This world is different from the rest. Men are scarce, and only the wealthy can ever touch them. Like delicate Flowers, they must be kept in the Garden.

Welcome to Flora.

A country far from the others of this world, and for a very good reason.

It is a country with both a blessing, and a curse.

It’s grass, is ever so green. Healthy and rich of color. The trees gift the most freshest, most purest air that is even sweet to smell. Breathing is a treat.

There is never a bad crops season. Flora is one of the wealthiest countries of this world, all because its soil is simply the best. No crop is ever bad. Always natural and healthy. Leading it to be more pricey than others, yet always promised to be exquisite.

The waters that surround this world, are nothing but transparent. Clean, and free of garbage that can damage its aquatic ecosystems. The fish swim happily, with no disturbance of pollution.

Flora had the wealth many of its neighbors envied.

There was one thing that they didn’t though. One thing that made Flora somewhat vulnerable.

Like said before, Flora has both a blessing, and a curse.

Men are scarce.

It is a strange trait of Flora. But over the years it has become nothing but normal.

The female population is at 90%. All while the males take up the remaining 10%.

No one knows why this is. Though the oldest living woman alive, along with some of the oldest written books, can somewhat give an answer.

Many call it a legend. A made up story to ease the curiosity of anyone who asks, wether it be an outsider, or a curious child. Others, call it history. A historic event, that gave this to Flora. That made Flora what it is. Nevertheless, it is a story that everyone knows.

The story of how Mother Nature, fell in love with a boy.

🌸 The story 🌸

The story is like many others, when it comes to love. It was love at first sight.

Mother Nature, who has the power to transform into a beautiful human, was once taking a walk.

Her bare feet touching the dirt, bringing it to life. She loved all of her creations. How the trees provide fresh air, and a shade of protection on a hot summer day. How the grass is like a cushion, for when you fall. Always softening the blow. It’s smell after a rainy day is always so pleasing. She never grows tired of it.

She loved the animals, who feasted, and appreciated her hard work. They were also the only ones who showed their love for her. How the beavers use the trees she made, to make a home of their own. Later on showing her with pride, waiting to hear her compliments of how well they did. How the bees search for her flowers to make their sweet honey. Treating her like their second queen, and thanking her by pollinating. It’s the least they can do, they say. The way a mother eagle, used the branches of her trees to make a home for her eaglets. Inviting her to see them hatch, and when they took their first flight.

She thought that this was the only love she would know. Until she met him.

A baby, left to fend for himself out here in the forest. The worn out basket that carried him, almost tilting over due to him squirming too much. He was so small, yet quite loud noises came out from him.

“Humans are awful beings.” Was what she thought. She would never leave her small creations to fend for themselves. Even her flowers are accompanied by others. Never alone.

She had never touched a human before, especially a small one, who she’s heard are called “baby”. A small baby boy, who stopped squirming the moment she came to view.

Perhaps it was his big eyes filled with wonder, and curiosity that pulled her in. He looked so innocent, like the shy fawns she happens to see at times. After a few minutes of looking at her, he giggled. A giggle that mixed well with the singing of the birds flying by. It tugged at her heart, making a set of white daisies grow on her long silky hair. Not only that, but the old looking basket, was suddenly coated in them too. She had never felt this way before.

There was this urge in her to have this baby safe. To keep him away from the storm that is making its way to the forest. But she also knows that she cannot keep him. She is a goddess who belongs here, nature is her home. This baby, is a human who needs to grow with his people. They both need to go and stay where they belong.

So she searched. She searched everywhere to find a perfect place for this boy. She asked the robins to fly around, see if they could find anything. She whispered to the butterflies, who also didn’t mind helping. She even came across a small mole, who offered to help.

A few hours passed by, and Mother Nature was worried. The storm will soon arrive and yet, no news about a potential home for the baby human. Her worries left, when an owl stopped by. She had heard about the news, and wanted to help. Her eyes known to be one of the best around. She had seen a small home not that far from where they were. A bit isolated from the town many know of, yet she saw a young human couple living there. A couple who didn’t seem to have a small human with them.

Perhaps that is what this baby needed. Two parents who can care, and love him. It sounded perfect. Part of her was also happy to hear that this baby will be surrounded by both people, and nature. Her.

She wasted no time in getting him there. Asking a passing deer to help her bring the basket to the door of the small home. She can’t nor wants to be seen. Even if there were only two people in this place.

She admits that the place looked cozy. This home was made with her trees, she could tell. Even the trees nearby seem to tell her that this was a happy place, she could hear them.

