strongly dislike when people who don't like tomato soup say it's like drinking ketchup. like no, actually, those things are fundamentally different and do not taste the same. just because tomato soup is my favorite kind of soup and I love tomatoes in general doesn't mean I'll hate you or even be at all offended by you for not wanting liquid tomato in large quantities. please just say it instead of coming up with some weird excuse that clearly isn't true.

like yes ok they're both kind of liquid tomato although ketchup is actually a non-newtonian liquid no really when you shake the ketchup bottle you first mix it up and then thin it so it's easier to pour it's the opposite of ooblek and kevlar in that the more force applied the less solid it gets anyways ketchup is also basically just a method of preserving food with salt so what we usually think of as just ketchup is actually tomato ketchup meanwhile tomato soup doesnt actually have that much salt in it much less salty also both things can have chunks of tomato but in my experience at least tomato soup is more likely to tomato soup is also typically thinner although I guess if you shake the ketchup enough that could change the flavors are similar bc they're both tomato but as we already discussed ketchup is saltier also stronger flavored and tomato soup is generally creamier imagine putting tomato soup on a hamburger that just wouldn't be much like ketchup would it so if you can't use tomato soup as ketchup then why would you be able to use ketchup as tomato soup? this is not a rectangles and squares situation food cw tomatoes tomato soup vs ketchup tomato soup ketchup food

so fun story from a year ago, demonstrating that I grew up without a tv and don't particularly care about celebrities

Girl of a race I cannot remember (which I feel super bad about rn) in an internet video: people trying to look like my race take away our identity by influencing others to believe that this is what a white person looks like; the Kardashians for example-

Me, completely bewildered: the Kardashians are white?????

the reason I feel bad about not knowing her race is bc what's the point of spreading the word of injustice if I hardly know who it's about nevertheless I don't know who I should feel bad for here but I don't really think it's the Kardashians no I guess I feel bad (about my reaction) for the people of that race or those races I guess the real issue is that I'm not sure what I need to be sorry for (not why what I did is wrong. that's usually what it feels like people mean but I'm literally not sure what's bad and what's not help me out maybe?) idk if it's even actually bad but I have some reasons I feel guilty about that ahem I'm done now ok I think Hopefully kardashians race cultural appropriation pretty sure that's what the girl was talking about the kardashians are white????? literally never crossed my mind that they could possibly be white before I mean I didn't and don't think about them much at all and I don't think I made any assumptions about their race but I was just so surprised to hear they're white that it was kinda funny
