Volume 1 of Spooky Month headcanons
The town the series is set is called Frighden (pronounce fry-dihn to sound like frighten).
Roy's family's last name is Levinson.
Richard and Ross' dad were best friends in high school and got matching tattoos (Ross' dad has a snake on his right arm, Richard has one on his left arm). Roy thinks his dad's tattoo is awesome and is definitely planing to get matching tattoos with Ross and Robert when they're older.
Bob moved to Frighden from his home town in Idaho in his early thirties.
Ignacio is divorced (seriously look at that man and tell me he hasn't been through a failed marriage). He's also retired.
When they were kids, Frank had a HUGE crush on Lila.
Pump and Susie's parents are named Shawn and Valery.
Jack can't stand high temperatures at all and always complains about it to John.
Jack isn't local to Frighden, but his family moved into town when he was in his early teens.

Until we get an official name can we all just call the giant attic spider "Itsy"?
As you should! I'm just worried others won't have the restraint to follow your example.
Sorry y'all but I won't be leaking any of the New Episode patreon stuff lol, I want the Patreon to get as many memberships as possible
My Spooky Month predictions*
Episode 6-Candy Dealer: There's too many little things (even jokes from animators after Tender Treats came out) that imply he's the next villain. Bonus points if he's Robert's dad. I'm saving my personal theory on the actual events of the episode for a future post.
(Edit) The aforementioned post is now live.
These next 3 are less certain but still fairly likely
Episode 7-Hatzgang: Roy's been getting more and more development with every episode and I think episode 7 would be the most likely to round out his arc. PLEASE NOTE I don't think Roy will be the villain, just a focus character, there's a good chance we haven't met this episode's baddie yet. (High probability of emotional damage)
Episode 8-Giant Spider: Not much to go off of other than the spider being teased as a monster for the board game and spiders having eight legs, maybe there's a twist like the spiders' babies being the real threat.
Episode 9-Frank: Like with Roy, Frank probably won't be the real villain, probably either a new villain or Mr. Clown (that slimy toad is def coming back). We'll likely learn why Frank became a kidnapper and why his eyes are the way they are. This is placed as episode 9 because, unlike Roy, Frank hasn't had much development thus far.
Episode 10-Cult and Skidad: My personal theory is there being a grand showdown with Skid, his dad and the cult on one side and Pump and Eyes on the other. I feel Pelo (being the glorious bastard he is) would throw in the extra stake of the boys friendship being tested.
*This is all assuming none of the below teased episodes were among the two to get scrapped.
I absolutely adore the visual of a sleep deprived Pump peeking into the living room while Roy & Susie are passionately singing along to Twisted. (You can't tell me they wouldn't adore Twisted)
On the topic of secret endings, it pisses me off that no one cares that, in the photo on John's cork board, Roy's uncle is holding an award that looks kind of like and Emmy (hope I spelled that right), which confirms to me that Roy's family are in show business.
Yeah I remember that reward! I low-key didn't think about it being show business, my thoughts basically stopped at "Huh this dude who's a disgusting evil monster also seems to be well accomplished and charismatic, guess that fits with the rest of Roy's family"
Now that I think about it I love the idea of Roy's family being like, rich snobby theatre people or whatever, that's awesome
Gwenyth actually reasoned in an interview that "[She] was told all big internet companies have two o-s in their title." Yes. she really said title instead of name.
So me and @the-spooky-children were talking about Roy's family being in showbizz and the idea of Carmen being an actress gave me the idea of her having her own wellness brand and, considering i HC their last name being Levinson, if she went the Gwenyth Paltrow route and named her brand her initials with 2 o-s then it would literally be called COOL.
Anyways, I think I've got the spooky brain worms.
