Going off that, I doubt that 'regular' sperm or spells not strong enough would have any effect as again: she is a cosmic entity. Probably the ones able to get her pregnant would be other fellow cosmic beings.

Also her 'pregnancy' is more akin to a nuclear fusion inside her body and it takes only a month. Then she will literally crack open and the new constellation takes its place in the sky
