Today’s chapter made me so sad

I'm gonna throw up

when the urge to reread again kicks in
The idea of Kanej, and a little playful nonchalant shoulder bump. Like when Kaz said, "My darling, Inej, treasure of my heart," or when he says, "my little Suli idealist," he just bumps his shoulder with hers lightly. It happens so seamlessly they don't even realize it.
They’re the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen and I can’t get over the fact I’m not getting them
The owlcrate special adsom edition reminding me that I'm too poor to spend money on physical books nowadays lmao
So I just finished fourth wing, and honestly I think it’s really good (I might be biased because I’ve loved dragons ever since I was a kid). Everything about the world is so immersive and mesmerising, each character is lovable in their own way, the slow burn enemies to lovers is *chef’s kiss*, and the dragons are so amazing it makes me feel like a little kid again, sure that there’s magic is this world (did u get the reference??). Anyway, 100% recommend!!
This race was such a rollercoaster omg
"girl idk how i ended up here either"

I can’t handle seeing sad nostalgic edits of carlos and charles anymore, like please stop reminding me that we won’t have them as teammates next season, I already have enough problems 😭
Oh my I need these

The illustrations from the Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom Owlcrate special editions.
Just finished my crooked kingdom re-read and it’s so bittersweet. Words cannot express how much I love this duology and these characters, they’ll hold a special place in my heart forever. No mourners 🖤
i’m gonna scream I need a six of crows live adaptation
Never ever getting over this.
“Keep talking, Wraith. Don't slip away from me.”

I'd like to imagine that Jeeves and Melinda have little tea parties, and Melinda says "Any news about Miss Anya? I think it's adorable how much Damian likes her. Has he admitted it yet?" And Jeeves tells her everything he knows and they both laugh about it.

Reading the fragile threads of power and it's honestly so fun because im like where's is my man Kell and then i know about him through someone else's pov and he's just like frowning and sighing and rolling his eyes or just dropping the most iconic line and im like "yep, that's my man, that's the love of my life, the myth, the legend"
I’ve been laughing at this for 2 minutes straight
I just compared the antari trio to the bears from We Bare Bears? Yeah lol <3

Fuck all romances except whatever that guy with the peculiar coat and that girl who could find whichever side of it she wanted had going on <3
It’s missing kellila hours
gf who loves knives & daggers and bf who loves her blade against his throat >>>
That moment in Six of Crows when they're in the tank and they just blew up the bridge to the ice court and they're laughing at the "Fjerdan Might" banner and they're rolling over the hill realising they actually pulled off the impossible heist.
To me, that is the most "for a moment a band of thieves in ripped-up jeans got to rule the world" moment in book history.
It is the best book ever written and no one can convince me otherwise
Does anyone else just sit and think about the fact that Six of Crows is literally the perfect book?
Like, we have a morally grey character who's actually morally grey and has a real reason to push people away other than "once I killed someone in self defense, so I'm a terrible person and we can't be together." And every other character has a super fleshed out backstory as well, including real world problems that don't usually get talked about in fantasy books.
There's just as heavy an emphasis on platonic love as romantic love, instead of "I can fix him", it's "he can fix himself", there's a gay couple that's actually happy and not suffering every five pages, and all of the gay characters have personality traits outside of the fact that they're gay.
And speaking of the romance, it's so not rushed or sexualized. No one even kisses in the first book, but it's still so obvious how much they love each other. Each couple has such a different dynamic, and the way their pasts mirror each other? Perfection. (I also firmly believe that Kanej is the best couple in all of YA prove me wrong)
And then the diversity??? 3/7 of the lead characters are POCs, 4/7 are queer, 3 have disabilities, 2 have addictions, 2 have PTSD, 2 are religious, one was raised in a cult, and it's not one of those books that has diverse characters just for the sake of being diverse!
The plot is so unique, especially among fantasy books, and despite the fact that there's so many moving parts, there is not a single plot hole. And the CK auction scene will forever be one of the best end of series climaxes I have ever read.
So basically I don't get why other authors even try anymore cause I'm sorry but no matter how great their books are, it's not going to be Six of Crows.
Can’t wait

me when season 2 comes out:
Kaz Brekker and Nikolai Lantsov are two sides of the same coin
I think about this daily I swear
not a week goes by where I don’t think about how the six of crows adaptation managed to find six actors who looked, embodied, AND GENUINELY CARED about their characters only for the show to get canceled before they could properly execute the ice court heist :( aka the oceans 11 of fantasy heists…
