedate Jungkook for everyone's safety, my instincts kicked in. I intervened, knocking the needle away and issuing a stern warning to the medical staff.
"STAY AWAY FROM MY HYBRID IF YOU WANT TO LIVE AND SEE THE NEXT DAY," I asserted with a cold, threatening tone, making it clear that I would protect Jungkook at all costs.
The nurse, taken aback by my sudden outburst, tried to explain the necessity of sedation to calm Jungkook down and maintain control over the situation. However, I refused to accept their rationale, expressing my disdain for their attempts to treat Jungkook like a wild animal that needed to be contained.
"He's not some wild animal for you to keep him under control. You might as well lock him in a cage. Is that what you’re trying to say, huh?!" I lashed out, my frustration and protectiveness for Jungkook reaching a boiling point.
Despite the nurse's apologies and pleas, I demanded that they all leave, unwilling to entertain any further interference. The medical staff hastily retreated, leaving us alone in the room with the challenging task of calming down Jungkook and addressing the underlying issues causing his distress.
As I turned around, my heart sank seeing Jungkook struggling against the boys' firm grasp. I knew I needed to intervene and comfort him. Moving closer, I positioned myself in front of him, calling out his name in an attempt to soothe his distress.
"Hey sweetie, look at me... focus on me. It's okay, no one will harm you. Jungkook, it's me, Heaven, your Noona. I'm right here," I urged desperately, hoping to break through his turmoil.
For a moment, he seemed to lock eyes with me, his expression a whirlwind of confusion and pain. Then, the floodgates opened, and tears welled up in his eyes.
"N-noona, is that really y-you?" his voice quivered, the weight of his emotions palpable in the air as he spoke.
As he gazed at me, the boys gradually released their grip, sensing his surrender. Jungkook tentatively approached me, his hand trembling as it reached out to touch my face. When his fingers brushed against my cheek, a shiver ran through him, and in an instant, he enveloped me in a tight embrace, his tears now flowing freely.
"Noona, where have y-you been? The b-bad people, they s-said you abandoned us... that you got r-rid of Kookie. Kookie believed you would come back," he cried, his words laced with years of hurt and betrayal.
My heart shattered at his words, knowing the depth of manipulation and lies that had tormented them, driving a wedge between us. The malicious deceit orchestrated by Jeong-Sin and Woo-Bin had twisted their minds, painting me as a betrayer in their eyes.
Anger surged within me, fueled by the injustice done to my hybrids. Jeong-Sin and Woo-Bin would face the consequences of their actions, and justice would prevail. I vowed to protect Jungkook and the others, to shield them from further harm and to show them the unwavering love and trust they deserved.
With determination firm in my heart, I whispered to Jungkook, "I'm here now, and I'll never leave you again. Together, we'll face whatever challenges come our way. You're safe with me, always.”
I held on tightly to Jungkook, my heart heavy with emotion as I reassured him that I had never abandoned him or any of the others, and that any rumors of that nature were completely false.
As we embraced, I felt the comforting weight of six hybrids surrounding me, their soft sobs and shaky breaths a testament to the deep bonds we shared. However, amidst the warmth of the group hug, I couldn't shake the feeling that someone was missing.
My gaze swept across the room until it landed on Jimin, standing alone in a corner with a look of unease in his eyes. I gently extricated myself from the embrace and made my way towards him, noting the distress etched in his features as he hesitated to meet my gaze.
"Jimin, why is my sweet snake standing here all alone?" I offered, my voice carrying a mix of concern and affection.
Silence greeted my question, broken only by the soft whimpers emanating from Jimin. I watched as he struggled to articulate his thoughts, gesturing to himself and then to the ground, his expression filled with self-doubt and insecurity.
It was clear that Jimin believed himself unworthy, tainted by the cruel judgments imposed upon him by others. Anger simmered within me, not directed at him, but towards those who had planted such poisonous seeds in his mind.
Locking eyes with Jimin, I allowed my emotions to surface, ensuring he saw the depth of my feelings reflected in my gaze.
"Jimin, when have I ever indicated that you are not deserving of being by my side? From the moment I rescued you and the others from that horrible place, I made a vow to always stand by you, to never allow you to feel inferior. If we speak of worthiness, then it is I who do not deserve you,”
I inhaled a deep breath before continuing, “Imagine a life devoid of Jungkook and Taehyung's antics, Jin's humor and culinary skills, Yoongi's gruff exterior hiding a soft heart, Hobi's infectious enthusiasm, Namjoon's intellectual charm and endearing clumsiness, and most of all, your infectious joy and playful nature. Can you envisage a world without all this? Without the boys? Without you?" My voice trembled with emotion.
"Nothing. Utterly nothing. Life would be void of light, color, and vitality. Do you see where I'm going with this, Jimin? I cannot exist without you all. You are my beacon in the darkness, my strength when I falter, my very essence. I refuse to allow anyone, including yourselves, to believe that you are unworthy of me, because you are mine, now and forever." Tears threatened to spill from my eyes, yet I held them at bay.
Jimin's expression softened, a mixture of defeat and vulnerability flickering in his eyes as he enveloped me in a fierce hug, soon joined by the rest of the group. In that moment, my defenses crumbled, and I felt the depth of our connection with a newfound clarity.
Every action I take, every decision I make, is driven by my unwavering dedication to you all. I would not hesitate to lay down my life for you when the time came—a solemn vow that echoed in the recesses of my mind.
3rd Person's POV
In the early hours of the morning, Heaven and the boys finally returned to the estate after a long and eventful night. Heaven's mind was a whirlwind of emotions and thoughts as they made their way back, the events of the night still fresh in her mind. Lost in her thoughts, she didn't even realize they had arrived until Namjoon gently tapped her shoulder, snapping her back to reality.
Startled, Heaven flinched in her seat and quickly looked around, only to see the familiar surroundings of the estate. She quietly made her way out of the vehicle, the rest of the boys following suit.
As they entered the house, Heaven turned to face them, ready to say something, but before she could utter a word, all the boys hurriedly ran towards the elevator rushing to get to their rooms, leaving her standing alone in the foyer.
Letting out a tired sigh, Heaven slowly made her way to the kitchen, her footsteps echoing in the quiet house. She poured herself a glass of water, the cold liquid providing a moment of refreshment before she decided to head to her room. Too exhausted to take the stairs, she opted for the convenience of the home elevator, the gentle hum of the machinery lulling her thoughts as she ascended to her floor.
