The Nurodiversity Umbrella

Here are some helpful ideas for the ones who are struggling right now. As I have been struggling a bit lately I have spent a lot of time listen to music
Ideas for coping mechanisms
Ideas for coping mechanisms to have saved on your phone/laptop/tablet. It doesn’t have to be a lot of archives so it won’t fill out the memory.
Save a playlist of favorite songs, relaxing songs, meditation.
Save a few favorite wholesome and funny memes.
Save loving messages from your friends to remind yourself that you are loved.
Save pictures of your favorite people, animals, places, foods, to find reasons to hold on to life and to yourself.
Make a gratitude list and re-read it.
Have a playlist of funny, wholesome or your personal favorite videos.
Have a list of safe foods and drinks that are easy to make and eat.