“They will be so happy!” One says. “We can finally have some action!” Another says. Claiming to be bored of just watching the couple walk in and out of their home.

She smiled, and watched as the deer left the basket near the door. Using its head to make a knocking sound, before dashing off to hide behind some bushes.

Mother Nature could only watch as the human woman opened the door. Confused and surprised when she saw the beautiful basket of daisies, along with a baby boy. Picking him up, she called for her partner. A tall young man, who seemed a bit tired. A tree mentioned how he goes to town early in the mornings. The sun barely out, yet he leaves to work with a small smile on his face. He must be a hard worker, and a loving partner.

His eyes grew wide, seeing the baby in her arms. Both talking for what seemed like hours. It wasn’t until the sound of thunder ended their discussion. The man placed his hand on the baby’s head. The woman brought him closer to her chest.

He had been accepted.

Years passed, and the boy grew older. Mother Nature knew, because in reality she never left him. Always watching from afar, or asking some bunnies to take a look at how the boy was doing.

One thing was for sure, was that the boy was beautiful.

Long eyelashes that brushed against his cheeks. Giving gentle pecks to them when he blinked. His eyes green like the grass that she so loved. Their awe and curiosity have not left, she can tell. His skin was soft, and delicate like hers. Seeing him smile, made her grow sunflowers once.

Not only was he beautiful, but he loved her. He loved the nature she created, and the one thing she loved the most about him, was his love for flowers.

Since little he would pick them unlike anyone else. Gently, and whispering loving words to the Daffodils. He even once kissed a Rose, making it blush a deeper red than its petals. He would apologize to the Peonies when he was close to stepping on them, and would hum a soothing lullaby to the Marigolds. He loved flowers, and they all loved him.

They always squealed with excitement when his name was mentioned. All happy to hear of him. They bloomed faster, and filled the home with their gentle, sweet smell whenever the boy would approach them.

His love for flowers was what gave her an idea.

A flower. She would turn into a flower, to be as close to him as possible. To receive all the love he has, and take it all for herself.

With the help of some squirrels, she got what she wanted. The boy found her, and took her with him. Every day, and every night, she would be admired by him. His beautiful voice soothed her to sleep, and his beautiful yawn was what woke her in the mornings. Beautiful. Everything beautiful.

Years passed. And she was considered a miracle. A masterpiece. A wonder. She had not withered, and the boy was as beautiful as ever. She would have never thought it would become a problem...

Until people in town began to talk.

Everyone knew about the beautiful boy. How the women in town stared at him, and how the men in town hated him.

How dare he be so beautiful? It was making every man jealous.

And jealously, can turn anyone into a monster.

In attempt to get rid of him, the beautiful man was constantly attacked. Always seen as a threat to the other men in town. Their wives, girlfriends, and sisters all wanted him. Causing fights between women. The town was slowly losing control due to the man’s beauty.

He suffered a lot. The days he would cry, were the days Mother Nature felt bitter. How dare the other humans hurt him? How dare they fight for him, and not just love him?

The beautiful man left the town. It was probably for the best. But he took Mother Nature with him. She would be his companion.

Years passed, and the beautiful man had found a wife. He had fallen in love with a simple woman. She seemed to love him for who he was, and not for his looks. Mother Nature was pleased and happy.

Until the thorns of jealousy found their way into the man’s life again.

His love for flowers had never vanished. He would always make time for them, always speak to them as sweet as ever. Especially Mother Nature. He would always speak to her so lovingly.

That it began to bother his wife.

Her husband seemed to love a flower more than her. That was ridiculous!

Her attempts to distract him, lead to failures. Making their relationship suddenly turbulent and filled with arguments. She wanted him to stop loving flowers. Which he refused to do.

Thinking that it would somehow distract him, she got pregnant. Perhaps a baby will be what brings them together again. Make him forget about that stupid flower.

But again, it all failed. Making her go mad.

She woke up one night. It was dark, and the light of the moon barely helped her find the knife.

With tears in her eyes, she looked down at the beautiful man. And then at her. The flower sitting by the window.

She killed him.

Envy had won this war, and everyone around was breaking. Mother Nature woke up, to see red covering the floor. Like a trail of red roses, she followed it to see the beautiful body. Limp, and pale. Her love had not withered. It had been taken. Taken because of human “love”.

She transformed. Revealing herself to the killer, and cursed not only her, but the rest of the people. Everyone who touched her ground would be cursed.

All sons, born after that day, would belong to her. Some, she will turn into flowers, and others she would simply take away. Never to be found again. All will belong to her, and only her. Because who could ever love them like she loved that beautiful man?