Stepping out of the elevator, Heaven was surprised to see Namjoon leaning against the wall in the hallway, a small smile playing on his lips as he waited for her.
"Give them some time, they're still shaken up," Namjoon reassured her before nodding towards his own room and disappearing inside.
With a heavy heart, Heaven continued down the hallway towards her room, the weight of the night pressing upon her shoulders. However, as she passed the room adjacent to hers, she was met with loud noises emanating from within. Pausing in her tracks, Heaven hesitated for a moment, debating whether to ignore the disturbance or investigate further.
Knocking on the door three times yielded no response, but the noises only grew louder and more frantic. Frowning in concern, Heaven's curiosity got the best of her, and without a second thought, she pushed the door open slowly, unsure of what she would find on the other side.
As the door creaked open, Heaven's eyes widened in shock at the sight before her. The room was in disarray, with objects strewn about haphazardly.
A sense of dread crept over Heaven at what she was witnessing.
Oh. No.

Hello my lovely readers 🥰,
First off, I want to offer my sincerest apologies for the delay in updating. I've been on the road, exploring new places and soaking up the experiences, which unfortunately left me with very little time to sit down and write. But here I am now, back with a new chapter for you all! 🙏🏾
I have to admit, this chapter may be a bit shorter than my usual writing style. The reason for this is that I wanted to keep the tone lighter before diving into some heavier themes in the upcoming chapters. I hope you can understand and appreciate the emotional journey I'm taking you on. 🥺
Honestly, writing this particular chapter brought tears to my eyes. It's always tough letting go of characters and putting them through challenges, but it's all part of the story and character development. Just a heads up, the next chapter may tug at your heartstrings a bit, but I promise, brighter days are ahead. 😭
I know it might seem like things are a bit mundane now, but trust me when I say that the plot is going to pick up pace, and exciting twists and turns are just around the corner. 😪
I couldn't resist leaving you all on a bit of a cliffhanger - after all, a little suspense keeps things interesting, right? I hope you're ready for what's coming next! 🤭
I genuinely hope you enjoyed reading this chapter as much as I enjoyed writing it. Your feedback means everything to me, so please don't forget to leave a comment and vote if you feel inclined. Your thoughts and support inspire me to keep pushing forward with this story. 🥰
Wishing you all a wonderful day and a peaceful night ahead. Thank you for joining me on this writing journey - your enthusiasm and love for the story keep me motivated to keep creating. 🥰
With all my love and gratitude.

Hello 👋🏼
I just read the first chapter of Calm after the storm and I love it. 😍
I just wanted to tell you one thing that kinda bothered me. At some point you wrote that people are calling Heaven female Hitler. I don’t know where you’re from what beliefs you follow or not and I totally accept that you might not feel the same as I do. I’m from France and I’m not Jewish but have friends whose grandparents had that horrific tattoo and/or were the only surviving member of their whole family so I might come across as too sensitive but believe me around me no one would ever use that name even as an insult for someone unless they’re responsible of a genocide or have clearly shown nazy ideologies. So far she only seems a bit ruthless and maybe self-centered so I think “female Devil” might be more appropriate. I don’t know why but in a way it’s less shocking than that crazy man who murder millions of people.
I don’t know if I’ve managed to make myself clear but basically I feel like Hitler can only be used when speaking of genocide. In a way using it this way feels like it would participate in making that name “normal” and I think nobody wants that because it means normalizing what he did as well and that’s just unthinkable.
Again I understand that it’s my opinion and you may not share it. I’ll just thank you to even read it and consider what I tried to express.
No need to answer me. I know this is a social network and clearly not the place where you want to speak of that kind of things. I just couldn’t not say anything.
Lots of love 💜
Hey there,
I just wanted to say thank you for bringing up your concerns about the way I referenced history in my writing. I appreciate your honesty and I want you to know that I completely understand where you're coming from.
I admit that my knowledge about certain historical figures, like Hitler, is limited to what I've learned here and there. When I was writing, my intention was not to glorify or minimize the atrocities associated with such figures. Rather, I was focusing on the idea of how individuals can be perceived in different lights based on limited information.
I realize now that using such a controversial figure's name to describe a character, even if meant in a different context, can be insensitive and trigger negative emotions in others. I did not mean to offend anyone, and I genuinely apologize if my words caused any discomfort or upset.
Your feedback means a lot to me because it shows that you care about accuracy and sensitivity in storytelling. I promise to take this as a learning opportunity and be more mindful of the historical context and implications of the names and references I use in my writing.
I'm grateful that you spoke up and shared your perspective with me. It takes courage to address such matters, and I truly respect that. This community is indeed a place for creative expression, but it's also a space where we can learn from each other and grow as writers and individuals.
Thank you once again for your understanding and for helping me see things from a different angle. I hope you have a wonderful day or night, and remember, your voice matters and is always valued.
Take care, beautiful human. ❤️☺️

3rd Person's POV
Heaven dressed in her black wide-legged pants, a sleek red strapless top, and a matching black suit coat.
Her hair was meticulously styled in a tight bun, her make-up adding a touch of mystery and allure to her determined expression.
Today marked a pivotal moment in her life, the day she had been preparing for - the day she would stand up for the hybrids, the marginalized and oppressed group that had long been ignored and mistreated in the shadows of society.
This was her chance to make a difference, to show that someone was willing to fight for their rights and freedom.
However, as she made her way to carry out her plan, a shadow loomed over her resolve. Black Eagle, the formidable leader of the opposition, had caught wind of her intentions and had dispatched his men to thwart her efforts.
But what he didn't realize was that Heaven was not an easy target. Behind her elegant facade and delicate appearance lay a sharp mind, unwavering determination, and a reservoir of strength that made her a formidable opponent.
Black Eagle had underestimated her, forgotten the true nature of the person he was facing.
Heaven was no ordinary human being, she was a force to be reckoned with, a blend of beauty and power, grace and resilience.
Her outward appearance belied the complexities of her character, the depths of her convictions, and the lengths she was willing to go to achieve her goals.
As she squared her shoulders and took a deep breath, Heaven knew that the path ahead would be fraught with challenges and dangers. But she was ready, prepared to face whatever obstacles came her way in her quest to save the hybrids and make a stand against injustice.
Black Eagle's mistake was assuming she was just a pretty face, unaware of the fierce spirit that burned within her, ready to ignite a revolution and change the course of history for those who had been marginalized for too long.
