My blood, sweat and tears
Yes lets talk about it all, my blood, my sweat and my tears... i cried the river nile and i have sweated lake whatever and still it has never been enough.
I came across this recently and it spoke to me volumes..

hey y’all wanna talk about a lesser talked about trauma effect?
loss of autonomy.
not knowing how to do anything without explicit permission or instruction.
feeling like you’ll get in trouble if you do anything on your own will.
waiting until you’re given permission to do so much as eat.
not feeling like your body is your own.
if you experience this you aren’t broken or alone. you were abused and traumatized and conditioned to be like this. remember you belong to nobody but yourself. you are and will be okay.

Sometimes i wish i had a not eating eating disorder, then i would not struggle with too much weight. I hate this body but my depression makes me want to eat all the time, I am tired. When Im not depressed i eat well and exercise but that comes rare in my life... so in general i keep eating day and night
When will it ever stop!!!!!!!!!!!
I am tired from yesterday's tiredness that refused to stop and i can feel today dragging me down🙆♀️ will i ever stop

I have decided to change friends because the ones i currently hang out with do not understand that having an eating disorder is not my fault... i try so hard to eat healthily... find healthy options and then i just want to keep eating... even wen im full all i need to do is keep eating 🥺🥺🥺
I hate getting out of bed, i just want to do everything inside my bed... however i can not exercise in my bed🤒🥺🥺 they think im being lazy, nope Im not lazy I just do not have the energy because im too full and occupied with depression.
I am glad i stopped taking anti depressants but they helped to get me out of the bed. I really enjoyed that. The side effects were crazier so i had to drop them. My excess weight is from my efforts to get out of bed (antidepressants) how then can i do everything they want me to....🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I think its time to hang the boots and say adios!!!✌
I am trying my best and I do not want to be guilted more than I am feeling guilty right now. I know I should stop and I know I should exercise stop making me feel guilty🙄🥴😢

Ask what makes you come alive and do that…Because what the world really needs is people who have come alive.Howard W. Thurman I’ve had dozens of conversations lately with people all over the world who say they’re looking…