And with that, the so called story reaches its end. Mother Nature mourns, and curses the land the following decades. Slowly decreasing the amount of men born in the land.

And with that, the story reaches it’s somewhat strange end.

Back to Flora 🌸

A strange story, because there are many men in this country. Times change, and foreigners come and go. Mixing was inevitable.

The 10% of men population mentioned are those ONLY born in Flora. Florians, to be exact.

Sure, if a foreigner male wants to live in Flora they can. They can have their own family and all, but it is rare when a son is born.

It’s probably that curse, which seemed to curse women more than the males. A Florian woman is more likely to have a daughter, than a son.

If a woman has a son...well, that is a different story now.

Like said before, it is a blessing and a curse.

- Part 2 -

When a son is born 🌸

When a son is born, normal life stops for the family.

There are rules that they must follow now. Rules that have been long known, for when a son is born.

He is to leave this place, and live where a flower has to go.

The Gardens.

Flora is a wealthy country. Leading it to having many beautiful and well built buildings. It has a total of 6 palaces. 5 palaces known and called “Gardens” or “Green House” either is fine.

Here, the boys must stay and live the rest of their lives. All Florian men will call The Garden, their home. They will forget about their family, and have a new one. Flowers like them.

The process goes like this

🌸 The life of a Flower 🌸

When a son is born, he may live with his family up until he turns 5. That is the law, that most people use, though there are those rare cases where children are brought to The Garden’s at a younger age. (We’ll follow the normal life of a Flower Boy.)

At the age of 5, the son will be taken by his mother. She will be one of the last women the boy will see. They will embark on a journey to the closest Garden of the 6 in Flora.

There is the The Stem, Stamen, Sepal, Leaf, and Petal Gardens. Palaces that are only filled with men.

The mother will be granted access to the town near the The Garden chosen, and there, she will live with her son for one year.

Meanwhile, he son will be taught and slowly be separated from his mother. Female Teachers will take him under their wings, and the boy will now begin the first step of his journey alone. His journey to become a Flower. A male geisha.

There are also 5 steps to becoming a flower. Germination, seed, sprout, bud, and last, a celebration known as The Blooming Ceremony, followed by The Flower. (These two go together so it’s 5).

At the age of 5, boys go through the Germination stage. They are slowly taught about their new life ahead of them, and are to leave their family.

Germination stage lasts for approximately 2 years. One year, the boy will be in contact with his mother, and the other will be alone.

Next, is the Seed stage. Like primary school, but a bit longer. This is where the boy will be assigned to a home classroom, and will meet his new brothers. All boys in the classroom will grow and learn together.

Seed stage lasts 8 years. The boy will be taught more about his purpose, and will form bonds with his brothers. All preparing for their life goal. Becoming Flowers.

The boys are called “Seeds” and once they finish the Seed stage, they will go through a two day celebration.

In those two days, the boys will go through a sort of graduation. Their teachers will paint their faces with a freckle like pattern, symbolizing the seeds. Their brown shoes, that also have seed patterns will be changed into new green ones. Their attire will change from brown shades that symbolized the soil, to green that signifies the start of the growing life.

While the first day was more fun and loud, the second day is the opposite. Quiet, and respectful.

The boys will meet with the Elder of The Garden, and will pick a seed from the pot of soil.

It’s magical.

Yes, there is magic in Flora. Mother Nature’s magic still seems to be present. Though it is only rumored to be within The Gardens. (We’ll get more into that later)

The boy will pick the seed from the old looking pot, and that seed will now become his soul. His life, along with that seed, are now one.

The boy must care for that seed, until he reaches the last stage of his journey. For now, he will graduate and become a Sprout.

The Sprout Phase is next. Being of 5 years.

This is where the Sprouts will be introduced into Talents. Every Flower must have atleast 2 talents.

Talents like dance, paint, story telling, banquet manners, speaking skills, singing, gardening, sewing, poetry, martial arts, cooking, nursing, archery...basically an entertainer.

They must be fully prepared for when they become official Flower boys.

Becoming a Sprout, also means you can become a sort of helper for an actual Flower Boy. From accompanying him, to learning from him, a Sprout can even be somewhat adopted by a Flower Boy.

Flower Boy, in other words, is a Male Geisha.

They are perfection, and have this aura about them that just lets you know who they are.

But anyways! Sprouts must still be caring for their plants, who are also growing like they are. Again, the seed and the man are one now.

Being a Sprout is also one of the most crucial stages of the Male Geisha life.