Heaven's POV
As I stood in my suite, facing the group of boys who I had vowed to protect, a feeling of determination surged through me. I knew that bringing justice to them and every other hybrid in the building would not be easy, but it was a cause I was willing to fight for.
"Okay, guys, I hope you're ready," I began, my voice firm but with a hint of warmth.
"This will not be pretty, it might be traumatizing, but I want you to know that I won't let anyone touch you."
I looked at each of them, their expressions a mix of fear and gratitude.
"Once we leave this place," I continued, "remember that you do not belong to anyone. You shouldn't bow your head or avert your eyes when you make eye contact, understood?"
The boys, dressed elegantly thanks to my efforts, nodded in unison. I smiled at them, trying to convey reassurance in the midst of uncertainty.
Just then, there was a knock at the door, and Min-Soo entered the room. He bowed his head in respect, but his demeanor quickly changed when he caught sight of the seven men before him.
His reaction was unsettling, the unmistakable look of lust in his eyes made my blood boil. I watched as his cheeks reddened, and he awkwardly tried to hide his reaction.
The realization that Min-Soo was also complicit in the exploitation of hybrids added fuel to my already brewing rage.
"If you are done checking out my hybrids," I said coldly, breaking the uncomfortable silence, "I would appreciate it if you led the way."
The embarrassment on Min-Soo's face was evident as he fumbled with his words and gestured for us to follow him.
As we made our way to the event, I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that lingered in the air.
Despite the obstacles ahead, I was determined to stand up for what was right and protect those who couldn't protect themselves.
The road to justice might be long and arduous, but I knew that with each step we took, we were one step closer to making a difference in the lives of hybrids everywhere.
As we exited the suite and ventured down a different hallway this time, Min-Soo took the lead, guiding us further below the building into what seemed like an underground showroom.
The atmosphere was eerie, and my instincts told me to be on high alert, so I discreetly stationed all my guards and Hit-men strategically around us, ready for any unforeseen circumstances.
Upon entering the large room, I couldn't help but gasp in horror at the spectacle before us.
The room reeked of sweat and primal desires as humans engaged in vile forms of intimate activities with hybrids.
The scene was overwhelming, with individuals indulging in not only intimate acts but also harsh BDSM practices like Knife Play, Fire Play, Electrostimulation Play, Breast Torture, Blood Play, and more.
The sight was deeply disturbing, especially seeing the hybrids submit with a mix of fear and resignation in their eyes. They bore the scars of trauma and abuse, and it fueled a fiery rage within me.
I made a mental note of each perpetrator's face, vowing that they would face justice for their heinous acts against these innocent beings.
Despite the seething anger boiling inside me, I knew that acting solely on emotion would not serve justice.
Suppressing my emotions, I maintained a composed facade as I led the group towards a secluded table, with the seven men following closely behind.
In that moment, a sense of grim determination settled over me, knowing that justice would prevail, even in the face of such darkness.
As we strolled through the dimly lit hall, I couldn't help but notice the astonishment in the eyes of the people around us.
There was a certain tension in the air, and I could sense it wasn't because of me. It was the hybrids walking alongside me that seemed to be causing a stir.
I had to fight the urge to lash out at the staring onlookers and instead focused on keeping my composure, avoiding any signs of superiority towards my boys.
Namjoon, Jungkook, and Hoseok, despite being in a familiar and hostile environment, barely showed any signs of fear but what caught me off guard, however, were Taehyung, Jimin, Jin, and Yoongi.
They appeared relaxed and unaffected, almost nonchalant, yet there was something unsettling about the dark and dangerous energy they exuded.
I could read the emotions playing across their faces like an open book. While the other three showed some signs of apprehension, it paled in comparison to the simmering anger and resolve I saw in the gazes of the rest.
Just then, a man who appeared to be in his thirties approached our group, flashing a crooked smile. I could sense his approach from the way his steps echoed on the floor, and I prepared myself for the forthcoming encounter.
“Heaven-” he began, but I cut him off, asserting my position with a firm tone, “It's Ms. Valentino, to you,” I interjected, already feeling my annoyance building towards the man.
“Urhm- yes, Ms. Valentino, it's an honor to finally meet you. My name is Gil-O Park. I own Park Enterprises,” he proudly introduced himself, as if assuming I held a vested interest in his business endeavors.
I regarded him cooly, silently urging him to get to the point of his approach.
“I think you've heard of it; we own a chain of five-star hotels across the country and internationally-” he continued, and I decided to interject once again, uninterested in his self-promotion.
“Okay, and so… what's that got to do with me? Just cut to the chase and tell me what it is that you want,” I stated bluntly, my impatience shining through.
He seemed momentarily taken aback by my directness, but quickly composed himself,
“Uh, haha, you're pretty straightforward, huh,” he muttered under his breath, though I caught his words clearly.
“I was wondering if you'd like to dance with me,” he finally stated, a glint of confidence in his eyes as he addressed me. Internally, I couldn't help but scoff at his presumptuousness, evident in both his tone and stance.
Who does he think he is? My mind raced with indignation at the man's audacity.
Before I could say anything, I felt a hand on my thigh, and my ire escalated as I heard a deep, low growl emanating from the Hybrid seated beside me.
Jimin's protective stance sent a shiver down my spine.
“This woman here is mine, so I suggest you walk away from here before I do something terrible,” Jimin's growl reverberated with authority, catching me off guard yet not entirely surprised by his fierce reaction.
Gil-o's disdainful gaze met Jimin's, and with a scoff, he unleashed a string of degrading words, belittling the Hybrid before him.
“Ha, pesky Hybrid, how dare you speak to a master with such insolence. I could end you with just the snap of my finger,” Gil-o's arrogance oozed with condescension, provoking a sense of unease in the air.
"You're one of those perverse ones, I think I need to teach you a lesson, you filthy piece of-" Gil-o's threatening words were cut short as I swiftly intercepted, seizing his wrist in a forceful grip, twisting it in an uncomfortable angle that elicited a piercing cry of pain from the man.
“Continue talking, I DARE YOU,” venom laced my voice as I maintained the pressure on his wrist, his pained expression urging me to retaliate further.
“C'mon, say something. Cat got your tongue or what?! Huh?!” My voice rose, drawing the attention of onlookers, as I held Gil-o in a vice-like grip, asserting my authority.
