Letting go means detaching yourself emotionally from something or someone.The mistake we all make when we try to let go,is that we judge and label the experiences or the people themselves.These labels will create emotions further on.We tend to analyze these negative emotions created due to the labels we stick on others ,As if these emotions exist because our feelings towards them can't be shut down.The process of letting go is achieved when we accept that we should stop analyzing the experience we had.The moment we decide to not answer the thoughts about the experience,is the moment when we fully let go of it.So be mindful and enjoy letting go.