If sprouts fail to care for the seed, then they have proven to not want to be geishas.

The seeds are connected to the sprouts soul, and if it dies, then that means something isn’t right.

If this happens...they can choose to become a worker within The Gardens.

They can become soldiers, guardians, or start a business of their own, but must stay in The Garden.

They can become teachers or any other career, but again, must stay in the area.

The Bud Phase, is the shortest of the stages. It is of one year, and it’s mainly just all about studying. Studying and practicing for the ultimate Blooming Ceremony.

Unlike a Sprout, who is identified by their green clothing, Buds receive just black clothing. Once they bloom, they can be seen with their assigned color.

This leads to the Blooming Ceremony.

The Blooming Ceremony is also seen as a rebirth. The Ceremony lasts 7 days, where the Bud will bring his pot, present it to The Elder, and the Blooming will happen.

When the flower blooms, no one is sure what it will present as. It’s all a surprise into the very end. Whatever the flower is, the Bud will be known as the flower’s name.

For example. If a Red Rose blooms, that man will be known as Red Rose. His second name.

Once the blooming is over, the newly presented Flower will not be seen for 7 days.

They must remain in an isolated room, where they will hand sow their new assigned clothing.

They may sow patterns that symbolize their flower, or any colorful pattern that they believe speaks to them. Their Kimono will have everything there is about them.

Once the 7th day is over, on the 8th day they will be welcomed by everyone in The Garden. After this, further studying will continue, until any wealthy family wishes to meet them.

That is the life of a boy in Flora. A Flower Boy.

I just wanna talk about Anime!

1. Naruto

After watching Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, and episodes here and there of Baruto, I just wanted to express my feelings towards this anime.

Some things to note before I start :

Opinions vary for everyone. When it comes to Anime, I feel like many are already drawing out their weapons, the moment someone says “Well I think ( insert any anime) is…” So please! Let’s be respectful! Let’s not be rude! Sharing your personal opinion and thoughts is perfectly fine, but let’s not insult others for their opinions, if they differ from ours!

I might curse a bit here and there. If you’re uncomfortable with that…uh…just imagine hearing a loud BEEEP, whenever you read it.

I finished watching all of the Naruto series! So! SPOILERS! WILL! BE! AHEAD!

What was Naruto to me before?

So, I’ve been watching anime since 2006. And even if Naruto never caught my interest at the time, I still knew about the Ninja Anime. Naruto in the Anime community, was and still is, very much considered an Anime classic. And little me at the time, was like “Eh. Sure”. I respected it, but never really bothered to look too much into it. One of the main reasons I had no interest in Naruto, was because of like…three reasons.

I was DEEP into Shojo Anime/ Manga. If it didn’t look cute and girly, I wouldn’t watch it. ( Ugh, I know! I’m sorry, and I have changed my ways! I’ve grown up! (T＿T) )

“ Why watch this long anime…when I can watch over 5 others? ” To younger me, it was about watching the most anime. Quantity is what mattered! Not stay stuck with just one, for what felt like decades.

The more I was told “ OMG! You should watch Naruto! ” the more I was set on NOT watching it. ( Idk what’s wrong with me（・□・；） )

So what changed my mind?

This might sound cliche, to the point where you will roll your eyes all the way to Asia, but the answer to that is…

A bestie of mine just started to one day tell me, and tell me, and tell me, and tell me, and tell me about Naruto. Until I finally texted her :

And that was the beginning of…a long…LONG journey.

So what happened? How did I go from “ I’m just gonna watch some episodes TODAY. See what the hype is all about. ” to “It’s New Years, and I’m about to finish Naruto…idk how to feel about this. I don’t want it to end…”

I’ll tell you what happened!

The world of the Ninjas

From the cool hand signs, to the many types of clans, I found myself amazed ( and a little slow to process it all ) by all of the depth that this world has. I really found the hand signs fun, and can see why so many Naruto Fans know them by heart. ( It’s so cool!!!! ) I really like the design of Konoha, and while 99% of the population were a bunch of ASSHOLES to little Naruto, Konoha is still cool.

Once we were introduced to the other villages, I’m gonna be honest, I really like The Land Of Lightning. The village hidden in the clouds, is SO cool to me! I love it!

But we also know why we stay for an Anime. And that’s it’s characters. Let’s get to the good stuff, okay? (ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ

- Kakashi Hatake -

Okay, okay. Let’s just get it out of the way here, guys.

Kakashi is hot.

Yeah. Yeah, you heard me. You’re probably rolling your eyes, or saying “of course” either in your head, or out loud. But it’s true, and now that I’ve said it, let’s move on. I’ll fangirl about him another day.