“This is for thinking you could say whatever the hell you felt like saying to my Hybrid,” my tone was laced with unwavering resolve as I broke his wrist, compelling a cry of agony from the man writhing in pain on the ground.
“This is for thinking odious thoughts about me and my hybrids,” my voice remained firm as I snapped a bone in his arm, his wails filling the air with anguish.
“And finally, this is for thinking you could put your filthy hand on my Hybrid, especially without his consent,” a surge of protective fury coursed through me as I crushed his fingers one by one, sending waves of excruciating pain through his body, rendering him helpless and humiliated on the ground.
It was a tense moment in the room as my men escorted the wailing man out.
The atmosphere was thick with fear and everyone's eyes avoided meeting mine. I took a seat calmly, not fazed by the commotion I had just caused.
As I settled back into my chair, I turned my attention to Jimin, who appeared visibly shaken by the events that had unfolded.
With a soft tone and a hint of concern, I addressed him, trying to comfort him amidst the chaos surrounding us.
"Hey, sweetie, are you okay?" I inquired gently, hoping to alleviate some of the distress he was feeling.
Jimin's wide-eyed stare and gaping mouth indicated his shock, leaving him at a loss for words in the face of the unexpected situation.
Despite the tension in the room, I attempted to maintain a sense of composure and control, showing a softer side in my interaction with Jimin.
Jimin's POV
In that intense moment, emotions surged through me like a ferocious storm. My heart pounded with a mixture of adrenaline, gratitude, and disbelief at what had just transpired.
As I braced myself to confront the man who had instigated the unsettling situation, an unexpected twist unfolded before my eyes. The woman by my side, in an act of unparalleled courage and solidarity, shielded me from harm.
The sheer audacity of her actions left me speechless. It was a rare experience to have someone go to such lengths to defend me, reminiscent of the unwavering support I had only known from my own brothers.
Every fiber of my being was touched by the depth of her loyalty, and it was a struggle to maintain composure amid the overwhelming wave of emotions that washed over me.
Her gaze bore into mine, overflowing with genuine concern and kindness. Despite the chaos that had just unfolded, her words resonated with warmth and reassurance, wrapping around me like a comforting embrace.
It was as if she had effortlessly transitioned from a delicate, nurturing presence to a fierce, unstoppable force, leaving me in awe of her unwavering strength.
In that poignant moment of connection, I found solace in her unwavering support. With a silent nod of acknowledgment, a silent understanding passed between us.
Her smile held a promise of unwavering loyalty, a silent pledge to always stand by my side and protect not just me, but all of us who stood united in the face of adversity.
Her touch on my thigh sent a jolt of comfort through me, a physical reassurance that mirrored the depth of her unwavering commitment.
The gentle pressure of her hand, the rhythmic motion of her soothing gesture, conveyed a silent message of solidarity and support.
In that fleeting yet profound moment, I felt a sense of security knowing that I was not alone, that her unwavering presence would be a beacon of light in even the darkest of times.
As I absorbed the depth of her actions and the sincerity of her words, a newfound sense of gratitude and respect blossomed within me.
In a world where strength and compassion are often seen as conflicting, she embodied a rare balance of both, serving as a guiding light in the tumultuous sea of emotions that enveloped us.
In her simple yet profound gesture, I found a glimmer of hope and a renewed faith in the power of human connection.
And as we faced the unknown together, I knew that her unwavering presence would be a constant source of strength and solace, a reminder that in the face of adversity, we are never truly alone.
Yoongi's POV
Observing her since the moment she purchased us for that exorbitant sum has been an intriguing experience, to say the least.
Initially, my perception of her was tinged with a hint of skepticism, as I entertained the notion that she might be one of those individuals harboring unconventional and perhaps questionable desires, particularly in seeking out seven rare predator hybrids.
There was a certain air of ostentation surrounding her, leading me to speculate that she might be someone enamored with displaying affluence that wasn't entirely earned, a characteristic often observed in those who revel in the ostentatious flaunting of wealth without a second thought.
Despite these initial reservations, I must admit there was an undeniable allure about her upon our first encounter. A mysterious pull that hinted at a deeper complexity beneath the surface, one that I hesitated to acknowledge openly.
As time passed, my perceptions began to shift. Witnessing her assertive and uncompromising demeanor as she asserted her dominance over someone of her own kind in defense of a species considered inferior by societal standards, I couldn't help but be drawn to the darker, more enigmatic facets of her character.
In stark contrast to the superficiality often associated with affluent social circles, she exuded a sense of depth and intrigue that set her apart from the typical affluent elite or individuals who merely squandered inherited wealth.
There was an inherent sense of danger and unpredictability that accompanied her every action, a quality that both thrilled and unsettled those in her orbit.
Unlike the vapid materialism of her counterparts or the insatiable cravings for fulfillment seen in disenchanted spouses or privileged youths, she embodied a multifaceted persona that defied easy categorization.
Beneath her formidable exterior lay a veil of mystery, hinting at secrets and unknown truths waiting to be unveiled. It was this enigmatic quality that set her apart, shrouding her in an aura of intrigue and unease that captivated the attention of all who crossed her path.
Reflecting on the way Heaven's presence has affected me and the others, I find myself in a state of both intrigue and caution. The magnetic pull towards her is undeniable, a force that tugs at my instincts as a hybrid.
While I strive to maintain a sense of wariness, I concede that she has proven herself to be a figure of safety in our midst.
The recent discussions among our group have shed light on the complexities of our possessiveness towards our assigned humans. It is a natural inclination for hybrids like us to exhibit possessive tendencies, a primal instinct rooted in our genetic makeup.
However, the intensity of Jimin's protective aura towards Heaven has brought forth a heightened sense of vigilance and curiosity among us.
The peculiar aspect of Jimin's behavior lies in the fact that his possessiveness extends beyond the usual boundaries observed among hybrids.
Typically, such displays serve as a signal to other hybrids that a human has been claimed, but in this case, it seems to transcend such norms, piquing our interest and triggering a sense of impending change within our group dynamics.
As I observe the dynamics unfolding within our circle, it becomes apparent that the manifestations of possessiveness vary among us.
While Jimin and Taehyung exhibit more overt signs of attachment to Heaven due to their frequent interactions with her, the rest of us navigate this uncharted territory with a degree of restraint and contemplation.
The enigmatic allure of Heaven Valentino remains a source of fascination for me, a puzzle waiting to be unraveled. Her presence evokes a sense of curiosity and intrigue within me, prompting a desire to delve deeper into the mysteries that surround her.
