honestly I prefer shiftblr over shifttok, but I still watch shifttok because I love seeing all the random drama 🤭😭 like I get my advice and stuff from shiftblr/books/etc. and I love how calm/welcoming things feel here. I don’t really take a lot of what shifttok says to heart, but you gotta admit they’re pretty entertaining 🤧

trust me, i am willing to answer any questions anyone might have about characters, drs, experiences, and shifting in general.

shifting has been such a big part of my life, and it's always fun to talk about

hey! i’d love it if you shared some tips/methods/mindsets that helped you shift :) and i hope things go well with theo on your next shift!!

love the support, and yes things went very well with theo :)

now when it comes to tips, the main one i have is to keep the mindset that you will shift. for me, it was very, very important to believe that i could shift, and when i was doubtful, it was important to fake it. fake it till you make it is exactly what worked for me.

i would have the mindset that i was already in my dr, and that's what i believe caused me to shift successfully. the first time i shifted i used the julia method with a combination of brown noise at the very end of december in 2020.

i still use the julia method every now and then because it really helps me, but most of the time i don't even use a specific method. it's whatever works for you. if you find a method isn't working, try another one, or make one yourself. you can do it without a method too. it's whatever you feel works best for your shifting journey.

i knows this is a lot, please just bare with me guys. once i start, i can't stop, but i would also recommend getting a shifting journal or just writing in your notes app to journal your experience with shifting and methods so that you know what works and what doesn't.

okay so i'm gonna give you guys some details about my modern harry potter dr. i started shifting to this dr in the beginning of december. i have shifted there about four times since then. it's the sixth year, and one of my best friends there is theo nott. obviously, i have a thing for him, and i am definitely shifting tonight. we're gonna see how it goes, but i think it's time that the slow burn becomes an actual relationship. i also need to get mattheo to confess to his crushhh immediately.

the funniest thing about revenge of the sith to me with the added context of the clone wars series is the fact that anakin wanted to be on the council. this man spent 3 years of the war hating the council and procedure. i’m surprised anakin didn’t outright tell palpatine no, he didn’t want anything to do with the council. sorry, palpatine, you’ll have to find someone else to be your personal representative.