He’s proof that you could have the shittiest life, been in the darkest place within yourself, and still grow to be a good person. Because that’s what he did. He was so broken, and empty. Yet he managed to find meaning to life. Showing and teaching others on how to improve themselves. He became the Sensei of some of the strongest ninjas of the Leaf Village.

Okay but seriously. The man lost his dad to suicide, and his mom is gone…idk what happened to his mom. Does anyone know? He lost his friends. Obito died in front of his eyes, causing some major trauma. Karin died by his own hands ( even though he had no fault on that ) but yet, guess what? MORE TRAUMA! He then lost his Sensei, and himself. His past was just so sad…and then he had to fight Obito after thinking he was deeeaad!?😭

He was not only a Sensei to Team 7. He was a FATHER figure, and no one can change my mind. While he could have checked up on Naruto before ( knowing that Naruto is Minato’s son, and that everyone in the village hated Naruto with a PASSION ) , he soon took it upon himself to care for Naruto. Bringing him vegetables, feeding him when he was hurt, teaching him about himself, and what it is to be a Ninja. Teaching him life lessons, and how to overcome them. He also believed in Naruto’s dream of becoming Hokage. Believed in HIM. With Sakura, while I didn’t see that much, cause Tsunade later on took Sakura under her wing, I know he cared for her too. He was there to comfort her, whenever Naruto and Sasuke had another one of their fights. He was thankful that at-least she wasn’t the one causing trouble. When it comes to Sasuke, I’ve seen some comments here and there, that Sasuke was Kakashi’s favorite student, but I honestly don’t really agree. Sasuke is clearly a student ahead of everyone else. He can’t be taught like the others! It’s just the truth. And who else would teach Sasuke about his Sharingan, if his whole clan was wiped out??? At least Kakashi had ONE! Surely he could teach him something! He was the only one!

- Rock Lee -

Surprise? Not surprise? At first I didn’t think people liked Lee, but my friend told me that he’s actually a quite popular character. That made me very happy!💚 (*＾ワ＾*)

Apparently, and correct me if I’m wrong, but apparently Lee was designed to symbolize human strength. And there is so much in that. Lee is a Ninja that cannot do Ninjutsu, nor Genjutsu. The only thing he can do, is Taijutsu. And boy, does he hold on to that. I am a SUCKER, for characters like him. The whole “I may not have what everyone else has, but I can still prove myself”. It makes him feel more human, and for me (personally) more relatable. Knowing that you lack, compared to everyone else, and holding on to what you’re somewhat good at. Going above and beyond to continue to keep that special to you, and working nonstop to be the best at it, cause that’s the only thing you think you have a grasp on- ugh! I’ll stop before I start crying. I just relate to that, and find him a very inspirational character. I love him, he’s like my son.

I also like his rivalries were mainly healthy. He never really hated on his rivals. In fact, he was friends with all of them! With Naruto? They comrades. With Neji? Sure, their relationship was a bit bumpy at first, but they eventually came to respect each other, as they grew up. Shira? They became BFFLS! Had me in tears! 😭 And don’t even get me started with Gaara! Even after all…THAT ( amazing fight by the way ) the two ended up being the best of friends! Like- would you be friends with the person who not only broke your arm and leg, but had you go through a risky operation, having you question your existence, and tried to kill you when you were asleep? Naaaaah! Nah! Lee is an Angel!

Oh! I also watched the Lee Spin Off series! Pure. Perfection. Highly recommend. My favorite parts, are when we get to see Lee just create random scenarios, and drags everyone around him into them. 😂

- Obito Uchiha -

Guys.

This boy…

My god.

There was no rest for him, ever since he was born.

I like to have this thought that everyone has their Uchiha. Many choose Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Shisui, etc. For me, it’s him. Obito Uchiha. I find it hilarious, and again- SPOILER ALERT that when we were introduced to TOBI, I loved him so much. When he said he was “Madara” I was in disbelief, but very much enjoying the supposed twist. But then- surprise! It’s Obito! I was having the time of my life. I was an Obito fan, without even knowing it. He’s my favorite Uchiha, even though…yeah…yeah he did a bit of big oopsies.