In the midst of uncertainty and evolving dynamics, I find solace in the prospect of unraveling the enigma that is Heaven.
Despite the uncertainties that lie ahead, I am drawn to the challenge of understanding the depths of her essence and the profound impact she has on all of us.
3rd Person POV
The lights in the room suddenly went off and the sound of a gun being fired was heard. The entire room was filled with the smell of gunpowder, creating an eerie atmosphere.
The sound of people screaming and heavy footsteps echoed through the room, heightening the tension in the air.
“Let the show begin,” Heaven said with a malicious glint in her eyes, sending shivers down the spines of those around her.
The men all swiftly got into position as Black Eagles' men lunged at them, a chaotic battle unfolding before their eyes.
Heaven calmly removed her coat and assumed a fighting stance, her movements fluid and precise.
As one of the men threw a punch in her direction, Heaven effortlessly dodged it and counterattacked, throwing him over her shoulder and onto a nearby table with a loud crash.
Seemingly unfazed, she then faced two other men wielding knives, a devious smirk playing on her lips.
With impeccable agility, Heaven swiftly maneuvered out of the way, performing a backflip that caused the two men to collide with each other, their own weapons piercing through their bodies with a sickening squelch.
Rushing to the side of the room, Heaven activated her earpiece with a sense of urgency.
“Jay now!” she ordered, her voice commanding and authoritative.
More men flooded into the room, engaging in fierce combat with the initial group as the tension escalated. Heaven wasted no time and sprinted towards her hybrids, who were holding their own in the chaotic confrontation.
“Joon, cover me!” she directed, pulling out her gun to provide support. Namjoon quickly sprang into action, coming to her defense and skillfully dispatching the assailants in his path with calculated precision.
A sudden, piercing growl of pain echoed through the room, causing a momentary freeze among the hybrids and Heaven. Their heads turned in unison towards the source of the sound, dread settling in their hearts.
Jungkook had just been shot, his body sprawled on the ground in a pool of blood.

Heaven's POV
It’s been a smooth ride for the past few days. Ever since the boys blended in with my other brothers and the staff, things have been going great. It's heartwarming to see everyone getting along so well.
Today was a significant day for us as it marked the start of our training sessions. I was bursting with excitement, eagerly anticipating the progress we'd make. The goal is for them to grow into the fierce yet compassionate predators they were born to be.
This morning, I decided to start our day early, much to the dismay of Yoongi. Anyone who knows him would understand how much he values his beauty sleep. I almost got scratched for daring to disturb his slumber. It's a known fact that he detests being woken up, except by me. There's something special about our bond that allows me to rouse him from his sleep or cuddle with him for extended periods.
However, today seemed to be a bit of a mix-up for Yoongi. Mistaking me for Jungkook, he was caught off guard when I accompanied the younger one to wake him up. Jungkook is known for his mischievous nature, especially when it comes to teasing his older brothers like Yoongi. The look on Yoongi’s face was priceless when he realized it was me and not Jungkook who was trying to wake him up.
The sight of Yoongi's confusion and Jungkook’s mischievous grin nearly drove me to laughter, despite the seriousness of the situation. It was a moment that perfectly encapsulated the unique dynamics within our little family. Yoongi glaring at me, Jungkook stifling his laughter, and me trying to maintain a serious facade while inwardly cracking up.
The sun had barely begun to rise, casting a soft golden hue over the backyard where my unsuspecting group of sleepy, pajama-clad boys stood. I couldn't help but smile as I looked at their disheveled appearances, the remnants of sleep still heavy in their eyes. It was going to be a challenge to get them up and moving, but I was determined to show them some tough love and kickstart their day with a bang.
I cleared my throat, trying to stifle a giggle as their groggy expressions turned into scowls at being awoken so early.
"Alright, listen up, boys," I announced, trying to sound authoritative despite the amusement bubbling inside me.
"You're probably wondering why I dragged you out here at the crack of dawn."
Their eyes widened slightly, the first signs of curiosity peeking through their exhaustion.
"Well, today marks the beginning of our training regimen. My brothers will be taking the lead as your instructors, with some additional experts joining us later on."
They stared at me as if I had completely lost my mind, but it wasn't long before the realization set in. Panic ensued as they scrambled to shake off their sleep-induced fog and mentally prepare for the day ahead.
I couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of their frantic movements, a mix of amusement and fond exasperation washing over me.
As they finally began to gather, still half-asleep and disheveled, I couldn't resist a teasing remark.
"Come on, guys, let's try to look less like a pack of zombies and more like aspiring warriors, shall we? Get yourselves in formation now."
Their movements halted at my loud directive, freezing in place like guilty pups caught in the act. I couldn't help but shake my head at their antics, a mix of amusement and exasperation tugging at my lips.
"Hey, Taehyung, what do you think you're doing to poor Jungkook over there?" I called out, unable to contain my laughter at the sight of Taehyung playfully tugging on Jungkook's hair.
Jungkook shot me a mock pleading look, while Taehyung flashed a mischievous grin.
"Come on, noona, you know I'm innocent here. He started it by stepping on me!" Taehyung protested, feigning innocence with an exaggerated pout.
Jungkook rolled his eyes dramatically, trying to wriggle free from Taehyung's playful grasp.
"Don't listen to him, noona! He's just trying to save face. It was all Jin Hyung's fault; he pushed me first!" Jungkook interjected, pointing an accusing finger at Jin.
Jin raised his hands in defense, a mock look of innocence on his face.
"I only pushed him because Hoseok jabbed me in the ribs!" Jin protested, trying to shift the blame to the unsuspecting Hoseok.
And just like that, they were off, each boy pointing fingers and deflecting blame onto the next with playful banter and mock outrage.
I couldn't help but shake my head at the chaos unfolding before me, a mix of fond exasperation and amusement bubbling up inside me. It was going to be a long day indeed, but I wouldn't have it any other way with this crazy, lovable bunch of crackheads.
~Two Hours Later~
As the dust settled from the earlier chaos, my focus turned toward channeling the boys' newly found energy and determination. The moments of conflict and resistance had dissipated into the calm resolve that now emanated from their eyes.
With each of them fresh and cleansed, I could see a shift in their demeanor as they stood before me, listening intently to my instructions for the day. They seemed eager, yet unsure of what lay ahead, a mix of curiosity and determination etched onto their faces.
