Cindy is the Spirit of Vengeance, although there would be better alternative methods.
But.
Her personal traumas are extremely deep rooted, no one would've punished her rapists because of their position and to avoid distrust among people. Technically, nothing would've stopped them from doing the same to an another girl. So she chose the permanent method, furthermore, one brutal execution was carried out in front of his wife and children. She was extremely raw and damaged, she doesn't do this often anymore nowadays, but freshly back from the grave she was even more vicious then she is today.
She has experimented with letting them go with a scare of their lives, watched them walk out of prison and found at least 80% continuing where they left off. This led to her simply not calculating the remaining percentage and chose the immediate and permanent solution without remorse. Her protection extends to not only children but every age and ethnic group, the amount of atrocities committed every day is incredibly overwhelming and staining her already damaged psyche. It took great fine mechanisms to learn how to use that crimson bladed sword which leads her to the scene, to the victim and about to be killer/rapist/abuser.
Cindy is well aware how her methods can effect survivors, but in her opinion better if they are afraid of a flaming terror murdering someone than if they are dead or worse. She doesn't have time to save so many lives under such span without murder. Kill, sword signals the next victim, race to them, kill. Repeat for 8-12 hours a day.
Singlehandedly she had cut down 30% of violent crimes globally, her estimated headcount is way past millions. And she doesn't ponder further on the morality of her methods, she's a killer and she's at peace with it. Furthermore she doesn't murder for her own amusement but for a purpose to save lives.
I am really loving the morality debate between Cindy and the Guardians
I do get where both are coming from like ideally we shouldn't have to kill abusers, but we do not live in an ideal world unfortunately.
Thank you! I like to think as they are the Guardians. They represent almost everything positive in this world, that's why murder when it would be justified isn't really an option. They had their own struggles although most of them are either not from Earth (Sandy, Bunny) or was a creature instead of human (Tooth).
While Cindy is a Protector. She was human before eventually becoming a cosmic terror. She is a true victim of how justice system operated, her death would've left unpunished and no matter what her mother did, she couldn't avoid/escape from her ex husband from killing her. She knows the world as it is, without wonder, compassion or justice and it let her down multiple times.

She warms up every time before singing, despite being the literal embodiment of the Phoenix Force still drinks water in liters along with soothing teas. And trying to not retch in the process. She doesn't drink, do drugs or even smoke (her fire is cosmic and by itself it's pure energy therefore doesn't produce smoke if not burning anything); nothing which could potentially damage or lessen her capabilities. Exercises to specifically push her lung capacity to the maximum, perfected breathing techniques. She thinks she has earned to be proud of what she's capable of, it isn't like she's just talented and hasn't worked to achieve the current level.
The glaring difference between her and Rozália's singing is that Rozy is reckless with her voice. She knows the Hellfire will heal her vocal chords too, so she doesn't really care about warmups or water consumption. The other that Rozália is actually an alto, smooth original voice; the new heights and distortions are due to the Hellfire. While Cindy is a dramatic mezzo-soprano and everything about her voice is natural, even the infamous distortion and electric guitar noises. Rozy did her own share of learning when and how much to loosen the pendant for the desired effect, but in Cindy's eyes it will always be inferior as most of the uniqueness comes from a curse.

Stage presence: Cindy has been through a lot. She suffered, has too many unhealthy coping mechanisms for her unresolved traumas but music...is something else. When performing, no matter for one person or for an arena she is truly herself. Happy, carefree and a hurricane. She never can stay still, only when executing those famous hour long belts, otherwise she's running, jumping all around the stage. She is charismatic, magnetic not just because of her talent but active effort to get the crowd enjoy themselves and sing after or with her. Headcanons meme
❣: Actually calming the fuck down and spending quality time with the person. Slowly letting them inside her soul, her secrets, her reasons behind specific reactions. It's a weird kind of love language, abstract and more of the typical ones put together into one. Singing softer, lullaby like songs to soothe. And when necessary tearing the one threatening her love apart in the word's most literal sense.
🌙: Ha! Nonexistent. Terrible. She when on Earth works 8-10 hours a day, workout, practice both her kicks and vocals. She gets 4 hours of sleep at best and while she doesn't really require it, it still takes a toll on her body if she doesn't transform to heal.
🗣: Since she's a singer & performer; quite great. She's not nervous or anything like that but if she doesn't like the speech given, she will tear it and go off her own. Rozy is actually better in terms of literal public speaking also because she can come up with moving, uniting ones.
💓: Ask Pitch & Erebus. Jokes aside: much more...trusting, seeking out company and making an active effort of not being an ass. Reflectively protective. Soft, nervous glances at the person. Fears arising that she's too much, too damaged to be loved and nobody would want her other than for sex. It is both adorable and a damn mess because of her insecurities & traumas. Immediately thinking of them when she sees an object, hears something that can be associated with them.