I enjoyed seeing who he was, before life decided to be a bitch to him. Helping the elderly, his rivalry with Kakashi, his wish of also being Hokage, and being a bit of a softie (which I found endearing ). He lost all of himself, and like many comments I’ve seen “He was the Naruto that gave up”. And I see that. And it saddens me every time. To see that man, if Naruto would have given up…this could have been him. When Obito was ready to die, I was actually understanding of it. Unlike prior deaths in Naruto, with Obito’s death, I…accepted it. I understood why he preferred to die. He did too much harm, that he couldn’t possibly see himself being anywhere. He was going to die, while bringing the others back to life. But…that didn’t end up happening, and he was given some more time. Just seeing the contrast of who he was before, and who he currently was, was very bitter. Him pushing his old self away, and just being blinded by so much hatred and sadness.

Man, I just really his character. I like what he represents, and how without knowing, he in some way, influenced Kakashi, and Naruto. I also really like his design with the goggles, and all. So cute! (*＾ワ＾*)

The Fights That Had Me SCREAMING

They’re Ninjas! Of course they’re gonna fight! Good action, good execution, good choreography- Naruto Fights are one of a kind, and I always found myself at the edge of my seat with them.

Rock Lee Versus Gaara of the Sand.

THE LEE VERSUS GAARA FIGHT. Okay okay I won’t comment much about this fight-just go watch it. PLEASE! No amount of words can describe this fight! Not only do we see Lee UNLEASHED, but the animation, the music, the moves, EVERYTHING. It’s so iconic, and at the time, I bet it had the world in awe. My boi Leeeee!!!😭

Obito Uchiha Versus Kakashi Hatake

This frikin fight hurt me guys. While it’s so badass, and nicely animated, the addition of the past them and present them fighting HIT. HARD. Again, that moment when Obito pushes his old self back, is so painful to watch. It has my heart shattering into pieces every time I see it. There’s this part, that I’m obsessed with.

THIS! Idk why! I just find myself repeating that part, over and over. Is it just me!?

Madara Uchiha Versus The Shinobi Alliance

Yeah, Yeah this isn’t surprising…BUT YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND WHY! YOU MUST! All that hype that Madara kept getting, was about to be proved with this moment! And MY GOD!!!! The tension, the raw screaming of the Ninjas running towards him, knowing of who he was. And Madara just nonchalantly killing everyone he laid his eyes on! Did you see his eyes!? The immediate read! I- The METEOR-No- THE TWO METEORS. You cannot top this. This introduction to Madara Uchiha, will be forever engraved in my brain. Loved it. Okay listen, one thing we can all agree on, when it comes to Anime, is that Anime Intros, and Outros, are a BIG part of it all. Especially the Intros. If Intro isn’t good, would you still watch this anime? What makes a good Intro song? Is it the animation? The lyrics? The artist? All of these come in to play, to create a masterpiece. An aid for an anime.

Naruto, has a lot of intros. BUT MY GOD- does it have triple the outros.

So before even watching Naruto, I came upon this song on Spotify. And there was just something about this song, that hit. I am a big fan of Japanese Rock ( J-Rock ) , and Asian Kung Fu Generation brought it all out with this song.

I feel like it really catches the aesthetic, and the overall vibe of the Original Naruto Series. Hype, full of energy, and hypes you up for the new episode. I really love it, and even if I didn’t watch Naruto back in the day, hearing this, causes me major nostalgia. A mystery, I know.

Wind and Waves Satellite - Snowkel

( Seventh OG Intro )

It’s the start that does it for me. Seeing everyone get ready to leave on their next adventure, fills me with some type of emotion. I don’t know how to describe it. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s nostalgia, but it fills me with this kind of sad/good feeling in my chest? Something like that. It’s great!

Blue Bird - Ikimono Gakari

Perhaps one of the top favorite songs out there, in the Shippuden Intro List. And I can see why. Or well- HEAR why.

It’s a bop. The vocals, the instrumental, oh-THe HARMONICA! That person goes OFF! 👏🏼

Diver - Nico Touches The Walls

At first, I didn’t really feel much for this song. It was alright…UNTIL IT WASN’T.

I found myself sudden listening to it, back and forth, and…I love it now? Yeah, it just happened, I don’t know how.

What I love about this one, isn’t only the song. But the animation of it. What we see, is Naruto falling, and simply sinking down deep and deeper into the water. This obviously referring to his current depressive state. He’s lost, and is beginning to give up. Then, one by one, the hands of all of the friends he’s made along the way, slowly but surely push him up. Naruto is finally out of the water, and when he looks down, he sees that Sasuke is also sinking, similar to how he was before. Seeing that he has no one, Naruto prepares himself to dive down for him. Remembering his goal again. Save Sasuke from the dark path he’s chosen, and bring him back to the village.

It’s beautiful really.