I took a few moments to outline our plan for the day, making sure to emphasize the importance of easing into our training session. The boys nodded in agreement, their expressions serious and focused.
"As we start off today, we'll take it easy with some warm-up exercises, theory lessons, guidelines, and practice rounds," I began, my voice firm but encouraging. "Remember, the key is to be prepared and observant in combat. Let your enemy make the first move, learn from their actions, and use it to your advantage. Their strengths could also reveal their weaknesses, just as yours could."
I paused occasionally to ensure that they were following along, gauging their understanding through their attentive expressions and occasional questions. It was important to me that they not only memorized the techniques but truly grasped the underlying principles that would guide them in their training.
As we waited for my brothers to join us, I continued to impart wisdom and strategies that I had learned over the years. I shared anecdotes from my own experiences, illustrating the importance of patience, strategy, and adaptability in combat.
The boys absorbed the information like sponges, eager to learn and improve their skills. It was clear that they were taking this training session seriously, eager to prove themselves and demonstrate their progress.
I could sense a camaraderie forming among them, a shared sense of purpose and determination that united them in their quest for mastery.
It was a satisfying sight, seeing them grow and evolve before my eyes. I knew that with dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to learn, they would continue to improve and excel in their training. And I was grateful to be a part of their journey, guiding them on the path to becoming skilled warriors in their own right.
It had been a long day waiting for my brothers to show up, and my impatience was growing by the minute. I mean, where were they? It was unlike them to be this late without a good reason. I was starting to stew in my own frustration, imagining all the things I would say to them when they finally arrived.
But just as I was about to unleash my anger, there they were, striding in as if they owned the place. Typical. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at their nonchalant attitude. I tried to keep my composure, putting on a fake smile to hide my irritation.
I couldn't resist a snarky remark, “Nice of you guys to finally join us.” I knew it would get under their skin, and sure enough, they smirked in response. My brothers always knew how to push my buttons, and they seemed to take great pleasure in it.
Dante, ever the instigator, didn't miss a beat, teasing me about my murderous thoughts. “I know you were plotting our deaths in your head,” he said with a chuckle. I couldn't help but give him a playful shove, my irritation momentarily forgotten.
Andre, the voice of reason as always, intervened before things could escalate further. “Enough, you two. Let's get started, shall we?” he said, and we all nodded in agreement.
As we began planning our training session, I couldn't help but feel grateful for my brothers. Sure, they had a knack for getting on my nerves, but deep down, I knew they always had my back. We worked well together, each of us bringing our own strengths to the table.
As we went through the training grounds, discussing strategies and giving each other pointers, I couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie. Despite our differences and occasional squabbles, we were a team, united by our shared goals and unwavering bond as siblings.
In the end, I knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, I could always count on my brothers to be by my side, ready to support and push me to be the best version of myself. And for that, I was grateful.
The day goes on as we warm up and prepare ourselves for the practice rounds. It's a routine we're all familiar with by now, but there's always a sense of anticipation in the air. Every practice session is a chance to improve, to get a little bit better, and to bond as a team.
Marcus, the second eldest, comes up to me. Marcus is usually a subtle and reserved kind of guy. Yeah, he does make a few jokes here and there, but not as chatty as Dante and Andre. He's the kind of guy who listens more than he speaks, but when he does say something, it's usually worth hearing.
“Hey sis, you good?” He asks, a tinge of his Italian accent slipping in and out. I can tell there's something on his mind, probably something weighing heavy on his heart.
“Yeah, I'm alright, and how are you holding up, after….” I don't finish, knowing it's a very prickly topic for him. Marcus met this girl last fall, and he immediately fell in love with her. It was so sudden, so unexpected, and yet he was sure she was the one.
How that happened, I don't know. What surprised me is that he didn't even try to do a background check on her, despite us continuously telling him to. We were worried, we were concerned, but Marcus was adamant. He refused and said he trusted her and that she was just an ordinary girl.
We could have easily done it ourselves, but we couldn't disrespect Marcus. He was always happy, and whenever he would come back from meeting her, he always had this goofy smile on his face like a kid on Christmas day. It was infectious, his happiness, his joy, his faith in this girl he barely knew.
I still remember the day he introduced her to us. She was beautiful, no doubt about that, but there was something in her eyes, something in the way she smiled that didn't sit right with me. I couldn't put my finger on it then, but now looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts.
But Marcus, oh Marcus, he was smitten. He was blind to any doubts, any suspicions, any warning signs. He was in love, head over heels, and nothing could shake that belief he had in her.
Marcus is like a fortress, Guarded, tough, and practically untouchable. He's not the type to let just anyone in, you’ve got to earn his trust.
But then along comes this woman, and suddenly, all his walls come crashing down. It's like he's under some kind of spell or something. He's completely head over heels for her. But that's until she betrayed him.
Even though Marcus tries to play it cool, you can see right through him,
“I'm alright,” he says in that calm, collected tone of his. That’s his way of saying, "back off, don't push it."
Trust me, you do not want to see Marcus when he's angry. It's like trying to calm a storm, impossible and dangerous.
As Andre swaggered into the room with his shorts and no shirt, I couldn't help but cringe a little. But then Namjoon sauntered in, following his lead, and suddenly my ovaries were in overdrive. Namjoon was a sight to behold - tall, muscular, and just a tad underfed due to malnutrition. Thankfully, he was now looking healthier than ever, unlike those first few days when he couldn't keep anything down.
His confidence exuded an air of nonchalance as he strode into the arena, commanding attention without even trying. I found myself staring, completely captivated by his presence, until Marcus nudged me out of my daze.
"Hey, if you keep ogling with your mouth wide open, you'll catch flies," Marcus teased, earning a playful swat on the shoulder from me in response.
Turning back to Namjoon, I watched as he engaged with Andre, going over the basics of the training regimen. Seeing him so focused and dedicated only added to his charm, making it hard for me to look away. His determination was palpable, and it stirred something within me.
As they continued their discussion, I couldn't help but admire the way Namjoon absorbed every detail, his eyes focused and his body language exuding confidence. It was clear that he was committed to mastering the skills we were teaching him, and it was inspiring to witness.
It was quite interesting watching the friendship between Namjoon and Andre grow closer. They seemed to have this natural connection, always engaging in deep conversations and sharing their thoughts on various topics.
