Can we remember that Neo has always struggled to express her thoughts, to be heard and understood by others, and to be free?

After everything she has done it is quite ironic that she is possessed by Curious Cat, going against everything Neo fought for. After getting her revenge she has no one left, she realizes that no matter how powerful she becomes or if she eliminates her enemies Roman (the person who listened to her, understood and respected her for being her herself) will not return. Now that Cat has possessed her, Neo's worst nightmare has come true: not having control over herself and having no way to express what she thinks.

Neo clung to Roman, thinking that only he could understand her and respect her freedom, but she ended up isolating herself from others and hurting others, and now she is receiving the punishment of losing all the autonomy for which she has fought all her life.

Yorozu is like Shinobu Kocho: they use techniques that emulate insects to compensate their physical weakness.

We know that Griffith is possessing Moonlight Boy's body and it has been pointed out to us that the World Tree is very important so I have been thinking of a theory on how Moonlight Boy can be freed from Griffith's possession.

In RWBY during volume 9 we are shown the existence of Ever After and the Great Tree, being a tree with magical properties that allows afterans to ascend and acquire a new physical form. Later in the story when Curious Cat possesses Neo and proceeds to fight Jaune, Blake, Weiss and Yang, during the fight Jaune discovers that the smoke from the leaves of the Great Tree can cause the emotions of others to emerge and decides to convince his companions to burn the leaves and the smoke awakes Neo's emotions, which overwhelms Curious Cat causing him to leave his body.

The situation of Neo being possessed by Curious Cat reminded me a lot of the situation of Moonlight Boy possessed by Griffith which made me think that the World Tree could be the key to free Moonlight Boy just as Neo was freed by smelling the smoke from the leaves of the Great Tree. Perhaps the way Moonlight Boy is released from Griffith's possession is that the World Tree is burned (either a piece of wood or its leaves) and for the smoke awakes Moonlight Boy's emotions (and perhaps the repressed emotions of Griffith) and having said emotions overwhelm Griffith so much that he is forced out of Moonlight Boy's body.

I don't know about you but if these two met they would be good friends.

and AFO couldn't steal it even if he wanted to since that's not a quirk but rather the power of a devil fruit. Also Luffy's fruit is not the kind of power that AFO would be interested in having and to make things worse for AFO, the heroes and civilians who were scared of him before now laugh at him seeing him being defeated with such ridiculous and funny power.

One of the things I love about Gear 5th is that it is a power up designed to completely destroy the opponent like other power ups seen in other series but what makes Gear 5th stand out is that it destroys the opponent in a different way. A standard power up destroys the opponent physically but the Gear 5th destroys the opponent not only physically but also destroys the opponent’s pride by being defeated by a visually ridiculous power up.

Just imagine for example AFO from My Hero Academia being defeated by Luffy Gear 5th, simply AFO’s pride would be completely destroyed since he wanted to be an all-powerful villain like in the comics and believed that only OFA users can defeat him and he wants to defeat said users in the most epic way possible only to Luffy Gear 5th (a character who isn’t even from the same universe as him) deny him that fantasy by forcing him to operate under Tom and Jerry or Loney Toons physics to the point to force AFO to look ridiculous while being attacked by Luffy Gear 5th, AFO would be VERY frustrated because he never expected in his life that he would be defeated by a power that is not even flashy like OFA but is a power that is visually funny and ridiculous, with this AFO would never want to be a villain again for suffering the greatest humiliation of his life.

Something quite interesting is that the places where Curious Cat tries to possess Ruby and possesses Neo are the specific places that represent the main fights that Ruby and Neo have always had.

When CC tries to possess Ruby, the place he chooses to try to possess Ruby is her chest, in other words, in her heart. Ruby is a person who has trouble expressing her emotions (expressing her heart) because she always represses what she feels because she thinks that her duty as a leader and being the perfect hunter like her mother is much more important than her own personal feelings and others have unintentionally reinforced this idea to the point that Ruby takes it to an extreme. Metaphorically Ruby suppresses her heart in favor of living up to what she believes others expect of her.

Later when CC possesses Neo the place he chooses to possess her is through her mouth. Neo has always struggled to be heard, to have the freedom to express what she thinks the way she wants. Her parents forced her to talk, they forced her to use a text-to-speech app that she hated so much, and the reason she finally sides with Roman is because he's the first person in her entire life to really listen to her and not force her to express herself but respects Neo's way of expressing herself. Metaphorically Neo has been trying to express herself as a desperate way to be understood and not have to try to measure up to people who don't even bother trying to understand her.

CC realizes all of the above and tries to use it to his advantage: he knows that Ruby is emotionally devastated by everything that has happened to her and he offers to replace her heart (her emotions and identity) with his own but fails for intervention of Little and Neo. After failing with Ruby, he is going to possess Neo when he finds out that she no longer has a purpose to continue living because revenge was the only thing that inspired her to continue living and when she succeeds, Neo realizes that no matter what doing anything will bring her back Roman (the only person who really heard her) so she breaks down and as a result, CC manages to possess her forcing Neo to speak with a voice that is not her own but someone else's just as it happened in her past, only instead of being a text-to-speech app, it is a being that not only controls her voice but also controls her body and heart.