Lovers - 7!! Seven Oops

( Ninth Shippuden Intro )

I didn’t know how to feel for this song. But after a while, I started bopping my head to it- and then poof! Loved it. It’s good!

I like the part where there’s that explosion behind Killer Bee, and that glimpse of Sasuke’s smile. That unsettling smile, letting us know that he’s waaaay gone. It gave me goosebumps the first moment I saw it.

Silhouette - Kana-Boon

( 16th Shippuden opening )

I’ll admit, I knew about Kana-Boon before listening to Silhouette. I love this band, with my life.

It’s such a good song! Great! A masterpiece! That’s right! And it left its mark on Shippuden, as it SHOULD have!

It’s one of the cutest stories out there, that is told. Just the beginning of little Naruto’s love for Ichiraku Ramen. Watching him grow, and just how many people go in and out…it’s so cute and made me teary eyed.

Bland Brother Hoseok

Mc is NOT an only child. No, she has a younger (only by a few minutes) fraternal twin brother, Jung Hoseok.

Yes, even if she was born exactly 7 minutes before Hoseok came out, she is still the eldest by time. A fact that Hoseok just has to live with the rest of his life.

Though older, MC is to marry one of the 6 Prince’s, while Hoseok will stay to be future king of Bland Kingdom. Yes, Bland Kingdom exists, but it’s not that luxurious like the others. Like tradition goes, Bland Princess must marry, and Bland Prince will take over the throne once Father can’t.

If Hoseok was not Bland Prince, MC is not quite sure what kingdom he would belong to. The thing about Bland Royalty, is that they can blend with the rest. Perhaps even better than anyone else.

Just like Prince Jimin can blend with Prince Taehyung to create sour candy, and enjoy citrus fruits together. MC as Bland Princess can match Prince Jimin perfectly. Everything about them will be sweet, just like he likes it.

But back to Hoseok, he’s a bit on the quiet side at home. Though when he is with friends he is more cheerful. More open to anything, perhaps that is his Bland royalty blood coming in.

Always trying to blend well with others. Looking to mix in to make everything perfect.

He’s not bad looking either. Pretty nose, and quite a sharp jawline if you ask me. Something about fixing his hair to show his forehead has many people staring a bit longer than normal. And I don’t blame them 👀 he looks handsome!

Blonde hair and soft looking eyes. Though he may be younger, he’s still MC’s brother, and he is quite protective of her. A bit moody that she is constantly going out to see these...these other MEN! Alone! Why is no one worried?!

He’d just roll his eyes when MC commented on how Sweet Prince knew how to dance so well, so delicate and professional.

Hoseok would just nod while thinking “I’m better though...” or “But can he do a backflip? No, right? What a noob” yeah those little childish thoughts.

He would let out a groan of annoyance when MC simply couldn’t stop mentioning how looking at the sea reminded her of Prince Jin, who was always ready to fish when he would head about her arrival. Or how Prince Namjoon would collect these cute shells for her to later choose which ones she liked.

So one thinks fishing is romantic, and the other is picking sea shells thinking that it’s romantic? Are these guys even worthy of having his sister? They all sound incompetent.

Pink Hair (Jimin), treats MC like some delicate flower. Which she is not, she is a strong woman who can fight for herself. He knows! Because when younger both used to sometimes fight and there were times where she would beat him.

Sour Prince (Taehyung. Hoseok hasn’t come up with a nickname for him.) Is too playful. He’s too childlike for his sister. If she ever wants to talk about something serious, will he be able to act like an adult? His sister needs a modest man. Not a child.

That Fish Guy ( Jin) just seems to care about fishing, and his boat. Are they more important than MC? They better not be. Not only that, but he’s heard that Fish Guy thinks quite highly of himself. Which is annoying.

Tall Salt (Namjoon) is...well, actually he doesn’t have much info on him. But to what he’s heard, he’s clumsy and gets too lost in books sometimes. He’s not sure if that’s necessarily bad, but if there isn’t much to him, then that means he’s boring. His sister should not be with a boring man.

Mild Child ( Jungkook ) who he feared of the most because Spicy people are to watch out for. You never know with who you’re dealing with when it’s someone spicy. It’s only after you bite that you find out the intensity. MC mentioned that the prince was shy though, and would hide from her.

Ha! What a kid! Yeah, no. Definitely not fit for MC.

Bitter Prince (Yoongi) also does not have a nickname. But Hoseok simply doesn’t like him. Not after MC came home all sad that Bitter Prince didn’t even want to see her. Who does he think he is to treat his sister like that? He dislikes him. He’s Bland Prince but even thinking of Prince Yoongi makes him taste bitter. Which is not good.