Namjoon and Andre both possessed exceptional leadership qualities and high IQ levels, making them a formidable duo. Whenever Andre visited, he would often seek out Namjoon, eager to engage in what they called "intellectual talks". From discussions on philosophy to challenging each other's viewpoints, their conversations were always thought-provoking.
I decided to put Namjoon's intelligence to the test and had him take an IQ test. I was truly impressed by the high score he achieved, showcasing his sharp intellect and analytical skills. It was no wonder that he and Andre bonded over their shared intellectual curiosity and thirst for knowledge.
But despite their impressive qualities, both Namjoon and Andre had a quirky and playful side to them. They were both self-proclaimed "dorks" and had a knack for cracking jokes and lightening the mood whenever they were together. It was refreshing to see them embrace their silly side and not take themselves too seriously.
"Okay, listen up everybody," Andre began, commanding the attention of the group.
"You guys are going to learn what I like to call The Massive Bs: Block Before Bite. This technique will teach you how to protect yourself before combat. Block before bite, to put it simply, is to avoid getting hit whilst learning your opponent's fighting technique. It might seem simple, but it's quite challenging and for you to master this technique, it requires a significant amount of toleration and resistance."
As Andre continued to explain the intricacies of the technique, the boys nodded in understanding, eager to put his teachings into practice. It was moments like these that showcased the bond not only between Namjoon and Andre but the rest of the group. Their shared passion for learning and growth brought them together, creating a unique camaraderie that was truly special to witness.
So, Namjoon was the first to be called forward with Andre leading the training session and started demonstrating the techniques, physically showing Namjoon the ropes and tricks. It was impressive how quickly Namjoon and the others picked up the techniques. They took turns practicing, and I was amazed that they were able to grasp it within just a few hours. In contrast, it had taken me a couple of days to fully master the technique myself.
Witnessing their progress left me in awe. It was inspiring to see what they were capable of achieving in such a short amount of time. It made me excited for the training ahead. I realized that it might not be as daunting as I had initially thought.
As we wrapped up our first training session, I could see that the boys were exhausted. It was clear that the training had pushed them to their limits, but they persevered and gave it their all. I couldn't help but admire their determination and work ethic. It was evident that my brothers knew how to push someone to their physical limits and help them grow stronger.
Reflecting on the day, I felt a mix of emotions - pride in their progress, amazement at their abilities, and anticipation for what was to come in our training journey. Despite the challenges that lay ahead, I was confident that we were in good hands and that together, we would be able to conquer whatever obstacles came our way.
Looking ahead, I felt a sense of excitement and motivation. I knew that with hard work, dedication, and the support of my brothers, we would be able to achieve great things. This first training session had been eye-opening, and I was ready to tackle whatever challenges came our way in the future.
I took the elevator up to my floor, exhausted after a long day. All I could think of was a hot shower to wash away the grim of sweat and dirt. As I drew closer to my door a familiar voice calling out my name stopped me in my tracks.
"Heaven!"
I turned around to see Jin. He was standing a few feet away, looking hesitant but determined.
"Hey Jin, what's up?" I said, leaning against the wall in the hallway.
Jin shuffled his feet nervously before finally speaking up. "Is it okay if I could use the kitchen?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper, his fingers twisting together.
I raised an eyebrow in confusion. "You want to use the kitchen?" I repeated, trying to understand his sudden request.
He took a deep breath before opening up to me, his words pouring out in a rush.
"Yes, I've never told you this, but I enjoy cooking. Before I was kidnapped by those men who put me in that auction where you saved us, my owner was an elderly woman. She treated me like her grandson and taught me everything I know about cooking and baking. She had a passion for trying new recipes and she passed that love on to me. But when she passed away, her grandsons threw me out of the house, and that's how I ended up in that horrible situation."
Honestly, I was surprised when Jin opened up to me about his past so quickly. It felt like a moment of genuine connection and trust between us.
I feel a mix of emotions knowing that he trusted me enough to share something so personal and troubling. But it also brought me happiness to think that he found some solace in confiding in me.
I made a silent promise to myself that I would always be there for him and the rest of the boys. I wanted them to feel safe and supported, to not have to relive any of their painful memories if they didn't want to.
As I listened to Jin speak, I couldn't help but admire his strength and resilience. It must have taken a lot for him to confront his past and share it with me. I wanted to make sure he knew how proud I was of him.
"I'm glad you told me about your past Jin," I said, my voice filled with sincerity. "You're incredibly strong for facing it head-on. I know there may be days when you feel the weight of your responsibilities as the oldest member of your pack, but please remember that you've already done so much for them. And I can confidently tell you, they all see and appreciate that."
I had noticed the moments when Jin's usual overly confident demeanor faltered, when his eyes betrayed a pain he tried to hide. It was clear that the burden of being the oldest weighed heavily on him.
I recalled how Andre once struggled with similar feelings of duty and responsibility. We had all sat down with him, reassured him that it was okay to show vulnerability, and reminded him that we were a family that supported each other no matter what.
I hoped my words had the same effect on Jin, that he felt a sense of belonging and understanding among us. I wanted him to know that he wasn't alone in his struggles and that we were here to lift him up when he needed it.
I was grateful for Jin's trust and vowed to always be there for him and the boys.
As I see Jin's face light up with relief at my words, I can't help but feel a surge of affection towards him. He's always been so caring and thoughtful towards everyone around him, it's only fair that he receives the same in return.
"Really?" He asks excitedly.
"Of course, and also you don't need my permission to use anything. Just go for it and knock yourself out," I say with a playful punch to his arm, eliciting a genuine laugh from him. His laughter is contagious, and soon enough, we're both chuckling like a couple of old friends reminiscing about good times.
I watch him as he nods in understanding, his expression softening with gratitude. Jin has always been one to wear his heart on his sleeve, and it warms my own heart to know that he trusts me enough to confide in me.
"Okay Jin, I'm glad we had this talk. Let me go shower, and you go do you in the kitchen, also could you please tell the young ones to go shower," I say, already mentally preparing myself for the inevitable struggle of convincing Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook to clean up. It's always a challenge with those three, but their antics never fail to bring a smile to my face.
Speaking of Jimin, trying to get him to take a bath is like wrangling a cat - quite literally, considering he's a snake hybrid. But just like any creature of habit, he resists the idea of cleanliness with all his feline stubbornness.
Jin lets out a snort of amusement, fully aware of the impending battle ahead before heading off to the kitchen to prepare something for us.
