My Current Ana Rules
Warning ⚠️: this post contains topics concerning eating disorders and other weight loss topics. If you believe this post will be triggering to you please scroll post. If you belive you have an eating disorder please seek treatment.
Rules:
• No more than 800 calories a day. I try to limit my self to 500 or less but anything less than 800 is okay with me.
• I start and end every day with either a glass of green tea or hot water with lemon.
• I currently am only eating between the hours of 1pm - 8pm. Not eating before or after no exceptions. If you do this every day then you are fasting for 17 hours everyday!
• Coffee, tea and water are my best friends! Usually with my tea or water I try to spice it up with a slice of lemon. Citrus foods are great for your metabolism and lemon water is delicious.
• Work our BEFORE you eat! Working out before you eat allows your body to burn more fat faster when you do eat. Your muscles use up all the glucose to cause your muscles to contract so once all the glucose is gone, your body has to use fats to keep your muscles going allowing you to burn more fat through out the day and when you eat.
- note: glucose is basically what sugar and carbohydrates break down into in your body.
• 100 crunches a day challenge!
• Drink a glass of water every other hour.
• Fruit and Veg first! Simple rule, just eat all fruit and veg on your plate first!
• Cut back in the dressing. I love salads so one of my personal goals is to cut back on the amount I rely on salad dressings (and cheese too) to make veggies taste good.

why i want to be skinny

Like I sit here thinking about how fat I am and how much I binged yesterday while sitting and eating cake. Why can’t I just stop eating. It’s not hard.

When you’re hungry
Clean your room (wipe the floors, wipe the dust, vacuum, clean the Windows)
Reorganize/clean your desk, closet.
Shave/wax your legs/armpits and tweeze your eyebrows.
Put on a face mask
Do a pedicure or manicure
Fill your bathtub and just take a long bath
Make yourself an aesthetic notebook (to motivate yourself to lose weight or something like that)
Update your Tumblr(make a new header, change the colour…)
Draw or paint something
If you play an instrument, play all the songs you know 3 times
Draw something on your body with paint or pens
Drink 3 teas
Drink 3 cups of hot water
Drink 1 liter of water
Workout
Go for a walk
Go to the library and take a good book for reading or read there if you can do that
Read 50 pages of some book
Watch 5 youtube videos
Listen to some music (I recommend some lofi music, my favourite is lophee)
Watch some k-pop (all girls there are really skinny it will motivate you)
Watch some vine/meme compilations
Watch some fat acceptance cringe or something like that
Play with some make-up

The only cereal aloud is weetabix because you cannot measure the rest
Make most of your diet vegetables or high in protein quorn
Intermittent fasting!!!

In the evening

i saw my reflection in the mirror today
so i’ve been on a binge this past week and i hate myself for it, i feel so fucking disgusting and i hate it and i just want to rip my whole body off. i can’t take it i feel so wrong. but then, a little bit ago, i was walking down the hall and i noticed my reflection in the mirror. i look huge. it kind of hit me then and i went straight to the bathroom where i looked at myself for a minute before kinda taking a step back and telling myself to stop. i literally looked at my reflection, made this face of disgust and told myself to stop. over and over again. i know im probably not explaining it properly but i just felt and looked so fucking sick and tired of my bullshit. now i have this different, deep-rooted sort of motivation. if i don’t start now, i will never start and i’ll never get where i want to get, i’ll stay here forever and i’ll hate myself forever. i’ve been doing amazing, i lost weight, and i have to keep it up if i want to be happy.
sorry for rambling i just needed to get this out somewhere because, while it may not seem important, it was a pretty powerful moment for me