Of course, after a while he will go ahead and meet them. For now, these are his options based on what he’s heard from Mc, and others. His view might change drastically on the 6 potential partners for his sister.

Sweet and Sour

(This is my first time doing any like...aesthetic mood boards or like...anything like that so I apologize if these aren’t good (;*△*;) )

Sweet and Sour. Jimin and Taehyung. Both royal prince’s of their respective kingdom, yet they can’t seem to decide. By that I mean that they’re always visiting one another. One day it’s Jimin asking his guards to escort him to see Taehyung, and other times Taehyung gets on his horse, and rushes over to Jimin on a random afternoon.

Their parents are glad their son’s get along and all, but there should be limits. Like, no venturing out into the forest at night to catch fireflies and stare at the moon. Or atleast give a heads up that you’re leaving, and not have the whole kingdom on a search mission. This happened when Jimin went to see Taehyung. The whole Sweet Kingdom stopped functioning and began to search for their lost prince. Jimin was in a lot of trouble that day, when he came back with a basket of limes he and Taehyung had collected.

They’re the best of friends. They’re like two sour gummy bears that are stuck hand in hand.Like the exciting taste of apple slices with caramel that both enjoy as a snack. (Taehyung has a preference for green apples, while Jimin prefers Fuji apples or Gala.) But you get it! You get how perfectly they blend.

When they first met, back when they were 7 or so, Jimin thought Taehyung was another member of the Sweet Kingdom. Again, he didn’t have bright green hair like the Sour King and Queen. His hair was more...calmer. Minty, and sweet. Like the color of mint chewing gum, mint chocolate, or matcha rice candy.

He didn’t expect for him to be Prince of the Sour Kingdom. Nevertheless, they got along quite well. Taehyung was more bubbly and talkative than shy Jimin was. Which was good because that would later help him go more outside, than stay in his room. While Taehyung had a more adventurous side, Jimin helped balance it out by being the careful one.

There are times where even at this age of young adults, Jimin and Taehyung become young boys again. Chasing after eachother, or playing hide and seek.

There are few times where they brag about how close they are. When they win as a team, or when someone comments how they sync their movements, as if they had previously choreographed it. They both smile, and claim to be “Soulmates”.

Other times, their connection just happens without them knowing. Like when Jimin just simply back hugs Taehyung with no reason. He just hugs him. Or when Taehyung wipes some whipped cream off of Jimin’s pink lips using his thumb, to later lick it off. The act so bold, and even romantic to some of the people that witness this.

Some maids who work for the sweet kingdom run love being around the two prince’s. Internally squealing at the treat they see 👀

Sweet and Spicy

Something... happens when Jimin and Jungkook are together.

Sweet little mochi boy has this...fiery change. A bit more rebellious, and that’s perhaps because Jungkook is a menace. No don’t get me wrong! He’s a menace in...a playful way.

Sure, with girls he’s shy to the bone, and he also was when he first met Jimin. But after a few years of spending time together, Shy boy Jungkook is just a distant memory to Jimin. Both now run around and cause trouble. Sneaky boys back when they were around 14 or so, the perfect age to cause chaos. Entering forbidden rooms, or running around the palace barefoot.

In most of their visits, it’s Jungkook who visits Jimin the most. Unable to unstick himself from the sticky sweetness of Jimin’s personality. While Jimin enjoys that thrill Jungkook makes him feel, like the Spicy meat both enjoy. Much to Jimin’s surprise, because he wasn’t much a fan of spicy food. But when both decided to combine spicy and sweetness together, both were like

😳 “IT’S GOOD!”

And now they just eat that nonstop. Jungkook loving meat in general ( 👀)

while Jimin loves the sweet caramelized coating around the chicken. They also enjoy cinnamon. Cinnamon gum, cinnamon tea, that sweet yet spicy taste.

While Jungkook may not be as close as Jimin and Taehyung are, he’s quick to make a trio with them. Quickly befriending Taehyung, after Taehyung was announced to be the Prince of The Sour Kingdom.

Jimin treats Jungkook like a brother. Much like with Taehyung, but Jungkook is different. Jimin has a younger brother you see. One who does not have pastel pink hair, but a pastel orange. Jungkook may not have pastel orange hair, but he just reminds Jimin so much of his little brother. It’s hard to not baby him.

Which Jungkook doesn’t seem to mind. (Being babied will become one of his favorite things.)

Anyways! If they were trouble before, then once Taehyung is in, buckle up.