With a sigh and a shake of my head, I turn back towards my room, ready to wash away the day's worries and thoughts with a nice, hot shower. The sound of water cascading down in the bathroom soothes my mind as I let the warmth seep into my bones, washing away any lingering tension.
As I step out of the shower, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, I know that no matter what challenges may come our way, as long as we have each other's backs, we can weather any storm that comes our way.
Jin's smile and laughter echo in my mind, a constant reminder of the strength and warmth of our growing bond.
3rd Person's POV
Everyone gathered in the cozy kitchen, their stomachs growling in anticipation as the mouthwatering aroma of Jin's cooking wafted through the air. The room was abuzz with chatter and excitement, the energy palpable as they eagerly awaited the feast that was about to be served.
Jin had outdone himself, with a spread that could rival even the fanciest of restaurants. From succulent stuffed chicken to gourmet delicacies that looked straight out of a magazine, the dishes lined the kitchen counter in a tempting display. And let's not forget about the desserts - they were a work of art in themselves, guaranteed to satisfy even the sweetest tooth.
But despite the impressive array of dishes before them, Heaven knew all too well that once her brothers and hybrids dug in, it would all disappear in a flash. They had a knack for devouring everything in sight, leaving no crumb behind. It was a wonder they had never entered a food-eating contest with their insatiable appetites.
As Jin put the finishing touches on the last dish, the boys eagerly gathered around, their eyes lighting up with anticipation. They were like a pack of hungry wolves, ready to pounce on their prey at any moment. But Jin had other plans.
"Before you beasts attack, let's show some manners, shall we?" Jin teased, a playful glint in his eye. "Heaven gets first dibs. We all know she's the only one who won't inhale her food in two seconds flat."
The boys grumbled half-heartedly, but they knew better than to argue with Jin. His cooking was non-negotiable, and they dared not risk missing out on his culinary creations. With a mock bow, Heaven stepped forward, her mouth watering at the thought of finally digging in.
She filled her plate with a reasonable portion, not wanting to overdo it and risk feeling like a beached whale afterward. It was a delicate balance - wanting to savor every bite while also trying to keep up with the bottomless pits that were her companions. But she was determined to enjoy every morsel, even if it meant fending off her brothers' attempts to steal a bite.
Just as Heaven is about to turn around and tell them to get their food, they all rush in like a pack of wolves getting as much food as they can.
"I'm surrounded by a bunch of amateurs," she says, shaking her head in disbelief. Dinner goes well as they all happily converse, telling embarrassing stories about each other.
When Jay walks in looking feverish. The once cheery mood vanishes in an instant as everyone's attention turns to him.
"Ms Valentino, we have a problem," he announces with a sense of urgency in his voice that immediately puts everyone on edge.
"What is it?" Heaven asks, her usually calm demeanor now replaced with a sense of seriousness that rarely graces her expression when her loved ones are around.
"Choi Woobin has gone rogue," Jay begins, his words hanging heavily in the air as everyone processes the gravity of the situation.
And just when things couldn't get any worse, Jay drops another bombshell that sends a chill down Heaven's spine.
"He managed to escape from prison and he's plotting revenge on you, but not just you. He somehow found out about the guys and is working with Jeong-sin, Min-Soo- or should I say Black Eagle's younger brother - to get revenge," he says, each word dripping with the weight of the impending threat.
Heaven feels her blood start to boil at the mention of her beloved hybrids being put in danger once again. The mere thought of anyone laying a finger on them ignites a fire within her that is unmatched.
"These guys just don't know when to quit, do they?" Heaven's tone drips with a mixture of frustration and determination as she makes it clear that she will not stand idly by while her loved ones are threatened.
With a steely gaze and a resolve as hard as steel, Heaven knows that she must act swiftly and decisively to protect those she holds dear. The safety of her hybrids, her family, is paramount, and she will stop at nothing to ensure that they remain unharmed.
The storm may be brewing on the horizon, but Heaven is ready to weather it with all the strength and courage she possesses.
She surveyed the room, her mixed emotions bubbling beneath the surface as she looked at the faces of her hybrids. Despite their stoic expressions, she could sense the fear lingering in their eyes, a subtle tremor betraying their unease. In that moment, she made a silent vow to herself and to them, a promise etched in her heart and soul.
"I won't let you be afraid. I'll always protect you," she whispered softly, her voice carrying a determination that seemed to resonate in the air around them.
With resolve etched on her face, she rose from her seat, exchanging a knowing glance with her brothers who understood the unspoken command. Jay, ever faithful, trailed behind her as she made her way out of the room, the weight of her mission heavy in the air.
As she prepared to confront the looming threat that had plagued their existence, she knew the risks involved. There was no certainty that she would return unscathed, but such thoughts were fleeting in the face of her unwavering dedication.
I have to put an end to this once and for all. She thought, her mind focused on the task ahead.
Her determination burned brightly, a fierce flame driving her forward as she pledged silently to herself.
I will fight for you with every ounce of my being, even if it means laying down my life. She affirmed, her conviction unwavering.
The love she held for her hybrids fueled her resolve, a fierce protectiveness surging within her veins.
With each step she took towards the impending confrontation, she carried with her the weight of her promise, a solemn oath to safeguard those who depended on her. The echoes of her whispered vow lingered in the air, a testament to the depth of her devotion to those she held dear.
As she embraced the uncertainty of the coming battle, her heart remained steadfast in its commitment to shield her boys from harm. In that pivotal moment, she found strength in her unwavering bond with her hybrids, a force that drove her forward into the unknown with unwavering resolve.
For her, there was no greater purpose than ensuring the safety and happiness of those she cherished above all else, even if it meant braving the darkest of paths. And with that unshakeable resolve guiding her, she stepped into the unknown, ready to face whatever lay ahead in the name of love and protection.

I'm thrilled to share another chapter with you, filled with fluff and a tinge of angst. I really enjoyed writing this one, diving deeper into the private interactions Heaven is having with the boys. Those moments really add layers to the story, don't you think?
And let's talk about Jin - oh, what a character! I had so much fun exploring his personality a bit more in this chapter. He's definitely the quirkiest and funniest person around. I just want to tuck his cute confident ass in my pocket. He's just so precious!
I can't wait for him to return from the military. More Jin content is definitely needed.
Thank you so much for reading and being a part of this journey. Your support means the world to me. And hey, don't forget to vote and comment if you enjoyed this chapter. Your feedback keeps me going!
