I just think that James and Barty had this weird one sided rivalry in school like James was everything Barty wanted to be effortlessly good at school well liked funny carefree the perfect son and like the day Barty found out about Jegulus was a bad day because suddenly his best friend has a new favorite person and it’s not him
he hated James and James had no idea why
Oh and I think that after awhile Evan had to explain to his idiot boyfriend that he definitely had a crush on both the boys and that’s why he was so obsessed with them it was actually because he hated James

Me after saying “it’s not a big deal dw about it” about something that is a big deal and you should definitely worry about
i know everyone pictures sirius or james saving regulus from the cave but imagine barty, pandora, dorcas and evan find him. barty is frantic, he's so fucking scared, the most scared he's ever been in his 17 years on earth and he has his father to deal with. pandora is screaming regulus' name because she saw this vision so many years before and never realised what it was until now, dorcas and evan are trying to fight off those disgusting monsters from the water, but staring helplessly at regulus as barty drags him up the rock to safety, clutching him to his chest and fire in his eyes as he keeps him away from harm, pandora fiercely standing over him to protect them both, my god they'd fight so hard for their boy