🧑🍼: Well it became quite complicated. She definitely didn't want to get pregnant for multiple reasons both as a human and spirit. However, after fusing together with the Phoenix Force, Cindy learned that all fire now belonged to her and she can create new galaxies, extinguish old ones, absorb them etc. She does view them as her creations and she can get 'pregnant' by other cosmic/eldritch entities. It is basically a one month nuclear fusion inside her body then she takes off to the sky to 'give birth' by literally cracking open and the new constellation/solar system/galaxy takes their place in the sky. But she can very much do that without the 'extra help'.

🔥 Cindy is a cosmic entity, the oldest sentient being (older than God) capable of traveling both Hell and Heaven. Because she doesn't belong to neither, most of the realms' rules also don't apply, such as the 'Sinners stay in Pride'; she can cross Rings without difficulty
🌌 Cindy, despite being the embodiment of Fire is actually at a quite disadvantage in Hell. The realm's 'sun' is nowhere powerful enough for her to draw enough energy from and the Hellfire underground is not at her command. Yes, she feels it. The fun fact with the Phoenix Force is that It is holier than Heaven and more damned than Hell. She would not be able to call on the Hellfire because it slinks away from her, nor she's able to consume it. She only could destroy it, which would require extreme amount of energy to the point of siphoning it from nearby stars (which are...not there).
🔥 That said, she is still capable of switching forms, Creation and Destruction; both of them strong enough to actually destabilize the whole pocket dimension. Obviously for Hell Creation, for Heaven Destruction works better. By existing in either forms long enough would eventually cause almost irreversible damage and as the barrier separating it from outer space is shredding, it's like a housefire getting backdraft from an opened door. If she truly wanted to, she could tear them apart.
🌌 But she will not. Better said, can't without ruining the balance. Heaven-Earth-Hell had fused together inseparably, the destruction of either pocket dimension would be catastrophic. While Cindy has the power for basic soul magic, her purpose is not eating them. Upon having no place to rest, souls would either wander as ghouls or try to return to their bodies which has died, resulting in a form of zombie apocalypse. Which she really doesn't want to deal with. So she tries her best to preserve balance, preventing realms to clash more than necessary.
🔥 Expanding on souls: she can see, tear them out and consume them to fuel her own powers; nothing more, nothing less. This is almost purely tied to the dark side of the Fire, Destruction. ( Resurrection, reshaping lost body parts are a different category & they fall under Creation) Her soul magic, if it can be called that is relatively primitive, only serving one ultimate purpose. She cannot make soul contracts, control or possess someone, do anything other with their soul besides making it nonexistent solely for her own benefit. Hellborns and Heavenborns have no 'typical' soul as they spawn inside the pocket dimensions connected yet separated from Earth. The higher ones have some sort of essence what she only can destroy but cannot consume. Sinners however, have a soul. Being in Hell doesn't meddle with her abilities regarding it, Cindy can clearly see parts of Rozália's (@infernal-general) missing, like it's been torn apart, torn into; determine when have the wounds occurred. Because of the Hellfire curse Cindy can't fix nor take, it is completely out of her control.

...I haven't considered her ice cream eating habits but her temperature is definitely too high to calmly enjoy it so, yeah she does before it melts. And after witnessing the reaction it only fueled this approach.
